Everything was great with the product checking out was not so great. I kept getting a system error message every time I tried to pay. I tried with multiple cards and I tried multiple times. Finally I called up and they took my payment over the phone.. A few days later I had well over $500 of Alpha graphic charges on multiple cards. My total was supposed to be $70. AlphaGraphics says they can’t refund any money and to contact the card company for any refund, should the charges not drop off automatically. Some of them did and some didn’t. Had to call the card issuer and request refunds. Other then that issue everything was great with my actual order. Very happy with product. I hope their payment system is working properly next time. I will continue to order from here. I understand sometimes things are beyond out control like system errors..

Always prompt and on time. They give us great quality prints. We are extremely happy with Alpha :) We were using FastSign but when I started here I reached out to get a quote from Alpha and never looked back. Love that they are a local family owned business and not a franchise they are extremely friendly and always a pleasure to work with. Weve had stickers, flyers, Indoor and outdoor signage, Lots of decals and misc items. Our truck was also fully wrapped by them. Love Alpha!

In June 2023, I had AlphaGraphics make my Mom’s 3 poster foam boards, each was 24x36. This company did an excellent job in quickly creating my project and sending me the proof and invoices. As these were time-sensitive projects, I do appreciate their quick turnaround. Their staff is so friendly, professional, and efficient. I would not hesitate to work with AlphaGraphics again.

I went and to go over everything. Wanted to get six different sweaters shirts, beanies jackets as trials before a bulk order. Didn’t hear anything back, then was handed off to apparently another company. They were silent for about a week then we were informed they needed to start the process all over again huge waste of time.

I’ve been using Alpha Graphics for I think 10 years? They have always done a great job and make sure I’m happy with the work before I leave. I emailed files to be printed and received an email back within minutes. I was able to approve and submit my order in less than an hour. Couple days later it was ready for pick up.

I had the best experience working with AlphaGraphics. I called first and the customer service was great so I decided to take a visit that day. I got a quote and immediately placed my order. A few days later my order was complete and my labels looked AMAZING and brought my product to life! Thank you for your guidance in gifting the best quality print when I could not find another printer who could do the job correctly! I ended up going with Matt’s recommendation of a print with a border to better fit the size dimensions, which I originally was hesitant about but he gave me that extra print for free anyways as a second option, and I’m so thankful he did. This is LOOOONG overdue but its been on my list to complete. Alpha Graphics in Rancho Cucamonga helped me out in a RUSH with boards for my dads memorial service back in April 2021. My dad passed unexpectedly so I was in a daze & panicked. EVERYONE, and I mean EVERYONE, at Alpha Graphics was professional, friendly & extremely helpful as well as sympathetic with my situation. Everyone was very communicative & patient whenever I had questions. One of the boards had an issue with bending but they worked to get it remedied and STILL met my deadline. And, the boards looked AMAZING...great quality !! I would totally recommend them.

I found AlphaGraphics on the internet. After a brief phone conversation decided to go and meet them in person. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and seemed generally interested in my needs. We talked about what it was I needed, came to an agreement, and I was told I would have a proof by the end of that day. True to their word I did receive it before the end of the day. After review,⁸ gave them the okay to do the work and again true to their word work was done and ready as promised. I will look to them in the future to have more work done.
