I used them a few times to print my Construction plans which have always done a great job delivering. Last time however, they surpassed my expectations as I asked if they could print my biz cards within one biz day which they did - totally earned my loyalty then. On top of that, they have great customer service as well!

Folks, if you are looking for the best print service for your event. Here it is! I am writing this as a recommendation that one shouldnt pass cause you would surely miss the great Value and Service AlphaGraphics would offer. My story and My experience: Large volume to print close to 500, about 10 categories of materials from brochures (24 pages), cards, banners, backdrops, certificates, and many others in less than 5 days. I received excellent communication, fantastic and elegant finish on the job orders, above and beyond customer service, not only by me but also by the folks who received Alpha Graphics team at the restaurant, on the university campus, and managers at the event site both during delivery and upon collection of signages. Everyone was impressed with how they cared to communicate and deliver as promised and picked up items after the event. We lacked nothing, and there was nothing that we felt that AlphaGraphics could have done. So, why wouldnt I recommend them to anyone organizing a Statewide event who needs to work with you on tight timelines to be flexible with revisions and finalization of print files? I cant ask for more. My experience had a fine finish and stellar end with printing beats any speed delivery or online printing I could think of. Thanks, Anthony. Anthony and Ron were so great through the whole process. They were both very patient with me as I made changes many of which were last minute. I would recommend Alpha Graphics to everyone.

Their customer service is good, but i had a really bad experience with personal posters.I understood the risk of wrinkles, but the first time they just completely failed to adhere the laminate, and they then attempted to relaminate the posters and destroyed one of them in the process, even though they were told explicitly to not attempt this.Wouldn’t recommend trusting them with anything that has sentimental value.

Paperback book print job was better than I expected. Alejandro, Anthony, and Ron, altogether, along with the design team, came up with a good layout and ultimate design of the covers and text. They worked with me to lower the price by modifying the book size and font. There was only a slight setback while people were out of the office for about 2 weeks. Otherwise, AlphaGraphics did a great job, and again my book looks better than I thought it would. Proofing updates were timely. I acknowledged Alpha Graphics on the information section of the title page of my book: Jon-with no H.

Weve been working with AlphaGraphics for many years, and always recieve excellent service and products. In the super rare event something is wrong, they fix it immediately. All and all they are a great company to work with!

I wanted to print out wedding invitations, RSVP cards, etc so I contacted AlphaGraphics in Sunnyvale. I was directed to Edwin Moreno. Originally the experience started off nicely; however, after being asked for specs I never heard back from anyone. I called and followed up via email but nothing. As a stressed out bride, this definitely ruined the experience of custom prints.

AlphaGraphics was easy to work with and very good with communicating throughout the whole process. We had a ridiculously tight deadline that no one could handle - but AlphaGraphics saved the day!We are an agency on the east coast with clients throughout the US. AlphaGraphics made us feel like they were in our back yard.

I was referred to this AlphaGraphics center by my local rep. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for and the final product exceeded my expectations. Our product made the hosts prints look elementary! Ha! Thank you Alejandro!
