I flew from Kansas to LA to get digital fingerprinting completed for California Board of Nursing and Hawaii Board of Nursing. I am sure glad that I chose this business to have both FieldPrint (Hawaii) and LiveScan (California) completed at the same time. The owner of this business (Ms. Vanessa) was very kind and professional. I appreciated that I was able to be accommodated early (since my appointment was 2 hours later than my arrival time). She did not have to do this, but I am very very grateful that she was kind enough to help me. I was unsure if my flight would be late, early, canceled, etc or whether I would run into any other unexpected problems. The process was very quick and simple. Vanessa was very thorough and multitasked beautifully. I cant express enough thanks for Vanessa and her hospitality. I dont use this place too often except for the occasional package pickup. But, the woman who is always here (who I think might be the owner) is always so pleasant and helpful.

Ive been coming to Alpha postal service for about a year now and I must say this is the best shipping/mailbox store there is! Clock watchers didnt open a few minutes early on a Saturday.Walked to the door, pointed to the sign with posted hours and made me wait the extra 4 minutes to unlock the door. THEN didnt even open it, just walked away.

I visited Alpha Postal to get my live scan completed, and the Manager was absolutely amazing. She had excellent customer service and a ton of patience. I really appreciate the time you took to help me out today and for going the extra mile! If you’re looking for a one stop shop for postal services, business services and office supplies this is definitely the store to visit!

Very awesome, friendly service. Was there for fingerprints and stayed to make a copy and have a few keys made. Vanessa was polite, professional, and thorough. I even got a good recommendation on a good Catholic Church from another customer while there! Already posted a pic of their business card to my social media account and will be back for anything else I need postal related.

I was on time for my appointment, but was met with a cold shoulder, dirty looks, and a rude customer service. There was only one other customer in the store at the time... Not sure what I did to deserve that, but cest la vie.

Rude customer service. If you want actual customer service, please go anywhere else. Going here was a waste of time.EDIT (in response to owner): There were only 2 other customers and 2 employees. The 1st employee started to help me and then forgot I existed after getting onto the computer. The 2nd was opposed to helping me even though everything was fine with my package. Seemed like she was annoyed at the idea of helping me. The next business I went to took my package without a problem and said maybe the lady that helped me didnt know what she was doing. Please train your employees better. I shouldnt have to go outside of my community to ship a package.

Black Woman owned and operated. These ladies have assisted me so much with mailing large packages to my students during covid shutdowns. Always great conversation and efficient service. I’m a forever customer.
