I have been looking for a new vet for my 16 year old dog, and this hospital had great reviews. It is small and busy, but I liked the staff when I checked in. You can make appointments, which I like to do, also. The vet was super nice and I didnt feel like he was trying to force me to pay for some expensive procedure for my dog. He provided options and I chose the one that I thought would work best for my dog. I will definitely be going there for future pet needs. Prices are comparable with other vets I have been to.

Dr. Antoun has been our family vet for over 20 yrs. He cares for his clientele, both pet and pet parent, and his staff is friendly and professional. He is so good at what he does, that when his practice moved farther away, we followed him to his new location despite passing many other vets along the way.

Took my pug for an exam and teeth cleaning. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I was hesitant due to him having a previous reaction to anesthesia at a different veterinarian. Everything went great! The staff was friendly and the Veterinarian called me to explain my pugs exams and dental needs. He was very friendly and informative. My pug left there very alert, happy, and with a bright shiny smile! We will definitely come back for any future veterinary care.

Very nice vet! My friend recommended me to come to this pet hospital. After comparing the price and service attitude of other vets, I chose this one. First of all, I would like to express my grateful thanks to the professional doctors. They never exaggerate my baby’s situation never push you do unnecessary examination ask you pay more. For the results they will inform the parents of the problems of pets in a professional way instead of intimidating me. Second, the price is very friendly and reasonable, worthy of trust. Thirdly, all the staffs service attitude is very good. Both the manager at the front desk and the doctor are super nice! My baby dog had a deep tooth cleaning and it was great!

Words are not enough to thank this clinic, doctors and a staff. They are phenomenal! Dr. Dabash is absolutely amazing and thorough when she looks over my Bassett Hounds. Sometimes they are very busy yet they squeeze me each time to see my fur baby when they aren’t well. Thank you, Everyone there is super nice and really love what they do. What a gem of a place and I am so lucky to have them.

Alondra Animal Hospital has been around since 1980, I took my first dog to this facility. The staff members are very friendly, supportive and professional. The veterinarians are very knowledgeable and informative. I would recommend Alondra Animal hospital to all..

Alondra has been there for our pets always. They go out of their way to accommodate us. Especially when I call with a concern and they ALWAYS tell me to bring our pet(s) in. In particular, our veterinarian, Dr. Antoun. He is so much more than a vet, he is so compassionate with us. When he speaks with us about our pet, he not only gives us a prognosis but always spends as much time as is needed for us to fully understand exactly what is going on with our pet and his advice on how to proceed. He also always calls with updates, asks us for our input, asks for our consent for anything he feels is necessary. Basically, he holds my hand from beginning until I pick up our pet, always! He is more than just a veterinarian. A true compassionate, caring man.

You can tell when an animal hospital has deep compassion and dedication to animals by the treatment and care their staff provides-- Alondra Hospital is not this place.Last week I took a community cat here who was in major need of eye treatment because they were red, gunky, and irritated and to get vaccinated.To treat his eyes they gave me an ointment to apply in his eyes every 12hours for 7days. They didnt talk to me about antibiotics to treat his eyes as an option. The ointment was nearly impossible to apply with the condition of his eyes. I asked for him to get a bath to be adoptable, they said he had to be sedated because he was fussy. They shouldnt have treated him like this with the condition of his eyes.I got a second opinion this week because I wanted him to get fixed. Turns out he has eyelashes growing inward rubbing his eye and if left untreated he could go blind. Thankfully he is scheduled for surgery this week. Alondra completely missed the root of his eye problem! The other animal hospital is also going to help me find resources to pay for his surgery, their housing him there until his surgery, and they gave me TNR advice. Alondra staff didnt have TNR resources.Sorry, but Ill never take another animal to Alondra.

This was the best place ever! The staff was great, funny and engaging. The vet Dr.Dabash, was wonderful! All my questions were answered very well and completely. Alondra Animal Hospital is definitely the place to go. The prices were very reasonable and they offered alot of services that are not usually offered at a vet office. I will recommend Alondra to all of my pet owner friends. Thank you Alondra for taking the best care of my dog.

Came here to put my old companion to sleep because he was very old and couldnt control his bowels and had lost mobility in his hind legs...i was recommended here by a county worker and although it was a sad time for me and my family... it went very well. They bathed my dog after he couldnt hold his bowel on the way there and they made it a very comfortable and welcoming experience. Will be coming here for other future visits. Thank you to all the staff for creating a comfortable experience.

I trust no one else with my dogs. Dr. Pio is amazing and thank goodness he came back part time. My heart was heavy when he retired. He is honest, kind and very empathetic. Dr. A is amazing as well. He is very clear with his explanations and a compassionate doctor. I have been going to this office for the last 13 years. My dogs have lived 17-18 years. I have 4 that are now 13 years old. I cant recommend them enough. Thank you for all you do and for honestly putting the animals first. Such a rarity now adays. Thanks for the staff for their hard work as well and for also being patient and compassionate. All around a 5 x infinity stars.

Sooooo happy someone canceled their appointment and I was able to snag a spot for the doctor to see my baby ❤️ from the moment I stepped into this place I could feel the warmth and love the staff has for our fur babies. The prices are reasonable and the care is top notch. Cora had an upper respiratory infection and stayed in the hospital for 3 days. Shes home now and looking better. I am very grateful for this clinic ❤️ will be bringing my other babies here 💕

I am from out of town and I was in a situation where I needed to board my two dogs. I was so stressed out and when I called them they were so nice and helpful right away. I took my dogs for two days and I was able to call and check on them whenever I wanted to from 7:30 to 6pm every single person that I dealt with there was so respectful and polite and made me feel at ease leaving my babies there. The vet was also nice and called me to update me about the exam they had and to talk about what to do next regarding their health. I wanted to thank each and every one of them for helping me and making me comfortable to leave them there. I highly recommend Alondras Animal Hospital! Whenever I go back to town I will definitely be bringing my babies there! I wanted to especially thank the two girls up front they were beyond amazing!!!! Thank you ladies you guys are the best!

My dog was diagnosed with kidney failure some moths ago but her health deteriorated fast. We needed a same day euthanasia and we couldnt find a place. They did have a same day appointment the veterinarian was super nice and accommodated more then 2 people to be with our dog.

My regard and trust in Dr. Antoun is so strong that I was willing to drive to Gardena from West L A to have Dr A. spay my newest adoptee. And although the drive can be twice as long during rush hour or bad weather, I don’t want anyone else performing both my dogs’ annual exams, teeth cleanings, or evaluating and treating any other health concerns that may arise with my angel dogs. My daughter from Northern Calif had been avoiding getting her beloved 8 y/o Aussie’s teeth properly cleaned bec she feared anesthesia complications. I reassured her that he’d be in the best possible hands with Dr. A., so she made an appt., drove him down, and was extremely relieved and grateful that she had taken my advice. And on top of his knowledge and skill, Dr. Antoun is a very nice person.

This was my first time coming to them. They were very helpful. The doctor called me and told me what was wrong with my fur baby after his teeth cleaning and exam were finished. He explained the treatment plan thoroughly and didnt seem to rush me off the phone. He was very patient. Supporting staff was also helpful and courteous even though I could tell they were very busy. Social distancing was also practiced and check-in was smooth. It is pricey but a lot of places are also pricey. With other places I have been to, their service didnt seem good and their demeanor was lacking. This place seemed to take good care of my baby and I could tell they cared about him. I will definitely come back.

Dr. ANTON is the best. He has been the veteranian for two of our dogs. He is kind, compasionate, expert in his field, thorough and explains everything in great detail. We bring our dog to see Dr. Anton all the way from Santa Monica.Recently Dr.Anton accommodated us by seeing our dog who was sick. It ended up being tha she needed medication since he found fluid in her lungs.Thanks so much !!

This place has terrible communication skills, I called two weeks ago to make an appointment for my cat who was a stray and I was informed that only drop off was available because he is technically a stray and my appointment for drop off is at 9:30. I dropped off my cat today and was waiting for a few hours. I called the place to ask how long they where going to take and they told me a few more minutes. A few minutes later turned into two hours and my mom made a call and the Front Desk lady informed my mom that I supposedly did not make an appointment when I did. I am very confused on this because what was the whole point of calling? What was the point of the front desk lady telling me that my appointment was on The 6th at 9:30AM. I am very disappointed in this place. Please inform people properly on what’s going on with there pets/ task you will take. when I asked about information about drop off The front desk lady informed me that it was not going to take long. I’ve been waiting 4hrs and I am super sure my cat is stressed and I am stressed as well.

They took my sick dog in when they were fully booked and squeezed him in between patients. They kept him overnight until he was hydrated and doing a bit better and didnt charge an exorbitant amount for his care. He is doing much better now and Im so appreciative of the care they gave him.

Unprofessional staff you call them and they answer the phone very aggressively and when interacting with them they appear to be bothered, yell at you and get you off the phone. They refuse to give prescriptions to online pharmacies when you try to buy pet meds cheaper. Instead they’ll try to tell you you can purchase them on their website which isn’t true. You have to schedule another appointment in order to purchase pet meds from them. Do not get scammed by these people.

Our best friends told us about Alondra Animal Hospital and how they saved their dog Luna. We have since moved our offices to Gardena so the Hospital is very close and convenient. We have had the utmost responsible care since going to the hospital, from teeth cleaning to shots, and now surgery for our dog, Lewie. Explanation, responsiveness and genuine caring for our pet and ourselves has been exceptional. No matter the outcome and hope it is good, we will always be thankful for their help and understanding.

Stopped in for emergency care on my dog, urgency was not of importance and diagnosis was far off. Lost 2 more puppies due to his lack of effort.Colima Vet hospital was efficient, kind, curtious, and very swift while only charging 1/3 of the price of what I was quoted.Never will I use or recommend this place to anyone.

They fit me in after the vet my appointment was with didnt come in. I was very anxious about my poor little rescue dog. They were very good with her. The vet examined her and took his time talking to us about her issues. He gave us his recommendations for medications. Everyone there is very nice and caring. They have really taken the time to be good to her. I will definitely be taking her and my other pets to them.

I had to take him to animal control and I know that they will put him to sleep there, that was my problem 😡😡😡 I was going to cover the expenses They werent going to give me anything
