Very professional, responsive, caring and on time. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. Matt really knows what he is doing, is very kind and thorough. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond for us. They helped us with swarming bees, an ant infestation and spraying for spiders. we are now signed up for their quarterly services. Matt gave us extra pointers on prevention which were very helpful. We are very happy with their services.

I called Allure Pest Management after our tenant reported mouse droppings. Jay at Allure was extremely responsive, helpful, communicative and punctual and professional. He came to our property as scheduled and investigated a potential mouse issue. In our case, he trapped a mouse and took it with him. Fortunately, in his investigation of the property his assessment was that everything was well sealed and that we may not have a major problem. As part of the service he’ll return to follow up and determine next steps as needed in a few weeks.We appreciate his thoroughness in assessing potential areas that would let mice in. We’ve been very happy and look forward to working with him again in the future as needed.

First off, let me say that Ive been with Allure for many years now (since 2018 I believe), and they have been great! They hire people that seem to be trustworthy, diligent, and take pride in their work. This, in and of itself, is almost impossible to find todays. Alijah was super nice and helpful. We spoke about the specific areas for treatment and the with which pests were having issues. The only reason is they are not 5 stars is that Im super stingy with those...I mean, thats perfection (really doesnt exist). However, I would highly recommend Allure and Alijah was an awesome specialist to work with!

Been a customer for five years. They take good care of everything—termites today with Mario R. He noticed a rodent problem that involved the pests activity under the hood. Saved me thousands in future repairs for chewed wires. Quality work for the entire home, super polite staff always, and in it for the long haul for the household’s health and safety. As Jesus arrived, I showed him my concern about 2 baby Doves close to the foundation of my house waiting for their mama to come back to show them how to fly. I didnt think it would be safe for him to spray that area. He agreed & showed me where & how he would spray to keep them safe and at the same time, spraying for insects. Bo was the technician that came to our house before and he was great! He did what we needed and let us know that if we did end up having an issue inside they would come back and take care of it. All in all, no issues with the service. I am sure they are going to be great and also told us about bird nest removal for the nest that we have, it has no birds in it, but is causing an issue. And he also told us that they now offer termite inspection if needed.Today we had Jay and he was also just as good. Very friendly! He waited for me as I was trying to move boxes of decorations out of my garage so he could spray and even helped me carry a Christmas box into my house. Above and beyond!So thank you for the service. I called Allure because I needed help with a rodent and insect issue. The office called me back within minutes and scheduled me for an appointment the following day. Harrison arrived during the scheduled window after notifying me of his arrival. He was very professional and thorough in describing the services and solutions available to my insect and rodent issues. He even went beyond the call of duty by staying late at the end of his workday (after the office had already closed) to and set up additional bait stations in my attic to make sure the problem is addressed at all points of entry. He was very careful around the house. I am extremely pleased with Harrisons service and his customer first focus attitude. It was obvious to me that Harrison was interested first and foremost in helping the customer address issues comprehensively and on a long term basis, not just a spot solution. Highly recommend. I live in a HOA community and while management treats the exterior, the interior is home owner responsibility. I started using Allure two years ago due to ants coming out of the walls. Gone. Ants on my balcony a year later, gone. First water roach coming in from the drain, treated, never had one again. I pay for quarterly service. First time I’ve had ants in two years, they were out within one hour of calling and nothing since. Not only do they provide an excellent service, they are so friendly whether it’s calling in or who comes out. And this extra service where they came out within an hour, no charge. Remember when great service was treasured? They are that kind of company. Excellent people, great service, and not particularly expensive. Their products are people, children and dog safe. Technicians will point out community issues to help me manage my interior home better that I can report to treat. Love it!

Yes, his attention to detail, not missing one web, looking at crevices, knowing what issues, are occurring, per season and making sure Im safe, are what he takes pride in. That, is a given with him. These guys are top-notch! For over a year we tried to fight our ant problem but never seemed to gain any traction.
