Allure Dental was able to make a last minute appointment for me which I appreciated greatly! The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The dental hygienist took her time on my cleaning and was very thorough. I didn’t feel like she rushed to get to the next patient as I’ve experienced at some other offices. Dr. Lee was very knowledgeable and personable and took extra time to explain the various options for my treatment and recommended the best plan for me and the next steps. Thank you Allure Dental!

I have been a patient of Dr. Trinh Lee since I moved to the Bay Area 5 years ago. Dr. Lee and her team have always been professional, accommodating, and listened to my concerns with patience. I have been to many dentists in my life, as I have many problems with my teeth, and often times I experienced the “you need to do these 10 things urgently”, which sounded more like a rip off, without experiencing the care I needed before spending thousands of dollars. When I met Dr. Lee, she listened to my concerns and we made a plan, together, working through priorities. They have always been transparent about prices and suggested best times to do the work I needed- a root canal, regular cleaning, cavities and crowns. I trusted Dr. Lee tremendously: her knowledge and meticulous work put me at ease since I have met her.I would highly recommend Dr. Lee and her team.

Allure Dental Center has excellent communication. Confirmations of appointments and their services are incredible. I went in for a cavity filling and they showed me every step of what and why they are doing the procedure. Periodically checked to see if I was in any pain and ensured a non traumatic experience.I recommend this spot to all my friends and family. The workers are passionate and very friendly so it makes the whole visit easier.They also provide entertainment during your procedure! I was able to watch Kill Bill while getting my cavity filled!

I greatly appreciate the fact that even routine procedures and results of those procedures were all explained to me thoroughly at least twice. My treatment plan and possible cost of the plan were also broken down for me. The staff actually cares about my dental health vs just being seen as just another customer like I was at my last dentist.I was also seen the next day after I turned in a new patient form which was a nice surprise.

This facility is excellent. The dentists are extremely accommodating of everyone’s pain sensitivity levels and they’re super sympathetic. They do an excellent job with fillings and aligning the bite afterwards. I came in for a filling and I was eating regular solid foods literally the same night with no pain or sensitivity. They also gave me an Invisalign consult which was done extremely well. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr Lee literally saved my life by telling me that the acid marks on my teeth were caused by Sleep Apnea and that I should get it tested. I did get checked for sleep apnea and it seems like I have severe sleep apnea and it had been developing for around 5 years. No other dentists that I saw in those 5 years could make that connection, so I really respect that Dr Lee read the latest research indicating the connection between marks on ones teeth and Sleep Apnea. I am a difficult patient, I have so much dental anxiety and they have worked with me and my issues for almost ten years, to the point where I no longer have fear and I feel safe there. Today I left in tears; I had a chipped front tooth which I was very insecure about, and today they fixed it and when I saw it, I started to cry. It looks so good and even pretty. Every time I walk out their doors I am pleased with my care. I have had cleanings, root canals, crowns, one tooth pulled, and minor surgery done on my mouth by them and I have absolutely no complaints.I would recommend them highly, in fact I raved about them to someone I work with today who plans to use them as well.

I have an issue with my teeth (gaps and stuffs) and I visited several dentist (including top dentists of bay area) and they all recommended temporary solutions and told me that my teeth problem cant be fixed. I was disheartened and finally find out the place. Doctor Lee was very patient with my situation, she recommend a long term solution and provided me with a good plan. She recommended me braces and provided good follow up care for 4 years.Not only the Doctor but also the stuffs are very friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has a major teeth problem.

Allure Dental Center is one of the best dentistry’s I have ever been to. One of many reasons why I say this is because they always prioritize and cater to their patients as they are very knowledgeable and will always elaborate if need be. Also, the comfort I had being there was great! Ive been going to Allure Dental Center for almost 7 years now and I love it! Dr. Trinh and Dr. Lee are both very knowledgeable and very consistent with their work. They always follow up with me after every visit to make sure that Im doing well. The staff are very friendly and office environment is very clean. Allure Dental care is the most amazing dental care I’ve ever received. Starting from the very beginning, they gave importance to what’s more important to be done and also provided me a detailed plan to help me deal with the tooth ache. I came to see Dr. Lee for a check up and cleaning this last week. When it comes to dentists it can be either a hit or miss. All I can say is that my first experience was GREAT! Ive seen my fair share of dentists where Ive left unsatisfied, or feel like they werent accommodating to my needs. Being seen by Dr. Lee is by far one of the best experiences I have had. My work schedule is very hectic, but Allure Dental Center were very accommodating with my schedule and I never felt rushed.The office atmosphere was very inviting and creates a very calm mood; a spa like setting....to top it all off, they offer drinks while you wait! Most my work i got done at Allure Dental I payed out of pocket for 4 years. i had no insurance at all but let me tell you their work was worth every cent. I don’t have dental insurance and I needed a dentist stat because I had a sidewall blowout on a back tooth. I looked around and decided in Allure. I had a great experience here. I got a consultation on the tooth and a cleaning with X-rays. Then they told me I needed a deep cleaning so I went for it…. So worth it! Don’t hesitate going here, I recommend these professionals to friends and family. Great cash pay prices and they have a great staff front and back and excellent hygienists and assistants. Im not exactly the greatest client around. Iprobably make my dentists frown when they see I havent flossed, but the thing is they dont. Rather than scold me, they always smile and warmly encourage me to do better. I feel a sense of ease and deep care from their work. This was mine and my son’s first visit to Allure Dental. The staff there were all super friendly and nice. My hygienist (believe her name started with a V) took her time to explain to me my oral care and do my cleaning, best cleaning so far I’ve had. She was very nice to ask me several times throughout the cleaning if I was okay or if I needed a break. My sons hygienist was super friendly also, he had to go by himself but I could hear them having a conversation during the whole check up. I would definitely refer this location to others :)

My only regret is that I did not discover them sooner because my poor teeth were riddled with problems that were not caught by my previous dentist. Allure Dental Center is absolutely amazing!I arrived at my appointment in excruciating pain. I was met and welcomed by the Allure Team, and within minutes they were hard at work. Everyone was professional, and exceptionally caring - way beyond the call of duty. Both doctors worked on my teeth in order to be sure they could do all that was needed to relieve the pain.When I left, I was pain-free, and had been set up with a detailed plan for going-forward.The next day, I stopped by the office to retrieve my forgotten glasses, and was presented with a vase of flowers, and a card, in honor of my upcoming June wedding!Allure Dental Care is the most amazing dental care I have ever received!

I came to Allure Dental with some severe dental issues after a long period without dental insurance and a LOT of work to be done. Not to mention a fair amount of anxiety about even going to the dentist in the first place.The staff was super friendly, understanding, and judgement-free. Dr. Lee herself has been AMAZING, definitely the best dentist Ive ever had. When theres significant decay, she prefers to try to save the tooth with a filling rather than do a root canal right off the bat (unlike other dentists). I really appreciate that, and because of her strategy weve been able to save seven of my teeth with deep decay from root canals!!! Im so, so grateful for that.They also take your comfort level very seriously. Sometimes you just need a break during a long procedure, and they are totally cool with that, which really makes a difference. For those who struggle with dental anxiety like me, they offer various levels of sedation to keep you calm throughout the procedure. My first visit I used the lowest level, and I havent needed to use it since :]Thank you!!

5/31/18 First time at Allure Dental today.From the phone call to inquiry about their services to the end of my visit today: five stars all around.Got the referral from friends to go there and Im so glad I did. Everyone I came into contact with was very professional and so nice- it was the type of treatment where they put the patients comfort first and that includes making patients feel welcomed and at ease. As someone in the customer service industry, I definitely appreciated that so much.I vowed to start using my benefits from this year and was a bit nervous about going in for a cleaning and exam. But because everyone was so professional and kind, it put me at great ease- and it was especially awesome that each person let me know what they were going to do before and after different services (x-rays, teeth exam, making moldings, photo of teeth, etc).Several people did different services for me today but Max worked on me for the main services like X-rays, teeth exam and deep cleaning- Max was really awesome! So patient and really explained everything - professional from the get go. Relatable- personality was friendly and calm. He did a great job on the cleaning!!Apple handled the call for my appointment and also my payment at the end- she is a sweetheart and super kind. So patient as well!Clean facility, comfortable waiting area. I have to say: they definitely go above and beyond to make sure you had a good experience.I mentioned who referred me and I got a discount on my services - how sweet is that?!?!Pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this visit. Never though I would say that about a dental office but Allure Dental definitely stands out from the rest!They even gave me a care package( soup, medicine, snacks, water bottle) and a welcome package with a water bottle with goodies in it for your oral health.Extras: They even have fresh baked cookies and snacks! Every time I come in that office, I feel special and cared for as an individual, even though I know they have hundreds of other patients.They constantly stay up to date with the latest medical information and technology, which they use in their office - its great to know you get the most advanced treatment and prevention strategies! They are also very transparent with all the information and let you know everything about your teeth and the costs. Dr. Suzanne Lee and her sister Trinh Lee are amazing dentists. I chose them around two years ago because I was looking for a dentist who had sedation options. This is a service they provide and its a great help individuals with special needs, but even without that they do everything they can to make you comfortable. I used to fear and hate the dentist. Now thanks to the amazing team of Allure Dental Center I no longer fear going to the dentist. My smile and mouth have never been healthier. When I decided to find another dentist, I knew my reasons. I had enough of the snappy, habitually indifferent young ladies at the front desk. I had enough of dentists rushing in a hurry in and out of rooms from patient to patient like Figaro, doing a so-so job, instead of a quality one. If you had the same experience in your dental office then you would understand me. I found Allure by searching online a few years ago, then I just decided to come in person to this place and see how I feel about it. And after 3 years I had not a single regret towards this change! First impression: the front desk assistants never dissapointed me and were always attentive and kind in-person and by phone. Staff (by the way, what a pleasure and a relief to be surrounded by such a dedicated, well trained, and supportive team) is welcoming as it can ever be. And when it comes to the doctors Suzanna and Trinh, true humanity meets true professionalism. They are both perfectionists in their work, highly educated, and they would do their best possible work for your gums and teeth. I have never had such thorough and thoughtful dental exams, such detailed consultations and fantastic quality procedures than with these two doctors! They are so passionate and hardworking in what they are doing. I am absolutely happy to be under their care and cant thank them enough for their selfless efforts to help me with my dental needs!

Overall not a good experience. It took a while to get started and then, for maybe half an hour spent taking pictures and X-rays. The hygienist then was on a mission to sell me deep cleaning. Very unprofessional. I went there for a deep cleaning and there was only one dentist conducting the cleaning and no one washing/sucking debris. The dentist doesnt wash or suck debris and I had to request it with my open mouth. I requested 3 times and she only washed 3 times during the 2 hour procedure. She was also using the same cotton ball to wipe liquids that flows out of my mouth during the entire procedure. The cotton ball is saturated with saliva and debris and started to smell bad since it was a very long procedure. Furthermore, when they put a large mirror in my mouth, I can see the mirror has about 5 large cracks on them and the cracks were filled with black dirt. There was also stains around the cracks, which made me doubt that they even do any disinfect.The above are my direct observations. I had also one speculation that they were using the same glove that perform dental procedure to operate the computer mouse and keyboard but for this one Im not certain.

It was my turn so I Sat down Dr. Lee numbed me up real good and I didnt even feel a thing when when she Extracted my wisdom tooth !!! How amazing is that ?! But after a year of going there, it was obvious that they were recommending unnecessary cleanings and procedures to take advantage of my insurance.The first appointment was fine, but they said maybe I needed to come 3 times a year instead of 2. And by the third, it was very urgent that I get a deep cleaning and maximize the 4 cleanings a year that my insurance will pay for. They performed my orthodontic treatment while I was in middle school and I continue to see them for routine dental care (cleanings, fillings, etc.) At my most recent visit, Dr. Suzanna noticed a cavity during my cleaning and was able to fill it on the spot so that I would not have to drive all the way back at another time. Do NOT recommend for General Dentistry. To start, the hygienists English was pretty bad. She suggested I had a root cavity. This was followed by a second lady taking pictures with machine Ive never seen, which she confidently declared that I had a fissure cavity.When Dr. Lee showed up, she didnt investigate either of the aforementioned cavities. She instead looked at the x-rays and suggested I had 4 additional cavities between my teeth. The dentists here are amazingly nice people. I came in with a bad cavity that turned into a root canal, and they really went the extra mile to make sure I was well-treated. Sometimes this included staying late, or coming in early, so that they could fit me in when I needed an appointment.The dental center is really fancy. They have movie goggles so you can watch a movie while they operate; they have this camera thing with mirrors which gives really great photos of your teeth. They also have a full-anesthetic program if you get nervous being operated on.One concern I had was that sometimes the dentists simply arent there. They have so many degrees, and so many special procedures, that they have to spend roughly one week in four out-of-town, taking classes to maintain all their certifications. I love our dentist, which is crazy because before I found Allure Dental Center, I used to HATE going to the dentists office.Dr. Lee does some of the best work, makes sure youre as comfortable as you possibly can be, and even goes the distance for her patience. When my daughter got her braces put on, Dr. Lee let her watch a movie while getting it done (theres a monitor that comes down from the ceiling and sits right above the chair so that my kid can actually watch the movie while the dentist works). On top of that, they have blankets for their patients just in case they get cold while getting work done, they let the parents and kids waiting in the waiting room pick out DVDs to watch while they wait (from a rather large DVD collection), and they are more than willing to spend hours going over what needs to be done, how much its going to cost, how much your insurance will or wont cover and (to the best of their knowledge) why, etc, etc, etc.I joke that I practically live at the dentists office because Im constantly in and out of there (two kids and a husband, one kid with braces, the other one getting them shortly, plus my own work done... Im there a lot) but Im okay with having to hang out at the office while one of my kids (or the husband) gets work done.They are located right next door to a BBQ place, a pizza place, a bakery and of course Safeway itself. This makes it even more convenient because if the dental work takes a little longer than suspected, I can just swing by one of these places and pick up dinner before heading home, or I can grab lunch while whomever I am there with is getting their work done.I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Lee and her staff at Allure Dental Center. I know that for as long as we live in the Bay Area, my husband and I will be using Dr. Lee. Were that happy with her work.

Allure DentalCenter is a wonderful office,Havent been to the dentist in a few years i knew i was going to need some work done. I had a deep cleaning and cavities filled. Dr Lee, Dr Trinh and their staff are very professional and outstanding in their bedside manner. Everyone made sure i felt comfortable by holding my hand during procedures or me refreshments while I waited to be seen. Before making the appointment i was experiencing sensitivity to sweets, hot and cold. We took xrays but nothing showed up. I asked Dr Lee why i was having sensitivity if nothing was showing up on the xrays . Dr Lee explained to me that they believe in preventive dental work and they had a cavity detector machine that detects decay as early as possible. So i can be aware of my cavities before they show up on the x rays. They used the cavity detector on the teeth i was having sensitivity which showed up that i did have cavities thats why i was having the sensitivity. They are all a pleasure to experience.

The doctors and hygenists deeply care about you and they bend over backwards to ensure youre taken care of.On the day I was supposed to leave for my honeymoon, I chipped the corner of my front tooth; I immediately thought about all of the pictures that would be ruined! I called Allure to see if there was any chance they had an opening that day, and within hours I was sitting in a chair as they worked their magic. The services are expensive and the front desk/receptionists make me want to change dentists! During my procedure, when I was numbed up, had instruments hanging out of my mouth and a bite guard, the office manager came and told me that I would have to pay $750 that day! How am I supposed to respond to that! I have to finish what is happening. The, to add insult to injury, when I went to the front, they told me that the price was $759! I feel that all of this should have been discussed prior to my having any services done. This doesn’t take into account that it took a month to schedule the appointment because they forgot to call me and that THEY cancelled my appointment TWICE because they confused the calendar. The doctor is fine, but dealing with the office really turns me off. I am seriously considering changing dentists purely because of them.

Ive been going to Allure Dental since I moved to the Bay Area (about a bit over 7 years ago). They are always really nice, helpful. They of course tell me when I dont floss enough, but also offer good alternatives such as Senodine toothpaste which help with my worn teeth. Even when I moved to Burlingame which is a good 30 min drive away with no traffic, I stayed with them as they were so good. When I was being fitted for Invisaline, I got to watch a movie which was great. Great stuff. Cant recommend them enough.

Went in today after a less than 24hour notice. Was having excruciating pain. Dr. Trinh Lee was able to see me early morning. The office is by far had the best feel to it than any other dental office I have ever been to. When I was sat down I was not sure if I was at the theater or dentist. They threw on some Netflix, put my mouth to sleep and within 20 minutes, my tooth along with the tooth ache were GONE!!!!Afterwards, they bought me some tomato and basil soup!!! Unfortunately scam... they tricked me into having a root canal on my wisdom tooth and claimed lots of charges to insurance for that. Her specialty ia not even oral surgery so they could have and they should have sent me to other dentists. Lots of vomplications...They claimed to do a root canal and coronectomy but after I showed my Xray to any dentist they laughed and said no coronextomy was done and only a root canal to fool the insurance. Not sure ai am in the mood to sue them but they deseve to be out of practice. I know you might have heard good thinfs about them but please please reconsider if you care about your teeth.

Went in for a deep cleaning at Allure Dental Center. Was offered a pair of video glasses for private video viewing (online videos from Netflix, Youtube, etc.). It was totally immersive, almost made me feel like I was at a movie theater watching a movie on a big screen instead of getting dental work done - I thought it was a good type of distraction, really helped ease my anxiety. Okay so Ive got terrible gums and sensitive teeth. Id basically lost hope that Id keep my teeth in my mouth for any foreseeable future. Not only was the hygienist compassionate he was so careful that I didnt need anesthetic for the cleaning like I normally do. Beyond this, Dr. Lee walked me through several strategies to address my gum problems that were somehow never offered from several previous dentists and two separate periodontists. Dr. Trinh was great and very helpful. The reason for only 3-start is because of the admin / staff. I came in person and change the scheduling of a procedure. However, the new schedule did not appear in their system and I still got notification for the old booking. There are other additional mistakes such as spelling name wrong, forgetting to send documents over repeated reminder or requests. The outcome for the mistaken schedule is I never received any follow-up from their admin/staff but I got this survey.....

One star for a very nice receptionist and a young lady who assisted the doctor.This was my first visit of a dentist in the US ever because I still regularly visit my dentist in the Czech republic. I just couldn’t travel this spring and didn’t want to be late with anything.On their website, they say they also do pediatric dentistry so I made an appointment for my 2-years-old son as well. The idea was to come there, assist at my son’s treatment, send him home with grandpa and enjoy my own treatment like we usually do it. I was very surprised when they asked me to sit in a chair first. I suggested to start with him so he’s not tired and grumpy after long waiting but then I was told we would be taken care of in parallel and they would come for him in a few mins. Long story short, I needed to interrupt my treatment so I could sit there with him. I cannot imagine in which universe, a 2-years-old toddler comes to a completely new environment, willingly goes with a stranger in a mask and shield to sit in a chair and opens his mouth for an almost hour long treatment. Doesn’t look like a great experience with pediatric dentistry.After I sent my son home, they could start with me, took some pictures, xrays and examined me with a spectrophotometer. Only looking to results from this machine, not looking into my mouth at all, they told me I’ve 12 cavities! I asked how it could be possible when my xrays from 7 months ago didn’t reveal anything. I also emphasized, in the CR we visit a dentist and a dental hygienist separately in different clinics and they both said my teeth were ok. Nobody could explain this to me but the more people I talked to about it (3 altogether) the more severe my cavities were - the assistant doing the examination mentioned little enlightenings, the doctor coming afterwards was talking about proper cavities and the lady planning next appointments and talking about pricing even dared suggesting my dentist “is maybe waiting for making me a crown because she doesn’t want to fix those big cavities”!Before the cleaning in the end, I told them that from home I’m used to bring my toothbrushes with me so the doctor or the hygienist see my cleaning technique and can intervene if it’s wrong. I was only told “hm, interesting” and nobody cared. After the cleaning they added “keep up with your brushing!” Ok, but how if apparently what I’m doing now is not enough?! :P Also demonizing interdental toothbrushes in favor of floss, saying interdental toothbrushes cause periodontitis 😱 On the picture added you can see how interdental spaces of your molars look like - good luck with a floss there! It’s only about repairing teeth here, not educating patients how to take care of them so they don’t have to be fixed.In the end, after almost 3 hrs spent there, I was just horrified. I asked them to send me the new xrays which I had to urge a couple days after. I also managed to put together my medical records from my dental hygienist in the CR, sent everything to my dentist there and after long discussions she told me when she tries to find something really hard, she sees 1 (!) tiny enlightening on one tooth that could also be just a bright picture and she would need to check it right in my mouth. She also revealed she herself doesn’t work with a spectrophotometer because of its false positive results when it very often marks pigmentation stains etc. She closed this case for me as an over treatment. And I’d like too add here, nobody could suspect her she’d like to repair it by herself because the health system in the CR is different from the US one and dentists having contracts with insurance companies don’t really earn almost anything.
