I had a great experience with everyone at All Star Kia but this review is about my sales person specifically. I went just to look, not intending to make my purchase the same day. We walked up and Larry greeted us, from the start he was very friendly, professional and personable. For me, naturally if someone is genuine and likable, I am more compelled to purchase. It didnt feel scripted, just natural conversation. He worked hard to get me into the vehicle that I fell in love with. I will definitely recommend Larry to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. After years of trying to find a car that accommodates our family we finally found it at Allstar Kia San Bernardino! Thank you to Armando. He did not waste our time. He asked us specifically what we wanted and needed. We finally got to drive away with a car that we love and fits the whole family! No more driving 2 cars everywhere. Ask for Frank Peralez he hooked us up!. He did what no one else was able to do for us. We had been to other surrounding Kias and they werent willing to work with us. Hyundai and Toyota either. Kia was our top pick so were glad we came to this location and got Frank as our sales person. He has an awesome personality too.

We had a great experience buying a car at All Star Kia. They had the exact trim level on a Seltos in the colors we wanted, and Armando got us a great deal! He communicated well to make sure that we were all on the same page about all the price and the fees. We were coming from quite a distance to purchase the vehicle, so it was nice to be able to confirm the prices prior to our visit and to have Armando follow through on everything we agreed on. Armando and the others we dealt with at the dealership (i.e. loan associate, GM, etc.) were all professional, friendly, honest, and easy to talk to. We were able to move through the process of buying a car smoothly and are so happy with our new car!

Such a great car buying experience!!We were on the hunt for a family car so we submitted a request online and got contacted by Marco at AllStar Kia San Bernardino. After visiting another dealer closer to our home in Fontana, we ultimately decided to make a deal with this dealership due to their willingness to help and excellent customer service. They were able to locate the exact color and interior that we were requesting and had us in and out the same day after negotiating over the phone. When we arrived to sign our paperwork we were greeted by Armando who was friendly and his years of expertise made us confident that we were getting the best deal. Before I went to Allstar make a phone call with them. The sals person were very nice to help me looking for what vehicle I wanted. Talk honestly with me.And gave me Military Discount for service people. I’m appreciate! Everything we talked clearly, then I bring my family members to Allstar Kia. Drove about 60mins away to there. Meet Moe and Joe, they were waiting for us at outside and my dream car was parking there too. Moe helps us introduce 2024 Carnival LXS information. Then we go inside make paperworks. Everything is prepared and very simple. Our process faster than Walk-in Customers. Very excellent service, my family and me got very good experience in Allstar Kia. I wish you could give zero stars. I purchased a new vehicle 6 months ago. I’m receiving tickets from my previous vehicle that I purchased and sold back to this dealership. Andrew and Marco the people that helped me are horrible. Andrew lied and said he turned in the paperwork and so did Marco. He told me to ignore the tickets. No I’m not . I had to turn in the papers that I paid Kia to do. To prove I no longer own the car. Also since this was my third purchase you’d think that would offer me me something no that didn’t happen . Marco just said to go to the service department and see how much it cost. And they gave me only a few dollars literally for my old trade that had very low mileage. And was in very good condition. They sold it right away. Andrew only cared about pressuring me to get the $1,000 warranty . To make things worse. When I tried to contact the owner . The receptionist said you can’t be transferred to his voicemail. Hey I tried before leaving this review. I’ll never purchase another vehicle from this nightmare company again

We got the new firmware update from the safety recall installed on our Kia Optima, which they said makes it harder to steal. I think it actually made it easier for it to be stolen this time. Ill never buy a Kia or Hyundai again. Driving one causes constant worry about where you park all the time. It only takes 30 seconds for someone to walk up, get the door open, hop in and start the car and drive away without ever having the keys because Kia designed the last ten years worth of vehicles to be easy to steal.If my car gets stolen every month and recovered, based on the lawsuit, Kia will pay for part of the damages for the first occurrence, and thats it. Does that sound like theyre responsible for their mistake?Their fix is a bogus software patch that doesnt do anything (helpful).Your suggestion might be to sell the vehicle... for what? 30% of what I paid now that the value has gone down the toilet.Their reply to this will be... Were so sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact our service department for another new firmware update that doubles the time it takes for your car to be stolen.

My husband bought his car here in 2019, luckily all weve ever had to do is routine maintenance. On recent service appointment we got Brittany Madrid as our service advisor. 10/10 she was great, greeted us warm and friendly, very communitive. Parts department was extremely helpful as well. They explained which tires would be best and that if we werent sure we could check online when we were ready.

At this Kia they worked with me throughly to be able to go home with a car. Matthew Armijo was very helpful and considerate when showing us the cars. I locked my keys in the trunk! Nobody could open it! I had it towed to Kia San Bernardino and had the most incredible service!EVERYONE was very polite and so helpful and kind to me. They did an amazing job getting me into my car which was no small feat! They worked so hard and persisted when met with several challenges!I was really stressed when I arrived and was treated with such kindness, it meant so much to me!! For the love of God, do not let Andrea be your service advisor. Speak with anyone else. She displays a dont care attitude. Ive been dealing with her since my engine gave out and needed replacement. My car was there for 3 weeks. After the replacement it makes a weird noise on start up and acceleration. Ive been trying to take it in for a diagnostic but I have not been able to until today. She told me to just bring it in and theyd look at it. Now she tried telling me it needed to stay 3 weeks!!! She didnt want to call a manager when I asked her too and even refused to write up a work order because I demanded to speak to someone else. She gives dealerships a bad look and service advisors an even worse one. Yes, dealerships will make money at the end of the day but that doesnt mean she should treat anyone like their issues are not important. We all spend big money buying cars. Plus Im only here because the engine problems on kias. I really hope she gets a wake up call. All this and someone still called me to see if I wanted to buy another vehicle. Mike the service manager has been great thus far so well see where it goes now. STAY AWAY FROM ANDREA!

I want to preface this review by saying this only pertains to one employee. Unfortunately, it only takes one person to ruin an experience.On Sunday, I had an appointment scheduled and I arrived a little early. I was there to return my car as my lease had ended. It was rainy and cold that day and myself, my husband and my 2 year old arrived, parked and walked towards the entrance. As we walked up, this employee was staring at us and stood in front of the door as we walked closer. I said hello and let him know I had an appointment scheduled and I was a little early. Instead of inviting us into the building, he asked me who my appointment was with. I let him know I was not sure of the name, that I had spoken to different people, and that I had scheduled my appointment through text. He then looked me up and down and asked “are you sure you even have an appointment?” I then pulled out my phone and showed him the text message to confirm that I do indeed have an appointment. Keep in mind we are still outside in the cold with a 2 year old. Only after he took a minute to read the texts did he allow us into the building. We were not even offered a seat after we went inside. The person asked my phone number to look me up; he called me the wrong name and said he does not see anything for me in the system. He then walked away to go find someone else who confirmed that I did in fact have an appointment. He then tells me “my manager said I can split it with the other employee”. He did not even know what I was there for and only seemed to care about a potential commission at this point. Even though I have previously leased 2 different vehicles from this dealership there was no way I was walking out of there in another car after the way this man spoke to me. I work in a customer service based industry, and if I spoke to someone the way I was spoken to I can guarantee my manager would write me up at the very least. I don’t know if he assumed I just didn’t have money as I was dressed casually but I have never in my life felt so uncomfortable or been so embarrassed. Who just has potential customers, with a small child, standing outside in the cold asking if they are sure that they have an appointment? The lack of customer service with this experience is one I will never forget.

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF! If you value your time and money do not go to this dealer.We took our vehicle in for a diagnostic because the check engine light was going on and off. We knew the code after getting it checked at AutoZone for free. We were advised by a local repair shop to do a full diagnostic to confirm whether the catalytic converter needed to be replaced (a huge investment). We foolishly believed that the dealer would do that for us. My wife set up an appointment and took it in. She was told by the service advisor that it could take two days for the work to be completed. She agreed and paid the $230 diagnostic fee. We had to work out travel arrangements, because my wife did not have a car. Well, two days later we were told that the technician checked the stored history codes and concluded that the repair was needed. Really!? Two days at the lot and all you did was hook up a small device like AutoZone. Something we had already done for free. We purchased three cars at this dealership and the service has gone downhill. We will never do business with this SCAM dealership. As other reviews state, this dealership provides all the promises in the world for you to sign the contract. But when you need genuine service on the vehicle, BUYER BEWARE. You will be disappointed. Learn from others mistakes and do business somewhere else.

If I could put zero stars I would. Not only did the service department keep my vehicle for 3 months, but the service manager Mike called a rental company, who picked me up, used my credit card info, then went ahead and tried to bill me for the rental that Mike said he would handle. Now it’s under collections and Kia won’t do anything about it. These people made my life harder instead of easier and I would never recommend them nor their brand to anyone I know.

This is the second car I have purchased from this particular dealership in the last 10 months. Everyone is very friendly and beyond helpful. Do not waste your time driving in… they give information over the phone and you say “it’s too low of trade in” and then bait you to come in leveraging the “we can offer more if you come in!” Line. When I brought my Kia to the service center in San Bernardino Andrea could not even find the extensive records of my vehicle even though we have been bringing it to this location since 2015. The end result of coming here was totally and completely disappointing as they just over charge you and are not transparent with their service fees. They could not keep a professional demeanor when I decided not to continue working with them. I received a cold attitude from everyone in the service department with no offer to go through my invoice to try to salvage their relationship with a customer that’s been coming to their location for years. Very dissatisfied and frustrated with the people and especially the service at this location. Do not come here if you can avoid it.

The Employee who helped me ( Chaz ) was such a great help. He really talked about everything in detail and truly made this process for me as a first time car buyer, soooooo easy. I really couldn’t thank him enough for everything . All Employees were showing nothing but kindness, and hospitality. Kyle was a great help too ! He explained everything and answered any questions I had. This is a place that I would recommend for just not everyone but for first time buyers, there was ZERO pressure on everything, I got to think about the style I wanted, the color, and extras that I may have wanted on the car! Zero stars if I could.Anyone who states that this place has good customer services was just lucky. This place is suspect and the Service department is a joke. I made an appointment a month ago to fix a safety recall where the Kia Stringer Engine Compartment can catch on fire! I showed up today and they said they cant work on because their servers are done and has been for a week. So, I say why didnt you call me to let me know not to come down and explain the situation. The Service manager said they tried to call everyone that had an appointment for recalls but I guess didnt call me.So, I said okay, can I show the others issues Im having with the car. The guy said no come back in a month and ill take a look at it. A month!? the servers are going to be down for a month? We cant make an appointment for a tech to look at the problems I would like addressed. No come back in a month. I was like wow! This is a safety recall because of a fire in the engine compartment. The manager said well, you cant leave it here, so come back in a month. I was shocked and couldnt believe that that he didnt care and said come back in a month! Ive been waiting a while for warranty repairs. This place is a joke.-------The photos are of some of the stuff wrong with my Stringer... Very sad, cool car but seems to be falling apart, and its only a 2019!--------Car gets water from rain in headlights and it takes weeks for it to go away. I cant even leave my car outside during the rain or overnight-------Car seat switches stopped working and are stiff dont move!--------The roof trim which is painted is cracking and going to flake off.--------The black chrome trim on the doors and running along the top of the door from front to back is dual and looks nothing like the rest of the black chrome on the car.Do you and your loved ones a favor and go buy an Audi, Lexus, BMW, Infiniti, Ford, Chevy, or something else.If you do want a Kia, try Ontario Kia.

This dealership has left me heartbroken and extremely disappointed in the Kia brand. It starts with the purchase of a brand new EV6 and continues into service. The dealer has proven to be completely incompetent. I gave over a dozen chances for them to rectify issues before writing this review, and was recommended by another dealer that this is absolutely unacceptable, and my best chance of a response is a review since I have called numerous times to be ignored. I would like to explain the key points of what was wrong: Financing paperwork was done incorrectly, was unable to get needed paperwork for my trade-in, front plate was installed incorrectly resulting in damage, left dealership late and was told someone would call me to go over the car this never happened, a panel is painted the wrong color and they refuse to address the issue. I purchased at night and did notice it until the morning. My next course of action will be contacting Kia customer affairs directly, and exploring my legal options. I will keep this review updated and current with any action taken, at this time nothing has been done. EDIT 1 (June 4): The owner replied to my review 1 week ago. I contacted the company via Google, no response. I chatted on their website and was told a manager would reach out, nothing. I called, nothing.EDIT 2 (Sep 30th): I have been working closely with Kia Consumer Affairs on this issue. They gave the dealer 2 months to repair the issue and even reached out to the district manager with not luck. Not only did they ignore me, they ignored Kia as well. Kia told me they are launching an investigation on the dealership and scheduled for my car to be repainted at Citrus Kia in Ontario and has provided me a rental until it is completed. At the end of the day, Kia did fix this issue but this dealership was to blame for all of the issues I had to this point.. DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT GO HERE AND I REPEAT, NO NOT GO HERE.

My brother Randy & I have been online looking for a Kia Forte LXS. We went to our local Kia dealership. Pulled up in his 2013 Kia. Got out and not 1 of the 5 guys came to help us. We went straight to the Fortes looked all around them for about 20 minutes. NOBODY!, bothered to come help us so we finally got in the car and left. We passed by another Kia Dealership and said lets look at these. We did same thing. Pulled into customer parking. Guys all on porch standing around. I said here we go again. A salesman named Chaz walked up to say hi. Are you guys here for the weekend promotion? He explained to us about the promotion going on. Then Chaz explained about the difference between models. We found 1 we kinda liked. It was the Forte He said let me go get the keys. But, before he left he said look at this 1 while Im gone it in our ad. He walked away and we looked at them both. When he returned he explained the differences between the 2 models. We liked the 1 on ad we told him. He replied I thought you might so I brought both keys. Before you know it he had the car & a/c on. We were inside looking around while he told us the differences between the 2 we liked. not once did we talk #s next thing we knew he said shut the doors and feel the a/c. Then before we knew it he was driving it out. We pulled off the lot and went for a test drive. Randy loved the way it drove. Chaz still telling and showing us about the features it had. When we got back he said how can I get you into this LXS today? I said the price! He said lets go inside and see what we can do. So we all went inside. He brought out some cold waters for us. He asked us a few number questions and said Ill be right back. He came back sat down and said how about this? As he explained what he wrote. We both looked at each and Randy said well take it. It was a SMOOTH AS THAT! After everything was done. About an hour later we drove off in our new Kia Forte LXS. I RECOMMEND asking for Chaz if your at Allstar Kia. Or call and ask for Chaz.(Later we found out Chaz was the manager) Hes a not a pushy salesman that doesnt need a guy to come in to close the deal. I was having issues with my vehicle and took it to valley Kia in Fontana which had terrible customer service. I left very unhappy. After I purchased my car I had a bit of trouble getting my alarm, and the front desk person gave me the wrong information on it several times… HOWEVER I think great customer service isn’t about being perfect at all times but about showing care for the customer. After my alarm experience I got calls from the manager and multiple employees, I just had a great experience with the service department squeezing me into their busy schedule, and I ran into a guy from financing who remembered who I was. The whole team did amazing work and should be recognized for their customer service skills! They all worked together like a team and seemed like family! Had my first maintenance done yesterday and theyre appointment only (which is reasonable) but thankfully the service department helped me out either way and I was able to come back later the same day and get my car serviced. They really didnt need to do that so Im appreciative for the great service. Did have a problem with the paperwork that I got because I only went in for a recall airbag on the paperwork it said that they topped off certain items in the car, and which is not true. Made an appointment 4 months ago to fix a problem with my blend door actuator that has been diagnosed by a Kia Dealership already. At the time the problem was diagnosed, the cost of the repair was more than I could cover and had to postpone the repair. Since then I have relocated my residence and seemed the nearest Kia Dealership for servicing. When making my appointment it was explained to me that 4 months was the soonest my car could be serviced according to the service advisor I spoke with on the phone. I found this wait to be surprising but agreed and scheduled the appointment. After dropping my car off the morning of my appointment date I was messaged 30 mins later by the service advisor who checked me in that the diagnosis of my car would take up to 10 days. This meant I would be left without any form of transportation for those days just for them to “diagnose” the issue that is already known. No courtesy vehicle was offered as it was explained to me that a diagnosis would need to be completed first and then that the diagnosed issue would also have to be approved to be covered under warranty for a courtesy vehicle to be given. Every other Kia dealership I have been to in the past for servicing has never told me I needed to leave my car for more then a day to be diagnosed. In addition if my car did need to stay for longer then a day those respectable dealerships did offer me a courtesy rental or car they had available for use until my car servicing was completed. Due to this poor encounter at All Star Kia, I will now be taking my vehicle to a different Kia dealership for servicing. Very disappointed with All Star Kia in San Bernardino and as result they have now lost my business.

Every month it seemed like there was new one. This is my experience for an AUDIO system issue.Good luck with a much more serious issue like an engine failure due to oil consumption and they’ll tell you to do this one test and it’ll actually SCREW YOUR ENGINE UPPPPP! Kia corporate really needs to check on this location because wow it is genuinely terrible. These people either hate people or their jobs. Heck they seem to take it out on everyone. We had a Tues morning appointment so we drop the car off Monday evening we get there and a service advisor tells us to take a seat in the waiting room, mine you not a service advisor was helping anyone. Our Kia broke down so we had it towed here to Kia San Bernardino. They diagnosed it. We had it picked up and transferred to the Kia dealership that serviced it last and serviced it wrong so they can fix it. Why I am writing this review for this Kia of San Bernardino. Not a happy customer at all. Took car in to get diagnostic test done on windows, door locks and mirrors not working properly. I was told to come pick up my car after the end of the day because they could not duplicate a problem. I called the sales manager and left a detailed message about my issue as well asked him to return my call he never called me. I asked them to check the door panel. The relay locks the motor and they told me they couldn’t. This is not the first time this problem has happened to a Kia customer, it’s on the Internet as well. This is a safety issue as well. If the windows will not roll up or roll down and your mirrors will not move out or you can’t lock your car. I will never take my car back to this dealership. In my opinion, they did nothing . I also did not appreciate the 7 AM wake up call, I got telling me they couldn’t fix my car and to come and get it. Save yourself time and hassle go to another dealer this one is by far the worst in the inland empire!!!! they get no stars in my book!

Just a follow up on my visit to the PARTS department on 7/12/23 which was terrible service (Google Review). I paid for a hood to be delivered to my collision business on 7/14/23 which did not get delivered. We called and spoke to one of the girls in the parts department that told us that they were short staffed and we will not be getting our delivery today. NO ONE CALLED to tell us and told us that we can come and pick it up on Saturday. We drove over to pick up the hood only to find out that they were closed. Well here we are on Monday 7/17/23 and cannot get anyone over in PARTS to pick up the phone. They keep sending us to a voicemail to leave a message and we still have not received our hood that was suppose to be delivered on 7/12/23. Every last person in the PARTS department need to be fired. He was very nice manner and took very good care of me. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Got back to work (no shuttle was available). Came back at 1245, car wasnt ready they were at lunch. Went into this dealer 1 time with multiple issues only issue I thought would be resolved would be the gas lid being “the part was ordered”. I never received a phone call saying the part came in. After a few months of driving with a broken gas lid the lid fell off on the freeway, I ended up calling the dealer asking if they ever received the part, of course they’re at lunch and am told I’ll get a call back when they return. Still have yet to receive a phone call. As far as the wiring harness complaint I made I was told I am not part of the recall according to this dealer, I had the fuses removed for a safety concern if my own being I have children in the vehicle. When they approached me about the coolant being overfilled and it being around the engine bay I kind of laughed being as the coolant is the pink/red coolant and what they showed me was merely dirt in the engine bay, because if it were coolant it would have changed the color of the insulation on the hood to that bleach look. Best part is it wasn’t even a technician who told me, they had a service advisor Amanda out in the bay try and tell me how this was the problem. Needless to say, it took 5 hours for no solutions so thanks for nothing. DO NOT BUY/GO TO THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE . It’s a joke seriously.

I took my granddaughters Kia Soul in to AllStar Kia in San Bernardino last week to have them look at her Air Conditioner, which wasnt working. I have had her car in for Recall servicing in the past, but nothing else. She had been told it might need a new compressor, so that is what I told Mark on the phone and what he gave me an estimate for. Upon taking the car in for my appointment, I was told they would need to keep it for 2 days. The next day, after inspecting the car, Anthony told me that the AC just needed recharging. Since I was prepared to pay for a new compressor and just recharging it was a significantly lower amount, I was extremely impressed that they didnt just put in a new compressor, recharge it also, and then bill me for both. I have heard horror stories from friends about just such a thing happening in other auto shops. And we have had our own personal negative experiences with less than ethical auto shops. That shows me that theres a lot of integrity and reliability in this dealership. Not only is this the closest Kia business for me, but along with my newfound faith in them, I will continue to use AllStar Kia for any future needs my granddaughter may have. I had such a great experience with their service department today. As I was driving in to work, my car started shuddering and the check engine light came on. I rerouted and limped my way there. I could tell they were busy first thing and sure enough, when I first asked was told they had a 2 week wait. But Mike, the service manager, said hed take a quick look and was able to tell what the problem was pretty quickly after starting it. After consulting with the lead tech, they figured out how to fit me in same day. And then they arranged a shuttle to drop me off at work (thanks Juan for the drop off!). Everyone was kind and friendly, even though they were very busy. While it was a very large and unexpected expense, Im so grateful they fixed it so quickly and got me safely back on the road. What a great experience getting my car serviced at Allstar KIA in San Bernardino.The service center opened promptly at 7:30 am where I was greeted by Jason, Service Advisor, who went over what was to done. He walked me over to the customer lounge and explained where the restrooms were located, the charging station for mobile phones, etc. A first, compared to other dealerships in my past experience.After about two hours Jason came over to me and announced that my car was done. He throughly summarized the work completed as well as the findings of the complimentary customer 360 multi-point 27 point inspection. There was no pressure to get me to schedule recommended work. THEY ARE UNRESPONSIVE AND LOVE TO GASLIGHT. I’ve called multiple times and left voicemails because that’s all I get. Unfortunately I work the same hours this place is open so it’s hard for me to go in. About a week ago, my husband went in to get our car serviced. He addressed a bubble on his front driver side tire and asked if it was in warranty with our service advisor and it wasn’t. That’s not the problem but remember that. I get the call that the car is ready hours later. Routine service was done including a tire rotation. My husband walked around the car and notice that the same tire he had addressed with the bubble on it was still on the same side and spot! Indicating that the tire rotation wasn’t done… he called them out on it and even provided more proof that he knew of a chip he had done to his back passenger side rim and guaranteed it was in the same spot.. he went and well it was in the same spot… Angela got the person in charge of the back and long story short, even with the proof of Angela confirming the first tire placement being in the same spot it came in and my husband pointing out that chip on his rim.. the guy said that he believed his worker that he did it but could not explain why the tires were in the same spot they came in.. he tried to look for another chip on the rim of the other tires and could not find anything.. he did everything to find the same small bubble we had in the tire we addressed, and found that that was the only one…. My husband had to go and was upset, they did indicate that I can come on Saturday to get the tire rotation done AGAIN..if it makes us happy. Even with that, they refuse to acknowledge it was not done in the first place…. I could not make it Saturday so I called and voicemail.. I called on Monday and nothing… I called yesterday and voicemail… this is actually not the first time.. we gave them grace on our service on January when we also again found out the tires were not rotated but we let it go after they did not call us back… we had other concerns. This time, I’m not gonna let this go. I am giving them this week to call me back. If not, I will be following up with Kia customer service. I do not believe they are truthly completing all the car services they are saying they do.

I made the two biggest mistakes of my life. I bought a kia and bought from this dealer. Before that, I already had a Korean car, Hyundai. Unfortunately it was stolen. I thought that this is one manufacturer and bought a kia sportage. Its not the same at all. The quality of kia is much worse. I find flaws every day. But the worst thing is the people who work in this store. Once youve bought it, they just stop talking to you. They did not give me a second key when buying, they said they would send it by mail. I never received it for three months and had to drive 100 miles to get it. They also said that I have three free oil changes but I should only do it in their service. This is weird. Hyundai does it in any service. Fine. When I tried to make an appointment for an oil change in May, I was told that the next date was in August. Terrible. I dont recommend going there.

I give a 3. Because yes people were friendly and nice. But where Im dissatisfied is that I feel that about 3600 was just taken from my wallet. I didnt realize it until I got to the financial contract room. And thats when 50 cent came to my mind. Be careful when you sign the contract that is where they get you. I thought they were paying off my trade in but no they added about 3600 on top of my new loan contract. 🙆🤦 But Im still thankful I was able to drive off with a nice new car. But lets be honest I dont make that much money and this just added a hardship of about 3 years in my life. Yes I could have just not signed and walked away but I risked losing the deal. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with my vehicle. My car was at the dealership for 6 months because of a class action lawsuit surrounding the engine. When I got the car back, Ive had nothing but problems with my car and have had to take it in to get checked out multiple times. They were horrible on communication, never answered the phone, and forgot to tell me that my battery was dead when I went to pick up the car. Their jumper was broken, but it conveniently worked again when I told them I would just have my mom come jump it. I would never take another car here, and in fact, wish I could receive some compensation because now Im having to look at buying a new car. My car is currently in service department... It was there 5 months ago ... And now its been there for 36 days. We had said we were never going to take it to this dealership again. They have issues with communication.. every time you try to call the service department the phone number is a new number. You look on the website it changes every single time. And when you do leave a message they never get back to you.They told me it was one issue and they fixed it ...so now were waiting for a recall issue to be fixed. And now theyre telling me I need a new battery and they suggested that I replace spark plugs and a filter. Which 5 months ago I took the car in and they rebuilt the engine And they serviced the air conditioning system which cost like $500...So why would I need spark plugs and an air filter now. And theyre doing electrical work on it so I believe they drained my battery. Because when AAA checked it was just fine. I truly believe the problem is communication and maybe they are understaffed because they are all very nice every time Ive dealt with them Thats not the issue. Im just really frustrated I havent had a car Ive been having to make arrangements and 36 days is a long time not to have a car.

Abraham was awesome and so was everyone else. i told him from the start what was the highest monthly payment and down payment i could do. i know i was low balling for a brand new car but it was all i could afford and i thought i give it a shot. we bought 4 cars from them in the past. after some back and forth they were able to get me to $5 more then the most i said i could do a month. i was so happy that they worked with me because i was in a hit and run accident that the guy hit me and i went in the wall at 70 mph and totaled my car and he took off. so i was not prepared to have to buy a new car. they worked with me and i went from a bad situation to having a nicer and better car then the one that got totaled that i bought used for $20 more a month. they really looked out for me and my family. i will be going back when its time for our next car purchase thank u guys at all star kia.

I purchased my car from all star kia in July of 21. Frank the salesman who helped me was very nice, very helpful and a great experience. However thats where it stopped. To this day I still do not have my contract from financing because of a warranty that was added on to my contract that I was trying to get situated and was just given a run around on. I spoke the manager once inside the finance office who assured me he wanted to make everything right. I never heard back from him nor was I ever able to get ahold of him by phone or by walking into the dealership. For the amount of time and money I spent in buying a new vehicle I am to this day still not satisfied having made such a large purchase and to leave without all proper documentation because they wanted to make everything right. A year and a half later this isnt the case.Edit: The dealership responded on here and when Ive tried leaving my information to be contacted Im still left with no response. Service is mostly good every time I have come. However this time around I was quite disappointed.I set up an oil change appointment a month in advance. I was told my vehicle had a recall which required attention at the time of the oil change but it would have to be kept over night. I was called a few hours afters going in and they informed me that the part they needed to fix the recall had to be ordered so it would not be delivered until Saturday. I had the option to just pick up the vehicle and reschedule the recall but I figured since it was there already might as well leave it. (I dropped off the vehicle Thursday before 2pm) On Saturday my daughter called for an update (1:10pm) She was told it would be ready in 25 min. and nothing more. So I got ready to leave but still expected a courtesy call from them telling me the vehicle was ready. 2pm rolled around and still no call. At 210pm I was called and told that my vehicle was ready but that they closed at 2. Luckily I did not need the vehicle the rest of the weekend but still needed to get a ride to work on Monday since I work early AM. Overall never had a bad experience however setting up my appointment a month in advance one would think that they would have the parts ready and just because you call for an update does not mean a courtesy call is not necessary. This is not a bad location, there was just miscommunication.

I was ignored when I walked in the service area. No customers were in the service area, but the 3 workers there kept typing away. I had to park around the corner because the one car in the service drive up area was not moved. I had an appointment for just an oil change, yet it took 2 hours for this. They no longer have the multi point inspection results on the back of their invoices. I was recommended services solely based on mileage rather than look up my 12 year record history to see when I last performed the recommended services. I looked up my own records, and one thing they wanted me to do was not time for me to do. I used to love the service workers there, but now they have replaced them and I won’t recommend them now. My father financed 2023 Kia Forte LXS couple days ago. They never disclosed about insurance on the vehicle. All they said was u have a week to a month covered depending on insurance that I have. I called my insurance next day. They said its not true. I drove off the lot with no insurance. My insurance company wont cover this car because of all the thiefs that been going on (KIA BOYZ). I have called 5 different insurance companies and no luck. So how is my father supposed to drive car. I called the dealership to return car back and have text messages that they cant do anything. That insurance is my responsibility. We also felt pressured in purchasing a package deal of karr alarm n gap insurance which we didnt need.The car already comes with factory lock doors. The finance manager told us it didnt come with keyless lock/ unlock doors. Which was a lie. This cheap after market alarm cost us $2,772. What ever u do dont buy from this scam dealership! And buy different brand car. No insurance wants to cover these cars. Im going to look into getting a lawyer.

I couldn’t not have received worse service. Waited 2 months for an oil change appointment only to not be able to check in till after my appointment time. I purchased a Carnival from this dealership. Buyer beware. Very deceptive in their dealings. Did a $14k markup. When negotiating they don’t actually reduce the price. They extend your financing term and take away options. I am still waiting for the dealership to give me the security system they promised to install as well as 5 oil change coupons. Been calling GM since august with no return call.Update: I called the dealership and spoke with the GM. He said it’s in the system that I get 2 (of the 5 promised) oil changes. He also sent me a certificate for the security system. I have also requested a $1000 rebate given there was a 35% markup on my Carnival. Waiting for a response.

I came in for warrenty work. I was dreading it at first because a little mored then a year ago my experience was less then satisfied with how long they took to do little work plus they were rude and pushy. I felt like they did not want to work on the van. Plus they had my van for 10 days and only did two small repairs. The third repair I took care of because I did not want that experience again.But NOW the service writer Anthony was very polite and listen to me. He asked me questions to get more info to further help with the diagnosing the van. They were really busy when I dropped it off but still had a great experience this time. In the meantime they would call with updates and kept me in the loop. They treated me with respect and like I was part of there family.When I came back to pick up my van the great experience continues. I walk in the door and is directed to the cashiers window. I get my paper work and to grab my keys. I stand there and listen to this gentleman explain what customer service is and he was dead on. When it was my turn I told him about my last experience and he apologized for what I went threw even though its not his fault. We had some good laughs and it felt like it was a great service.

Initially, the service was great. However, they sold us a Kia Soul 2020 with tags that were about a year expired. We were expecting them to tell the dmv and have them send us new tags. That didn’t happen. I have bought two car from other dealers and this was not a problem. We got the tags. It’s been months without resolution here. We bought the car around April. I co-signed for my mom. I regret coming here. My mom called this Kia for them to resolve the tag issue a few times. They told her that they would call her back. That didn’t happen. I went there on a Saturday. I went in and was ignored and nothing happened. My mom went this week and she was mistreated. She is 75. She told me she was ignored. Then they asked for her ID. The salesperson came back saying you bought the car two years ago and with someone else’s contract. My mom argued with the salesperson, and he threw her ID on the table (This is elderly abuse). Then my mom waited for the manager and he was trying to ignore her. I don’t believe that salesperson mistakenly brought the wrong contract. I believe it was manipulative to deceive my mother into thinking she has no rights to the tags. My mom also told the salesperson or manager that the car had an issue. The alignment is bad. My mom noticed this issue from the day she test drove the car at the dealer and told the sales person. He told us it was covered. That they would fix it. The salespeople said now there is no warranty. Kia boasts about their 10 year warranty. So much for that. When you read this Kia, if you refuse to comply, I will keep escalating this. I can report this to BBB, Kia corporation, and I can get a lawyer. I want an apology from the manager and the person who threw my moms ID.

I only put 4 stars because even though it was just a oil change, inspection, and tire rotation it was there nearly 6 hours before getting finished. I didnt need the car right away but many people wouldnt be able to wait all day for a minor service. Thats not on the front of the service center, thats on management to make sure the garage bays are being used more efficiently. I still would recommend the dealership. I would leave a No stars if I could. I left my car first thing Monday morning after waiting for a month and a half because that was the earliest appointment they had? When I get there they said there is no appointments its first come first serve? The service manager tells me since I had an appointment my vehicle will be seen that day. So my wife goes over to check because Im stuck at work. The manager said they had technical difficulties in the building and my vehicle would be the first one in the morning. Second day comes no call. 3rd day comes 2 hour before closing I get there and ask the manager whats going on with my car 3 days no call no update? The tech who checked me in had no response but that they still had not seen my car. One and a half months waiting with an appointment, 3 days in their shop and nothing? That is not acceptable. I will never go back there for anything. Poor service from all departments and no one taking responsibility. No people skills. No one cares? And to top it off when I was there I was not the only one complaining about something? Something needs to change but I will never go back.

I will go out of my way to save people from going here to buy a car. The salesperson who helped me seemed to not really know much about the cars. The finance people pressured me into buying more than any other car dealership Ive ever been to. They also told me I would have features on the car, and extras such as free maintenance visits and a 3M interior protection plan, but after purchasing and trying to take advantage of those things, I find out I actually have none of them and theres nothing I can do about it. Unfortunately, my experience of Kia of SB was very disappointing. This was my first time at this location and it started great. I took my car in for its routine maintenance at 10 am and was told it would be ready around 1 pm. I was offered a ride back home. I was impressed because I had not been offered a ride at other locations. I returned to pick up my car at 130 and was told it would take a bit longer because they were working on changing the oil. I was given a 30 minute wait time. I went to get lunch and at 2 I called to see if it was ready. I was then told it would be ready at 3 or 330 at the latest and that someone would call me when it was ready. I didn’t receive a call so I called back at 430. The lady that answered told me that there was no estimated pick up time but that the mechanics had until 630 to finish the work. She said the manager was busy at the time but he would call me to provide a status. The manager did not call me so at called back and was able to talk to someone at 536. I was told my car was ready and that the service office closed at 6!!! My experience at Kia SB was extremely disappointing, first, because the people working there cannot provide an estimated time of when work would be completed; and second, because no one bothered to call me to let me know that my car was ready. Although I was told that I would get notified. When I arrived to pick up my car I found out that the number I was dialing randomly gets transferred to a different office. The mechanic was the one that told me this so you would think they would have fixed the issue or updated the contact info on their website. I will not be returning to this location.

The only reason I came to this dealership was because they had the car I wanted coming in soon. Too many problems right off the bat. Salesman didnt think I was worth his time because I didnt want to buy the car before seeing it. Fast forward to actually buying the car that got marked up 6k dollars and waiting a week for it to come in, when I finally got to pick it up nothing that was supposed to be done was done. I took my Kia Optima in for service on Oct. 30, 2020. I noticed that everybody was new in the service department. I have been going there for years. Their customer service was absolutely excellent! Without going into detail, I had an issue with my car and they did a “goodwill” on helping me out to fix it. I was so pleased and grateful for their kindness during these very difficult times.. as I too have lost my job. The managers name was Ralph and the other employee that help me with Gabriel. I don’t know the Other gentleman’s name, but he too was very kind and understanding!

We called Kia San Bernardino to get a warranty repair and some recalls done. They said that we could make an appointment a month or two out. They stated it was because of a factory allotment of the warranty part. They stated it would take five days for the repair because they don’t stock a lot of parts. We dropped our van off on a Wednesday morning and was told again it would be five days. The following Tuesday (when the repair should have been completed) we called to see if the car was ready. They answered the phone and asked for our name and number to call back. They never called back. We called again Wednesday morning and they tried again just to get our name and number, but we stopped them and explained we tried this yesterday. We talked to a service rep and he said he would check and get back to us. We received a message from the service manager who stated that they have not looked at our car yet (after 8 days) and may get to looking at it in a few more days and then it will be another week or so to actually repair it. We called them back and were told by the service rep and the service manager that this is just the way it works there and that we should feel lucky because they have cars that have been there for over a month. We asked why they don’t just schedule the appointment for when they can actually work on the vehicles instead of leaving customers without a vehicle that isn’t being worked in anyways. They again just said that’s what we do it here. We left an message with the general manager and to no surprise he has not called back. We ended up picking our van up on Thursday morning (without repair) and will take it somewhere else. Basically the worst experience ever.

We recently took our daughter there to buy a car. WE showed them the sheet the bank gave us with the interest rate. They said that 5.84 was not correct that we would have to do 7.4% or something, but if we went through kia they would do 7%.E E decided to wait until the next morning and verify the treasure from the bank. Sure enough 5.84% for 72 months. Showed up at dealership early the next morning. They came out with the paperwork, but we showed them the new letter from the bank. He left and then came back and said the car was no longer available. I am very disappointed, I have personally purchased 2 cars from your dealership and was let down by your dishonest sales crew. Its one thing to not have the car, but to blatantly about the rate we could get just to pad their pockets was so wrong on many many levels. I intend to put this exact letter on any and all social media I can. Sorry for the negative attitude but people need to know what happened. By the way we went straight over to riverside kia and not only did they not argue about the rate, they even sold the car for$1000 less than your dealership.

I am extremely disappointed with ALLSTAR Kia and the Kia Corporation. I took my Kia Optima to the service department because of an issue with the transmission. The vehicle was there for weeks and you can never reach anyone on the phone. When I went back to find out what’s the issue. Some young incompetent kid mechanic tells me that the transmission case is cracked from the outside which means I hit something really hard. I believe I would have known if I had an accident. Nevertheless my insurance sent out a experienced mechanic to inspect my vehicle. He stated that there is absolutely no outside damage on the casing. At that time I returned to the Service department to discuss this with Mike at first he continued to stand by the incompetent kid mechanic that got my warranty voided. Until he talked to the Mechanic from my insurance company. At that time he decided to finally go and look at it for himself. Both he and his service manager. Wow! Well guess what. He apologized and admitted that the incompetent mechanic WAS WRONG!😡 There is no outside damage on the casing. And they would resubmit the request to Kia. Well once again it was denied. They said that the Kia owner denied the claim. This is unacceptable. I 97,000 miles on my vehicle it’s covered until 100,000. So please buyer beware. There warranty means nothing. Just a side note there estimate was for $9000. I paid over $6,500 at AAMCO in Redlands. They did an outstanding job.

Was extremely disappointed it took almost three hours to do my oil change, I sat in the lobby where I saw the manager greet other patrons asking them to give him good reviews, he never came to talk to me once while I sat there. When my service was done the receptionist was on the phone for some time before she even looked up to helped me. The only people’s that were helpful were the girl an young man that gave me my keys. Also I could smell coffee in the back being brewed one person in the office offer a cup to a customer he new only. Plus the coffee pot in the reception area was never turned on!!

Ive been buying my cars here for 20 yrs now. Kias have unbeatable warranties. I always get a good deal here. This dealership also has an excellent service center that provides phenomenal customer service. They are VERY busy, probably for the same reason. As long as the service stays the same, Ill be a lifelong customer.Update 11/16/21:Have been trying to contact the service center since yesterday to ask a simple question. I even used their chat feature to try and get in touch with someone. No luck. Day #2 and nobody over there has picked up the phone, whether I call the general dealership number or the service center. I was actually hung up several times before I could even get a word in. The last time I was there, I noticed new faces in the service department. My sales rep. was very friendly and welcoming but I knew more about the vehicle I wanted than them and their explanations for the specs of the vehicle were lack luster. My resent experience with All Star Kia of San Bernardino was disappointing and a waste of time. Scheduled an appointment for 8:00 in the morning for maintenance and a couple of other items that needed to be addressed. My vehicle wasn’t even touched, nothing was completed. So now I have to be inconvenienced again on Monday. And drop off my vehicle, so the work it went in for on Friday could hopefully be completed. And now they are saying they don’t do appointments and it’s first come first serve. Then why was I scheduled for 8 in the morning by the service manager about 2 weeks ago. Obviously there is a huge disconnect and lack of communication at that dealership. Hope I don’t have the same issue on Monday.

SLOW Service!! Scheduled an appointment about a month out for a recall. Got to the dealership at 7:45…was not checked in until after 9:00 am. Even the employees move SLOW…no sense of urgency whatsoever! Very frustrating. (Maybe opening an hour or half hour earlier to get cars checked in sooner might help??) THEN…got a call at 2:30 to tell me everything that needed to be done on it. I passed on all of their suggestions and asked how much longer for the car to be done….and I was told about an hour and would receive a call to let me know it was ready. NEVER GOT A CALL. The service department closes at 5:30 and I called at 5:15 and got their voicemail, left a message and did not get a call until the next day. Funny thing is that they have signs up in the waiting room all about their awesome customer service….what a joke!!

We had a wonderful experience at AllStar Kia of San Bernardino. My daughter called and did most of the legwork on the phone, after speaking to several Kia dealerships, we chose AllStar because Linda from the finance department said they could match a deal we had been quoted by another dealership( the other dealership called to say they had sold the car as we were driving to our appointment with them). When we arrived at AllStar we were welcomed and assisted to find Linda, who also welcomed us and said she had already started the process and then turned us over to Chaz who again welcomed us. Chaz was very friendly, not pushy in any kind of way which we very much appreciated .He brought up 2 cars from the back and showed us a total of 3 cars, took one for a test drive and then returned inside to complete the paperwork. Chaz went the extra mile for me and we were very pleased to have worked with him on the purchase of my new Forte . Before I left Chaz went over every button and function of my new car explaining the pros and cons of a few things I was unsure of . He also took the time to sync my phone to my new car and waited for me to make a test call to assure me it had been successfully synced, and then removed my old info from my previous Kia . We went over the outside of the car to assure there were no scratches on my new car, got a little bit of tape residue off a couple spots, And then Chaz told me if I needed help with changing any of the features we had programed, that he would be happy to help me out if I needed to come back to do that . Over all it was a pleasure doing business with AllStar Kia.

I had to have my car towed to this dealership on a Thursday morning due to blowing out my front tire; I tried calling several times during the day to get an update on what was needed and the price. Amanda finally called me back just before 3pm and told me she would call me in an hour with prices; she never called me back. Had my car for over a week. Called for 4 days in a row leaving message after message to no avail. It took me driving down there in person to get any answers. I get there and only then do they look it up to see the the part is backordered (and not going to be there in 1-2 days like I was told). I understand if they are busy or parts take longer sometimes but 4 days of no one returning my call when I have no rental vehicle and 4 kids to get to school. I ended up going to the dealership and picking up my car and found out they had mislabeled the keys with the wrong car. That whole week my vehicle was there it was not worked on. I just leased my 3rd optima from Kia San Bernardino, I love my 2020 optima Sport. Armando, the sales manager at Kia is amazing, I went and saw him a year before my lease was up and it was just to early to turn in my 2016 Kia optima. Armando was great he kept in contact with me and when it was time he nailed the car I wanted and then some. Such a nice guy too. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience as it was pretty much all done over the phone, I was out of the dealership in 1.5 hours with my new car and a beautiful car it is. When I finally got someone on the line they told me they LOST MY CAR!!!!!! Finally a week passed and after I kept calling and calling they found it but forgot to work on it. They never pick up their phones and dont reach out to customers. After a month and a half my Kia was ready to be picked up. The car was filthy. So bad that people were writing on the windows from the dust. They did not clean it or fill up gas tank. Horrible customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Because of my experience yesterday, I will not be recommending the dealer to anyone. I own a Mercedes Benz and I am always treated with the upmost respect at every service. Ralph McGuire may need to learn a thing or two about customer service. Definitely could use a bit of empathy when dealing with customers. The response he gave the client prior to me in my opinion was not appropriate in a customer service environment. Forgot to mention, Ralph, next time please keep your cynical responses to yourself, especially when other customers are around. You don’t talk bad about customers in front of others. After searching for the Telluride for a few months I was finally able to find one closest to what I would have built myself. Overly excited about this I foolishly skipped over asking their price for the vehicle before driving the almost 2 hours to go get it. When I arrived I discovered the markup on the vehicle was almost $15,000. I expected to pay some kind of markup, but not that much. My salesman, Frank, was awesome and I genuinely liked him and would tell anyone going there to ask for him. And while they did work with me by giving me a little more than my trade in (still less than 2 other dealers said they’d offer) and gave me a little off the asking price, I wouldn’t be able to leave this part out if I were telling someone about this dealership. While I could have waited to try to find another Telluride at a dealer with a lower markup (or none at all) I wanted this one and I was tired of waiting. Makes you feel like they are marking it up so much simply because they can. They know the car will sell. And while I understand it from a business standpoint, I still don’t think that’s right. Just cause you can, doesn’t mean you should. Overall, the location itself was nice and clean and I did feel taken care of by my salesman, finance and even the Kia specialist who went over all the features of the car with me. I’d love to give 5 stars. But with markups like that, I just can’t.
