Allpointe Insurance Services has been an absolutely game changer for the firm. They ask great questions in order to listen and respond to our needs with benefits programs that support the firm and our growing, diverse employee population. The platform to support employees research and enrollment is simple, informative and easy to use. The team is responsive, knowledgeable and timely in responding to employee questions and concerns. We could not have made a better choice than the partnership we have with Allpointe.

Simply put, Allpointe is a lifesaver. We run a small business with 30 employees and the benefits administration process had become too unwieldly for us to manage. We were introduced to Brad and his team by our HR consultant and Allpointe swung into action. We were a month away from our annual open enrollment period and they reviewed our options, made timely recommendations, and completely automated the process using an easy online portal. Our employees are very happy with the new and much more robust benefits package, which is very important in such a competitive job market. Allpointe reduced our costs, enhanced our benefits, automated the process, provided in person and online support for management and employees in both English and Spanish, and reduced our risks through legal compliance. We cannot say enough great things about Brad and his entire team – their capabilities, response time, skill set and unwavering professionalism at all levels is truly a breath of fresh air. Great team. Great service. Bradley and his colleagues have been helping us for years now. As a purpose-driven nonprofit, it is a great comfort and benefit to know the Allpointe team not only has our back, they are beating the bushes in front of us, making sure we are well aware of and positioned to make smart, cost-effective, and well organized decisions.
