Im currently writing this review on the gaming pc that Miklos fixed for me. I brought it in and he told me what was up. Turns out I bricked my motherboard after a bad BIOS flashback I attempted. Luckily he had an extra board on him for a price, but I was fine with that since I would have had to buy a new motherboard anyway. Plus it was the same price as my bricked mobo. Brother was quick with fixing everything too. From installing a new OS to my M.2 SSD, installing drivers, and rebuilding my PC with the new motherboard all within a day. He went from telling me, I should have a quote by tomorrow to I can get this ready by tomorrow. Miklos is also a really cool guy to talk to. We talked a lot about cars and many other things while I was there. He even made some suggestions for me about upgrades and advice on building so I dont make the same mistake again. If you need help with your personal setup this place will always be the right choice.

Ive a great experienced with Allocate Tech. I got my computer fixed with Alex and he was very knowledge and fastI had my computer back in minutes. The laptop is running better than ever .I appreciate the immediately help he provide mebecause I need to have my laptop working at the same day for my work. Ive been running around on three other tech place all morning trying to get it fix. They tell me that they wont be ableto help and get it done until next Monday or Tuesday I could not wait thanks Allocate Tech computer Repair.

Took my (older) laptop in without much hope for its future....these guys are great. Replaced hard drive -- it works way better than it ever has. They know their stuff and are also friendly and charge fairly. Highly recommend them.

The guy that helped me cautioned me that my pc was to be priced at $45 to have a look at it because of the personal gaming style to it. With that being said, it totaled to be $150 for bios update that was needed, rewiring, and a couple of other things I cant seem to recall. Thank you Alex for being as detailed and proactive as possible for helping me with my first pc build!

I suggested this location for a friend to get their computer checked on(since im states away) because it was black screening. After my diagnosis, I found that a CPU core was being mentioned as failing in an even log, and that my friend should take it here to confirm if this was the issue so we know what to replace. -- So we drop it off and dont hear back for a week, and when we contact them they said it was a faulty storage device and malware. I didnt think this was the case but I was willing to believe them. We replace the failing HDD with an SSD that we cloned the drive to. However, as SOON as we had reconnected it and launched a game to test, it did the exact.same.thing. -- I think that they did not troubleshoot this at all and gave us a tech sounding answer. Very frustrated with this service.

I highly recommend Allocate Tech because Alex was professional, courteous and just a regular working man who spoke to me in terms that I could understand and came in under what he quoted me. He also took measures to secure a case closing issue I had.

At three oclock today my computer crashed. I called up Mick at Allocate and he instantly knew what was wrong over the phone. He told me that my hard drive failed, knew how it failed, and knew how to fix it. He got all this from me just telling him that I heard a crackling noise coming from my computer. He not only gave me a very reasonable price, but had my computer up and running in less than two hours on that same day!!! He not only fixed it but managed to retrieve and save all of my computer files...my lesson plans that I spent years on...he saved. In the past, Ive tempted to upgrade my computer but I will tell you now that other places take weeks just to look at it, and they charge bogus assessment fees that are inflated. Mick was extremely reasonable, straight forward, knowledgeable, and he delivered what was promised in UNDER the time he promised it. Im eternally grateful, and if I ever had any computer needs again, Im going there. I rarely write reviews, but his service was that good, so I wanted to share.

After years of having our home-office computers serviced by other well-known but very expensive tech services, I turned to the search engines to find good quality but more affordable options. I decided to give this Allocate Tech a try and I have never regretted this decision.Alex Vue, the owner, is very professional, excellent at his trade, trustworthy, reliable and affordable. His prices are reasonable and his advice is always good. He is also patient, calm, friendly and has always been considerate of what is important to us as clients and has always taken the time to answer all our questions and to honestly explain our options to us. As of this review, Allocate Tech has serviced our home-office computers for about six years and I will not have anyone else touch them or take them anywhere else. The techs that work for him also do a great job. I highly recommend Allocate Tech.

Went to too many computer repair places in the region, all without satisfactory results. So glad we found Alex and his associates there at Allocate. Anyone who is dependent on computer technology must have qualified and competent tech people available at all times and these are the guys. Prices are very good for the quality of work received and anything we have ever brought them they have fixed without issue. And we always have weird stuff happen...
