Jeff tracked my moms Downey house for years and kept us politely informed of his existence. When the time came to sell, I turned to him and was pleased with his efficiency, professionalism and friendly business-like behavior. Jeff used modern tools to accelerate the process and held an open house within days of me signing sales agreement. He landed 5 offers within days. We ran with the highest offer (priced quite fairly for area), which also had the fewest contingencies. Everything went smoothly, although Title Company found some issues with Downey itself... which they quickly worked around. In the end, the entire process closed in less than 2 months. I am impressed and pleased with Jeffs work: he kept everything in motion. Highest praise for Jeff and his abilities! I highly recommend the gentleman!

Jeff managed our rental property in Downey for over 4 years. We inherited the property from my father and Jeff consulted and made the arrangements necessary to prepare the house for rental. He found reliable, high quality tenants and the house was always occupied. He was able to handle any repairs at a fair price through his network of contractors. We live in Northern California and never had to travel to Downey to take care of business. We saw the equity in the house increase and when it came time to sell, Jeff sold the house for a price above what we were asking. The house sold quickly and without a glitch. Obviously we could not be more satisfied.

Jeff did a great job for us. My father recently died and my mom was moved into an assisted living facility while I live in Reno, NV. Jeff made all the issues that arose long distance for me go away with no fuss. Escrow was a breeze AND we go the price we asked for. Thank you Jeff. From opening through closing of escrow, Jeff exceeded all expectations. His being calm and collected rubs off on you and you just stop worrying. My husband and I were stressing out about timing for tenting the house and all he had to say was we wed do it when were out of the house and all was forgotten. In appearance and in speech, professionalism was impeccable, and it felt great to be represented by the best. The only regret is we couldnt take him with us to represent us as buyers 80 miles away...Thank you Jeff! Until we do business again!
