Allen’s Flower Market came in to the rescue! They were able to help me out with a beautiful birthday bouquet in a matter of minutes. Ordered a bouquet for a friend who recently lost someone important. She loved the flowers and thought they were perfect. I paid for delivery after 6pm, however they were delivered around 3pm. The owner issued a refund without issue. I would definitely order from Allen’s again.Thank you!

Today, I went in to purchase flowers for my Moms birthday, and this place still rocks after I moved away from Long Beach 20 years ago. I had the pleasure of having Miss Laly.as my florists, and she worked her magic.What a lovely young lady, she made my visit amazing. Mom was so happy with her smell good lilies. Had to place an order from Texas and was referred by another florist in Culver city. Andrew understood exactly what i was looking for, gave several options, asked all the right questions and took care of me efficiently and professionally. The plant with flowers added was gorgeous and was way better than i expected. Keep in mind plants and flowers are not cheap. You get what you pay for, make sure you budget accordingly if you want spectacular!

Easy to order online from Allens. The hospital down the street actually recommended Allens over the hospital gift shop when I called the front lobby. Same day delivery was included in the price and worked perfectly. My SIL who was in the hospital, and her nurses, loved the flowers. The teddy bear was a different one than we ordered but was the one that cost more and was cute, so we wont complain. :) Figured they had run out of the others. Allen’s Flowers has beautiful fresh flower arrangements and they are priced similar to other shops. I found them on google and I ordered in person. I ordered arrangements for a funeralThey matched all of my arrangements on the flowers that I wanted. I recommend the portrait standing spray. Needed a local Long Beach florist to deliver a nice, classy flower arrangement to a co-worker at the loss of her very special grandmother. Allen’s Flower Market’s website was easy to navigate and made online ordering quick and easy. Shortly after I placed the order, i received a call that a particular flower as pictured on the website was not in stock. He suggested a different color but also asked if I wanted to select a completely different arrangement. I appreciated the notification that what I ordered would not be what was sent. They used the same flower of a different color and it was absolutely beautiful and perfect.

I have used Allen’s Flower Market for several years. They can be counted on for beautiful arrangements. We had some difficulties with delivery, but they would not give up. The delivery person stayed in our area for an incredibly long time until he could find our house. While it was frustrating at times, I was so appreciative that the delivery person and the company were so dedicated to assuring delivery on Mother’s Day that they refused to give up. They are the best in the Long Beach area!!

This shop is in our neighborhood, I always drive by and one day needed an urgent delivery and they made the process seamless. The cashiers and staff at the store were amazing and attentive to my needs as I was sending this bouquet on behalf of my Dad who lost the boss that he grew up working with. They let me purchase a card from their store and hand write my note to be delivered with the flowers, rather than going with a typed message and that was the personalization and attention to detail I was looking for. Also, I didnt even have to pay the expedited delivery service fee and the flowers got to their location even before the time I expected. Of all the floral delivery companies out there, Allen’s has always proven to be the best and most reliable. Recently, I had to send flowers to family in another state after the passing of a very close loved one. Allen’s had a huge selection of exactly what I wanted. After a failed delivery attempt with another florist through a major online floral delivery company (I didnt know who else to go).I researched and found Allens Flower Market had great reviews, so I placed an order for a Flowering Birthday Cake with them directly.I placed the order late night (after store was closed) on a Monday, and requested the option for delivery by the next day by 11am at the latest. They delivered before the deadline AND it was the most BEAUTIFUL floral arrangement EVER! It was a mix of flowers, put into the shape of a Birthday Cake; and they even put candles in the cake to make it look more real!!My Cousins told me All of the nurses LOVE the Flower Cake, theyre saying its the cutest thing, and none of them have ever seen anything like it before! I thought my Cousins were just saying that: but then I went for a visit, a Nurse came in and actually did mention how beautiful the flower cake was. I find that ordering flowers on-line in todays world is sometimes like ordering an event/concert ticket on line.....you are surprised and shocked at all the added costs at checkout, and to add insult to injury, the flowers only last a day or two. Also, many list physical locations while actually shipping the flowers from accross the country.Ordering from Allens was a great experience from start to finish. The associate was very helpful in creating the arrangement for my friends birthday. I was told about one particular flower that was unavailable in the item I choose and was given many options for a replacement, I was told the exact cost of the arrangement and the exact delivery fee. There were NO unexpected costs when all was said and done. The ordering experience was wonderful, they asked all the right questions. Did I want a one sided arrangement or an all around arrangement. I felt very comfortable what was delivered was exactly what I ordered. I ordered around 1:00 pm on a Friday, and they delivered same day!!The only thing that would have made it perfect, is if they would have sent a picture of the arrangement that was delivered!! My florist in Torrance would do that and it was great. Since it was sent to a male, they typically dont; 1. let you know they received the delivery, and 2. will never take a photo of it for you. Only girls do that. :)

The experience with Allen’s was very good overall. I was so happy the arrangement was delivered early in the day. It gave my sister a full day of enjoyment. The only reason Allen’s didn’t get a 5 was the roses were already in full bloom at 9 a.m. which means they won’t last more than two days, if that long. With the cost of flowers, you’re always hoping the receiver gets at least 5 days of enjoyment. The arrangement was in deed beautiful.

Allens Flower Market always makes the most beautiful arrangements.Update: I have been a customer of Allens since they sent the most stunning arrangements, several years ago, after my mother in law passed away. For the last four years I have had gorgeous arrangements and bouquets and centerpieces for every holiday and birthday and event delivered throughout every year. But since Easter this year they have been delivering forward facing spray arrangements that you cant view and enjoy from every angle. I always upgrade my orders and spend quite a bit, so it has been disappointing not to be able to enjoy the same quality and style as before. Sadly, after a very terse and rude interaction with the manager or owner, I dont know, he didnt give his name, I will no longer be a client. I simply asked if they had a new designer, because suddenly after many years the arrangements had changed and he scoffed and tried to say they follow the look on the website. I said Id been buying off the website only for many years and have never had this happen, I also pointed out it does not say the arrangements are sprays. He was agitated and rude and asked what he was suposed to do about it. So weird! Common courtesy and good customer service would have easily fixed the problem, I even told him the flowers were very pretty, just one sided which i didnt understand. I am so sad about this and I have led many friends to do business with them over the years. They have noticed the change in quality and are disappointed too. On to the next florist!

The graduation lei was very nice, and stood out from the crowd (was unique and helped us find our graduate easily). But there was an issue with the corsage. I selected a wristlet on their website. They made it with pins. The clerk initially blamed me but then went to their website and discovered that someone on their team put the corsage I ordered in the wrong section (should not have been a wristlet offer). They thus made it into a wristlet on the spot but it fell apart during the ceremony so was a bust. That was a bummer. Overall though their flower selection was good and priced fairly and it was convenient to order online and pick up on day I needed the pieces. Just not happy about the wristlet being wrong.

First time I had ordered my son’s gf a flower lei for her graduation from CSULB, and it was gorgeous. I ordered a large arrangement for my Aunt’s funeral, custom made with the colors for her service: red, black, and white. There were large long stem roses, both red and black, red carnations, white gladiolus, white spider mums, red carnations, tropical greenery, and other white floral decorum. The basket of flowers also came with a beautiful red and gold ribbon without family’s name; everyone loved the beautiful arrangement. Because my aunt was cremated, and there was a plethora of flowers, I was given the basket to take to the after event I hosted for my cousins, friends, and family. Many took pictures in from of the flowers, and afterward, we split the flowers into multiple bouquets for relatives. One week later, I am still enjoying my beautiful bouquet. Allen’s never misses; I have been a faithful customer for over 20 years, since I was in high school! Now my boys frequent the shop as well to get flowers for their honeys!

I purchased a lovely white classic flower arrangement for a funeral service I was unable to attend. I asked a family member to send me photos of the flowers and was disappointed and surprised to find that some of the flowers were droopy and dying (1 day after delivery), the arrangement of the flowers was terrible, and overall they looked cheap and thrown together. As always, Allen Flower Market does an amazing job with their floral arrangements. I have always received a positive response from the recipient that I have sent them to. For this order I decided on the Premium Arrangement, with enhanced flowers and larger vase. I have no problem with the flowers, they were beautiful. But, I feel as though the vase wasn’t large enough. The flowers were packed in very tightly, therefore all the stems weren’t in the water that filled 1/4 of the vase. The recipient didn’t arrive home until 8 hours after delivery. Perhaps, it could have been mentioned to the gentleman accepting the order, to add additional water. Just a thought.

I ordered a bouquet for my Mom’s 95th birthday on April 3rd. It was the best experience I have ever had for sending flowers to my Mom! I live in Nebraska & it can be difficult trying to get the right bouquet delivered to Mom within my budget. After several phone calls I called Allen’s. I talked with Fran & she was very pleasant, helpful & easy to work with!! I asked if I could see a picture of the the bouquet before it was delivered. She did send a picture & it was a lovely arrangement! And, it was right in my price range. I called the facility where my Mom lives & they confirmed the prompt delivery of a wonderful bouquet. From now on, Allen’s will be my go to florist, for sending flowers to my Mom! I hope Fran will still be there the next time I order flowers!!! I ordered white carnations to make a lei for my daughter’s College graduation (3 dozen). The person who took my order was professional & helpful despite placing the order one of the busiest days of the year for a florist (a day before Mother’s Day). I picked up my order the following Thursday without delay and was provided with 13 in each dozen as described:) I was delighted to also find dyed blue roses, which I could add to the lei:)
