Allen is my Favorite place to go to for my tire & oil change needs. Every time I come in they make my experience a fast and pleasant one. They always go Above & Beyond. My last visit I went in to get my tire fixed with a nail it with no time to spare due to being on my lunch break they fixed in no time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Best customer Service ever!

The slowest place on the planet. I went in to have a flat fixed. There was no cars in the bays and 3 people standing around.nobody worked on another car while I was there and it took them 2.5 hours to patch my tire and then they wanted 35 bucks for it.The only reason I gave them 1 star is because it wouldnt except 0 stars. If this was the last tire place in California I would have my car towed to a different state.

I had a flat tire in the pouring rain so I had AAA take me and my car to Allen Tire. Dan P. the manager was so helpful and accommodating. He went above and beyond to get me my new tire and on my way. I had to go to work and felt so stressed out. He definitely showed concern and saved the day!

Horrible service, when I got my tires done not even one week of driving my car my tire blows out. Call them to let them know that they possibly sold me a bad tire, they did not want to help me at all and hung up on me. The good reviews on here are probably The workers or the families writng the reviews. Would not recommend this place until they replace the rude workers.

I went here a few months back when it comes to oil changes I will do a 3/5 mostly because they didn’t even replace the oil filter I had to come here mostly due to reviews and because my car is extremely low to the ground that I couldn’t do my oil change for once. When it comes to tire changes I say they are a solid 5/5 when it comes to warranty and pricing.

I went in for a tire patch due to running over a nail on the road. Immediately when I entered an associate greeted me and asked what I need help with! He did a great job with the patch on the tire and was pretty quick as well. Also, the Store Manager Dan provided excellent customer service and I highly recommend this place if you ever have a flat tire! Will definitely be returning again as this place cares about its customers :)

If I could give the manager Dan 0 stars, I WOULD. I have taken various vehicles to this location & theres always an issue. On one occasion we took our vehicle to get the tires rotated & balanced. We bought the package that costs $79.99 from another store located in Hawthorne. The vehicle is registered in Inglewood, & he kept asking why I brought the vehicle all the way to Downey if I lived in Inglewood. I thought, WHY DOES IT MATTER? I didnt want to sound rude, so I stated I worked in Paramount, & it was close by. He insisted though... This place either needs to train him on how to treat customers or just hire another manager. I will definitely be contacting corporate regarding this, & other matters involving him.

I came here like I do always to get my car serviced. Today, I came because of a screw in my tire. They were honest, the screw was pretty big, they told me it may not be fixable. Well, thank goodness the tire was fixable and they didnt charge me a penny. Thank you for this blessing. Its always very comforting to receive such a great service. Thank you.

Thus, I decided to take advantage of any and all services they offer. The JIffy Lube is just across the street from my residence but I now drive the two miles to the Allen Tire Company for my oil change and all my car service needs. Just stopped in here because I ran over a nail and got a flat. Came in, they had it fixed in less than 30 minutes (went and grabbed a snack down the block so it may have been even less than that). Then the real kicker. Dan, the store manager tells me you are all set. I ask how much I owe him for patching up my tire. He repeats, you are all set. No charge. I wasnt expecting this and was actually confused. Id never been there before, I wasnt some loyal customer. Anyway, long story short, great experience with this company.

Ive never met a nicer group of people than at Allen Tire Company. They saved my family vacation by replacing my blown tire in no time. They were even considerate enough to change the lobby TV to something age appropriate for my kids as soon as we walked in. This single business makes me want to move to the LA area. Good service, they work fast. The problem is that they charge you everything. Other places Ive visited sell you the tires and installation is free or at low cost, with these guys it is expensive, they also try to sell things you dont need, my car is 4 years old and it wears the tires evenly but this guys said that the car needed alignment so bad (of course they want those $99 so bad)

I know other places would’ve tried to sell me on getting my other tires replaced, but they knew that I didn’t have to right away. Worst customer service experience. First guy tried to convince me I will need a brand new tire and said to go into the office. I went into the office. Where I stood waiting in line for the guy behind the counter to finish with the customer infront of me. Mind you he is on a phone call while helping the customer. After the customer leaves, he finishes his call with HR talking about how he will save $10,000 for his bonus this month, And continues his conversation for more than 7 min. After the other customer left. I just walked out of there and found a tire shop 1 minute away.

Jorge went out his way to make my problem his problem to solve. Had an emergency trip the following day Tires were in no condition to drive 6 hours away. Not only did he get two tires from the other shop he also outsourced two more from somewhere else. They had me in and out in about 3 hours. Everywhere else I had called they told me good luck! Called them up to ask about a specific tire for a motorhome.. They said they could not get it it’s obsolete the guy as not willing to help (I knew the tire is rare and hard to find but still manufactured). I called the Lakewood store and the guy said that he can get 6 of that tire the next day, I would suggest going to the Lakewood store they are much more helpful.

Service was impeccable! george also helped me out and was just as great. They are not just a tire shop. They do lifts too. The techs made sure everthing was dialed in. As part of the off-road community and a professional desert racer, I take my rig out to the desert frequently and need to align the suspension every 4-6 months. I rented a car and one of the tires had a slow leak. Hertz sent me here to have it fixed and Dan and the rest of the shop crew were stellar! He kept me informed on the process, dealt with the rental car company on my behalf, and did his best to make sure I had a great experience and quick repair. I will be bringing my personal vehicle here next time I need anything.

I’ve been taking my car here for 10 years and would not trust anyone else with my tires. Dan and his crew provide exceptional service. They always take care of me when I experience a slow leak or flat tire. They always provide the most reasonable price for new tires too. I highly recommend Allen Tire Company on Woodruff Avenue in Downey.
