After 500 mi trip to Central coastal California, our car had issues.I called Mark at Allen tire the next morning, and he told me to bring the car in and they would have it ready by Tuesday. Brought it in Monday afternoon, he interviewed my daughter whos a primary driver of the car, and got the details from her. After an inspection of the car, he recommended new tires, which were badly needed, and a wheel alignment. He told me hed call me by 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday.Mark called early and told me that the car was ready and it needed no additional services. While we were considering what tires to get, he told us about a specific tire that was better and less expensive than the ones that we were originally looking at.Our family trusts Allen tire.

I walked into an obviously busy shop, I was greeted, and waited my turn. Jose took great care of me and got my job done quickly. I was able to leave my vehicle there and he called me a couple of hours later when it was done. Everything was EXACTLY as I requested and i think I got a great price for the tires I purchased. Ive been coming to this shop for over 10 years, and Ill keep coming back!

We have been going here for the past 12 years. Mark is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Whether we are repairing a flat or purchasing tires, getting other service work, they never disappoint. We will continue to use them and recommend to others. If you are looking for a great place to get tires look no further these guys are legit!

Really fantastic customer service.I went in thinking I would need a new tire, but they got me fixed up really quickly, and told me the job was so easy I didn’t have to pay. I’m amazed, I can’t believe I’m back on the road so easy again.When I do actually need new tires, this now the only place I’ll go.

Took car into Allen’s for tire alignment made appointment at 11:00. At 1:00 no one was working on it and there were no workers at all in the bay. The lady sitting next to me in waiting area had a 8:45 appointment and she was still waiting. So I just left. And am now looking for another place to get tires aligned. The visit was a total waste of time. The lady said that their service had been great until about 1 1/2 years ago and she was never coming back either.

Poor service at this tire shop. Mark is in a bad mood and get annoyed when he’s asked questions. I had to take my car in three times to get my air balance and wheel alignment. After I left first time my steering wheel started shaking, made me think they never balanced the wheels, I went back and said they would air balance them perfect this time. (Why couldn’t they do it perfect the first time?) then I had them check my wheel alignment but said everything was good. When I asked for my copy of alignment they said they didn’t print it out.(which made me think they didn’t do it at all). I drove off and my car started to pull to the right. I had to go back again and mark told me “my expectations are to high” he asked for my copy of the alignment from the day before but i told him Jose never gave me one. He was annoyed. They then checked alignment and it was off. (Which makes me think they never did check the day before). I drove off steering wheel needs to be a little left for it to go straight.. I wish I got a refund for this work. It has been my worst experience at a mechanic ever. They need better employees with good attitude and mechanics who know how to do the job.

Came in on Monday, had to order 2 tires. Said to come in on Tuesday at 8:30. No tires.Called 3 times no tires. They said they would call. Never called. We called late afternoon they yep they are in. To come in the am and we will mount them. And here we are, said it will be a couple of hours. Not expecting much.

My valve stem failed at the gas station across the street. I was able to drive into Allen Tire before my tire went flat. They were short staffed and busy, but took my car and repaired the tire in under an hour. Very friendly, very accommodating, I highly recommend them!

I scheduled an appointment with the $99. Coupon for an oil change. I got there and the cashier charged me $140.71 . I asked him why didn’t he honor the coupon. He stated that my car needs five quarts. I asked him how much did my car need last year. And how much did I pay last year. He looked it up and it was 5 quarts. I asked him how much did I pay last year. He looked it up and it was $120.00. I asked him why didn’t honor the coupon and why is it the price higher. He said the prices are higher. When I scheduled the appointment I asked him if he would honor the coupon. He said yes. BLM people it doesn’t matter with brown people. Stop including them in our struggle because it doesn’t matter to them.
