Yuri was and has been helping Natalie my wife and I with our policies for the past few years. He’s very responsive, honest, and always gives the best advice possible. Amazing service and very professional. I highly recommend them as an agency and especially Yuri because he’s always made sure to help us in all aspects you can think of and always found a way to go above and beyond! I usually dread calling anywhere. Finally after some questions about my insurance kept piling on I decided to contact my State Farm office. In June, I changed my car insurance from Kemper Auto Insurance to State Farm, and a few months later my mother changed her car insurance to State Farm, and Yuri, who is one of the employees, did all these things well and quickly for us. I always call Yuri to pay my car insurance and he is very polite and good person and always does our insurance works perfectly and quickly. I have always had a good customer service experience with Yuri and I recommend others to do their car insurance work with Yuri. Thanks to State Farm and my good friend Yuri for their great customer service.

Had questions about the higher rates on my home owners insurance policies and spoke to Emma Khachatryan. Emma was fantastic and I wound up with better coverage and saved approximately $2000 on my policies. This was amazing!
