My agent was very persistent with a great amount of tenacity to make sure that as a customer, I was completely satisfied. I never was left feeling pressured about any decision that I made however, taking my needs into great consideration. Taking the time out to make sure that my policy was completely customized to my particular needs for myself and my family. Emma should be commended. I called in worried about my rate increase for my auto policy and she was able to determine the proper course of action to help reduce my policy and find the right package for my needs. Thanks to the lawmakers in California I was getting a $800 annual increase and with Emmas help I was able to fend off the increase. Been with State Farm since 2009 and will next change carriers, thanks to Emma.
