As a new business owner, Waldo was very patient and allowed me to make changes to get my products just how I like them. His approach has always been about making sure Im pleased with the product. Additionally, the timeliness is awesome. With regards to getting business cards, he knew my preference was to have them before an event I was attending, and even with short notice, the team made it happen.

Wish I could give them zero stars. I had been using Allegra for over 10 years and once they changed management the company went downhill. Their designer made so many errors, they dont provide a quote before they start the work, and the manager basically said he didnt need our business because he didnt feel like making the necessary corrections that his designer messed up. I would never recommend this company.

Allegras staff is amazing and very helpful. I feel proud and accomplished when I hand my clients their invitations, brochures and other products I have designed for them, because Allegra prints them with such high quality. My designs are just designs on a computer, but Allegra brings them to life!!

Printing is a risky business. I have worked with several printing companies and Allegra has exceeded my expectations. Even when something may not come out right, the company does whatever it takes to make it right and make their customer happy. That is lost nowadays with so many other companies. I will always refer Allegra printing.

I worked with the company to prepare pamphlets and a poster backed image for a relatives funeral. They were very adequate in doing pamphlets but the man who worked the reception was incompetent and needed to ask an associate for an answer to every question he was asked. When we received the poster backed image, the image was off center so we asked for the image to be reprinted. We understood that the print size and original image didnt allow for it to be perfectly centered, however we still wanted it to be as centered as possible and approved a change in size to accommodate that. The reps told us it wouldnt be ready for another week and we said that was fine. So we go to pick up the the image/pamphlets and they tell us that the graphics person was not there to print it and give us the same image. And they still want us to pay for something we asked to get redone. What the hell man. Plus they were very relaxed on masks and their office is connected to an attorneys office, which I just think is weird.
