I had an excellent experience with Braulio from Allegiance Home Mortgage. Their communication skills were top-notch, and they consistently followed up with me whenever I had questions or concerns. I appreciated their prompt and informative responses, which made the mortgage process smooth and stress-free. Their dedication to clear communication and support really sets them apart. I highly recommend him and Allegiance Home Mortgage for their great customer service. I know the lending process is always about buying the house, but for me the process is what makes or breaks your decision to continue a relation with your lender, and that’s why I’ve always went with Braulio and Allegiance Home Mortgage.

I cannot say enough positive things about Braulio Zarate, my mortgage lender. From the moment I was referred to him by my realtor, Jasmine, and I knew that I was in good hands. His responsiveness and attention to detail were evident right away, and within five days of our first meeting, I had my pre-approval in hand.Throughout the entire home-buying process, Braulio was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also thoughtful and honest. He truly had my best interests at heart and worked tirelessly to ensure that I was making the best financial decisions for me and my family. I always felt like he was my champion, and that he had my back no matter what.One particular occasion stands out in my mind as indicative of Braulio’s character and commitment to his clients. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. As usual, I jumped on the internet and did extensive research on local mortgage brokers in the Tustin area. I narrowed my findings to 4 different brokerage firms, one being Allegiance Home Mortgage. After receiving estimates, I found that Allegiance gave the most competitive rates with one of the best track records based on reviews. My wife and I then decided to meet with Braulio.After meeting with Braulio, my wife and I agreed that he seemed like an honest down to earth guy that we can trust and have full confidence on. At that moment, we then decided to move forward.My wife and I were apprehensive of the home purchasing process, but Braulio was there to guide us every step of the way. He was outstanding throughout the entire process. He answered every question we had almost immediately, even while he was out of town on vacation with family (sorry Braulio!).If I were to do it again, I definitely wouldnt hesitate to work with Braulio and his team. I look forward to working with him for future property purchases.

I reached out to Braulio to help purchase a home less than three months ago. Braulio helped to streamline the process of getting everyone involved in order to get my loan approved and closed. I had never purchased a home before, and Braulio was very professional and knew the business in and out, he made the whole processes a breeze. He is both, professional and knowledgeable and responsive. He was there for me every step of the way and thanks to his efforts I was able to go through the entire process, from application to the closing table in one month! I can’t recommend allegiance home mortgage enough. I shopped around when I was trying to refinance my house but most companies rush you to close on any APR for the sole purpose of getting their commission, they don’t care much about the property owner. However, Braulio made it rapid, secured and efficient to refinance with them. This company takes the time to acknowledge your needs and will provide you the best possible interest rate. I have told my friends and family members about this company for the mortgage needs. We have not been disappointed!

By far THE BEST LENDER!! Braulio is one of those lenders that focuses not on the commissions but more on helping and providing support to the borrower. This is one of the many reasons why I chose Braulio as a lender multiple times now. Each time, Braulio has been helpful, easy to contact, and very knowledgeable to my questions and concerns. Which is extremely helpful when looking for loans for important purchases, like a home, you would want someone to be there with you throughout the whole process. When it comes to buying a home it is a very stressful process. Thanks to Braulio and his team they made the process a little less stressful for me. I was a first time homebuyer and didn’t know much about the process, Braulio and his team were there every step of the way explaining the process and what to expect. They are so patient and very helpful. They were there every step of the way, they walked me through everything, explained everything well, and made the process super easy for me. They even made sure I was good with everything after closing and still check on me from time to time. They truly care about their customers. I can not wait to be able to work with them again. I am so thankful that I got to work with this amazing team.
