Will and John at Allanson Insurance are wonderful. Ive just moved to Santa Cruz and John helped quickly with my auto insurance. He has an absolutely wonderful assistant as well: Diamond. True to her name, she really does sparkle! Outstanding customer service & follow-up. Diamond goes above & beyond. Karen and Diamond at Allanson Insurance Agency are absolutely awesome. We needed some documents urgently and rather than giving the stock answer of It takes 3 to 4 business days Karen dove in to see how she could expedite things and to our delight, we had the documents available the next day! Very happy with all aspects of Allanson Insurance.

Ive held a couple policies with Will for several years now and he has always been very honest and educational when discussing my options.Most recently, I needed a few changes made to my renters insurance policy and he turned it around in less than half a business day, so fast and helpful!Would recommend to anyone!

I have dealt with many insurance agencies and insurance agents over the years and there are a few that stand out because of their character and excellence.Clayton Carter is such an agent.When you meet people that take their own initiative to go out of their way to help you understand or achieve something, this has been my experience every time with Clayton.The insurance industry is complex and Clinton has the ability to take a complex issue and make it easy to understand. Will was more than helpful in securing a policy for our home (located in a high fire area) in Aptos. The previous policy could not be renewed due to the recent fires, Will was able to get a new policy written in a matter of days. He kept us in the loop through the entire process and ultimately was able to get us better coverage than we had under the last policy. I would highly recommend giving Will a call if you are in need of new homeowners insurance.

I changed from home owner to renter and needed to adjust my insurance accordingly. Karen Foster managed the entire process for me seamlessly, including ensuring that my insurance and new address would be adjusted on the appropriate dates without my having to do a thing. She explained my options clearly and helped me find the best policy for my new situation. Great agent, great agency.
