My entire experience from phone contact to schedule an appointment to project completion was nothing but top notch and professional! All the office staff and mechanics were helpful, knowledgeable and more than pleasant to work with! I had the front end of my truck rebuilt and a lift kit installed including heavy duty parts! Kevin did phenomenal suggesting what parts to use and how to correct my issues. Kevin’s attention to every detail and professional work has my truck driving like new again. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Well worth the money! Fantastic crew and trustworthy business!!

I was very happy with the service I received at All Wheel. Mike kept me informed and did his best to cut costs when possible. Im relieved to find such a professional shop that can service my vehicle when it comes to automotive plus RV issues. I appreciate the shuttle service. I had to have my car jump started so I could drive it to All Wheel last Monday. They were SUPER busy, so it took until Wednesday before I was able to get my car back. In that time, the mechanics at All Wheel tested my cars battery, which was ridiculously low, so they replaced that. Then, as time allowed, they tested the alternator, which, thankfully, tested good. Im always so grateful to everyone at All Wheel because they are so kind, friendly, professional, AND thorough. They take the best care of me and my car! I will take any car I ever own to All Wheel, without fail!

Rob and his staff were amazing ! So kind and really cared about our situation! Our RV check engine light was on and we were losing power on the hills. We were able to get to them and I’m so glad we did. They got us in immediately, diagnosed our problem and drove to get parts so that they could get us repaired and back on the road within hours. Rizzi went above and beyond with two convoluted projects. An axle replacement on my boat trailer and Anderson Hitch in my truck led to multiple calls to the manufacturers and some creative thinking and it worked out great. All staff are very helpful and friendly and don’t seem to mind stepping in to provide assistance or a ride. This is definitely a good organization.

Our vacation was interrupted by an unfortunate incident that damaged the top of the refer unit on our camper. All Wheel took us in immediately, surveyed the damage, procured the parts and made the repair. we were back on the road in three hours. Fantastic Job!!Their experienced staff did excellent work. We were definitely in a fix when all wheels came to the rescue. I was thankful that they took the time to really dig deep to find the issue. It was a huge help to be able to stay in our coach at the property. Not a lot of fun but could have been a lot more expensive to rent a hotel and a car on top of the repair costs.i felt I could really trust these guys instead of being taken advantage of. Thanks guys

Decided to give your shop a try after reading the reviews. Just a trailer bearing job but Harbor Freight trailers have different parts. Rizzi was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The job took a few days extra because of the parts but that wasn’t a problem for me. I was impressed by how friendly and positive all your staff were there. Smiles and howdies all around! Like they enjoy their jobs! I will definitely use and recommend your shop. Thanks!

What a Great group at All Wheel. They did a great Job and were very informative and explained what they did to correct the issue with my RV. Work was completed is less than expected. I will be sure to come back for a check up in a year or two. They allowed me to stay overnight in my RVso the could get started first thing in the morning. Great shop and people. My 30’ Vista started having power issues coming back from Oregon. All Wheel took me in the day I called . It took a couple hours to determine it was the catalytic converter. Ordered the part and it was delivered the next morning. All Wheel helped get a rental car for my wife to get back home for a friends medical emergency. All Wheel let me stay on site and provided power for the RV, it 95*. Would highly recommend All Wheel Auto….just darn good people!

I love this place! All the employees are very friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to give me a ride to and from home and even assisted me in fulfilling a commitment I had made for the morning after I had expected to get my car back. The work they did was very thorough and done with a high degree of excellence. My car is 12 years old and was getting increasingly noisy with rattles and squeaks. Now its as quiet as when it was new. This is important to me as an Uber driver. You cant find a better place to take your car for repairs. I highly recommend them.

I use All Wheel for the first time about 1.5 years ago and was impressed by their professionalism, friendliness, and reasonable pricing. Last week, on a drive to go camping in our fifth wheel, I had a blowout. We were able to change the tire on the side of the heavily trafficked freeway (I-5 near Mt Shasta). I called All Wheel to ask for help with that tire and the slow leak on the spare. They were able to accommodate me on a Friday with grace and concern on the phone making arrangements and then even more while they repaired the problem.RVs as an industry suffers from broad incompetence and poor business practices. OMG this place was a God send! I blew two tires out on my trailer just North of Redding. Using my roadside assistance, I was put in contact with All Wheel. They called me! What? Yeah, they called me and Rizzi Checked in to be sure I was safe and if I needed anything. He checked on the eta of the tow trucks and that they are ready to fix my rig as soon as I got in. He even offered to let me stay at the shop overnight if I needed too!I seriously felt like I was part of the family. They all were genuinely concerned and wanted to be sure I had anything I needed.They anticipated what I would need and preordered everything so that they could get to work first thing in the morning. Which they did. They put to techs on the job (Bryan & Alex) and put new tires and suspension all for a reasonable price.Look, these folks are amazing. I wish I had a shop like this in Washington. I am so glad that I broke down where I did because these guys put a long term solution in place.

I brought me highlander in for an alinement after replacing all of the front end components on my own. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and kept me updated on how the work was going. All of the employees were happy and friendly to each other which you dont very often any more. My car now drives like a new car and I was very surprised at the amount I paid for the repairs. If you need RV repair, Rob and his team of experts is the place to be! With some major chassis and brake problems, the crew didn’t give up until everything was exactly right. Their kindness and customer service is the best I have ever seen. How many repair shops actually do test drives to ensure everything is correct? Well they do! After receiving much-appreciated text & email reminders about some service that was due, I was able to get an appointment right away for my year 2000 class C motorhome. In addition to my oil change and overall checkup, I had a possible issue with the differential that needed a look. Amazingly, after a couple of hours comfortable wait, everything was completed, and off I went with a clean bill of health, and less of a *bill* than I had expected to pay. Looking forward to my next visit to keep the ol gal running like a dream, and to safe travels in the meantime!

I have used the services of Rob and his staff for a number of years to maintain my travel trailer and tow vehicle. More recently I asked them to check the alignment of my truck and look for any irregularities since I was experiencing some driving issues while towing after having another business provide new tires and alignment. They were able to immediately test drive the truck after which Barry put it on the lift, completed a thorough inspection and checked the alignment. I appreciate the courtesy, professionalism and thoroughness of their approach. They know what they are doing and what to look for. If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I would. I was on a work trip in my van (I run a mobile business). I started hearing a thumping noise from my front end and was loosing the ability to steer. I was stressed being that I was hours from home and had a full work schedule for the day. Long story short, from start to finish we were out in about 3 hours and for a reasonable price too. They under promised and over delivered. I would recommend them to anyone who will listen. We were on day two of a trip pulling our travel trailer without working brakes (fortunately the trucks work well). We looked-up repair places close to where we were and called All Wheel RV Repair. Their self-proclaimed RV nerd, Rizzi, told us to come right in & they would see what they could do. We could not have hoped for a nicer man to do business with! From that phone call to driving out with our brakes fixed was 4 hours total. If youve ever had to get any RV repairs done, you know that it is nearly impossible to get in and out in under 4 weeks, or months, let alone 4 hours. They understood that we were traveling through and made us a priority so we could continue on our trip.While getting us in quickly and expertly fixing the problem would have been enough, they made the whole 4 hours we spent there a very pleasant experience. Everyone was extremely kind & helpful (Every. Single. Person!) and we had interactions with all 5 of the people who were there that day, including the owner, Rob. This multi-generational family business has grown from a small shop to the much larger operation it is today, without losing their obvious commitment to excellence in work quality and customer experience, all at a very reasonable cost.We have never minded sitting in a repair shop less! They made us feel right at home, from the delicious fresh fruit from a local farmers market, to the cookies and donuts they shared with us. And of course, everyone made a fuss over our dog, making him feel extra special too!Even though All Wheel is 5 hours from our home, we will not hesitate to bring our trailer here at the start of our travel season next year, to make sure its good to go before we hit the road!Thanks to everyone at All Wheel (especially Rizzi, & Alex) we were able to continue on our way, trip uninterrupted!

Happy to give five star review for these guys. They let me trailer camp in their yard for two nights and really tackled my brake problems. Rizzi (trailer sales manager) was very helpful and sympathetic when I talked to him before coming up and after I arrived. All mechanics were courteous and knowledgeable. Rob (owner) went for several drives with me trying to get all the brakes working correctly. I drove five hours from Mendocino County to get this work done and it was well worth it!

The team at All Wheel is fantastic. They always communicate well with me about what is going on; walk me through what they need to do vs what could wait. I have a really old truck thats was bought used and has been a lot of work. All Wheel has always been very honest, a great second opinion, and typically much better pricing than other shops. What they havent been able to figure out (like my 4x4 electrical issues) they have made references for and asked if I could let them know what I find out so they can be better able to assist with similar issues in the future; i.e. they are constantly trying to improve and learn. I appreciate that about people and businesses.

We were traveling from Washington to Arizona in our motorhome which was running very rough.Although they were very busy, Donny was able to get us in at 10AM. Great experience!! Same day service! Called on my morning break about our 2017 Ram Bighorn starting problem (thought a new battery would fix the problem and it did not). Knowledgeable technician said it sounded like the starter and called back quickly with a reasonable estimate. Had Ram towed to their shop on our lunch hour. We met the Technician that I had talked with earlier. Very professional, courteous and best customer service. Their shop was big, clean and organized. Our Ram was finished that night and employees waited for us to get there around 5:20. This place is a real gem, good location right off of I-5. Nice lighted gated area. Our rv axle was damaged while on a long rv trip. We were 2000 miles from home. Sunday night we crawled into Redding and camped outside the business. Monday morning I saw a missed text asking if we were okay and an offer to camp within the gates of this business. Rob offered us the security gate code. How sweet was that?!Needless to say we did camp at this business for 3 nights. Our axle was able to be repaired. Our appreciation as well as the workmanship of this business was unbelievable. It is never a pleasant experience when something goes wrong while traveling. We had a hydraulic line blow out on one of our slides and it ended up coming out while traveling about 11 miles north of Redding, CA. We called and made arrangements with All Wheel Auto, Truck & RV Repair based upon the reviews online and their years of experience in the business and the fact that they said they did this type of work. We were greeted by the person we talked to on the phone and directed as to where to park our tow vehicle and where to back in our coach for repair. They started working on our coach as soon as we were parked. We had two lines blown out. We decided to replace all four lines. They had them custom made at a shop that they work with. Sam did the repair on our coach, very polite and professional. The entire staff was courteous and worked well as a team. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I broke down with my older (2004) Class C about 20 miles south of Redding. We were on a trip from Washington to Arizona. I had a seized axle hub. After several calls and being told they wouldn’t work on this old of a RV, I found All Wheel. I spoke with Rob the owner and he immediately said his shop would work on it. After some more troubles with towing companies, we finally ended up at All Wheel. Rob was there waiting and immediately made room to get my RV in the shop. Due to the age of the vehicle and lack of axle parts nationwide, it ended up taking a week to get the repairs completed. I knew the cost of the repair was going to be expensive and I was now worried about having to pay for a hotel. Rob and his father Joe were extremely accommodating and said we could stay in the RV while they did the repairs. They even offered power and water and wifi. This probably saved us around $1000 in hotel bills. Over the week there, we got to know Rob, Joe, and their crew. I can’t give them enough kudos for being such a friendly family owned business. I not only believe this shop is excellent and takes pride in their work, but I now consider them friends and I will bring my RV from WA down to them for future services. This is a very professional business. I got a reminder for my appt. We observed most of the process. We had a yearly bearing repack and chassis lube done. We are full timers, got in @9 am and was rolling down the road by 1130. A very cool thing they do is take photos of the components before and after, so it is easy to track wear. I initially was seeking tires and to have the front struts replaced, upon inspection there was other equipment that was nearing time for replacement but was not yet quite there. What a FANTASTIC business! I was shopping around for installation of a new hitch on my vehicle because I was having problems actually getting the work completed at the first business I had hired. The professionalism of every single person I spoke to at All Wheel, when obtaining the initial quote for the hitch, is what had me hooked! I initially in went to have an alignment done, but due to another issue, it couldnt be done. Donnie arranged a next day appointment for 2 RV maintenance items, then printed out name, address, phone # for the third (same day) item. Everything worked out perfectly. While waiting the next day, I saw only satisfied customers and the owner really seemed to like what he is doing. Russell, the mechanic, gave me some good engine tips for the road. All Wheels does a lot of RV work. Thnking of coming back for some custom RV work or getting their references to the best suitable shop. I highly recommend All Wheels!!!

We had a very pleasant experience at All Wheel. Our motorhome had an electric issue and we were side tracked. They fixed it. While there I inquired about cost of upgrading the chassis. A great suggestion by Daniel. Priced right. Had to get back on the road to keep up with schedule. When our travels were over I set an appointment for the upgrade. From my house to all wheel is about 600 miles. It was well worth the 1200 mile round trip. Plus I got to do a thorough road test. Rumble patches, cornering etc. WoW what a difference. This is Spencer. I called to discuss the possibility of a trailer brake installation concerning my in-laws food trailer. The conversation I had was with a man by the name of Rizzi. My in-laws wanted brakes installed on their trailer and completed by Thursday. I was the middleman communicating between both parties. Rizzi had no issues with this and was very patient about it. Rizzi and I had discussed a budget, and he made sure not to exceed it and keep us in the loop throughout the process. During this point of the conversation, he looked up parts as we talked and allowed me to send him pictures so that they could give a more precise quote on the cost and see precisely how much we could expect to spend. After several phone calls between Rizzi and my in-laws, there was finally a green light. I told my in-laws the location, which they estimated would take them four hours, and they started on their way. Maybe a few minutes pass, and Rizzi calls me back and tells me to send them back. I was initially confused, but he said they would be unable to complete it on the set deadline based on the parts needed from the pictures. Rizzi wanted them to save time. He had his customers best interests at heart and wanted them to use their time efficiently. Nowadays, the majority of people would have done things differently from Rizzi and would have put money before their customers. Even though we opted not to go through with the installation only due to timing constraints, I want the owners and future customers to take notice of Rizzis actions. He is undoubtedly the epitome of excellent customer service and deserves kudos. He was truthful and genuine with us from the get-go. Something money cannot buy. I brought my Class A motor home to All Wheel for a safety inspection and several other issues. The work was performed with great focus on detail for a reasonable cost. Although there were unforeseen challenges, Rob (The Owner) stayed on top of everything, worked with the warranty company, kept me informed and made sure things moved consistently in a positive direction. The staff is exceptionally friendly and personable. Even though things were busy at the counter when I arrived to pick up my Coach, I was greeted with smiles and told by at least 3 of them, well be right with you. The young lady approached me, called me by name and assured me that the work was done correctly and everything tested good. I dont recall this level of service, honesty and friendliness at any other shop. I really appreciate the efficiency, professionalism and overall excellent service. Ive only been to one other shop (a motorcycle shop in Ashevile) that was as top notch as this place. They arent the cheapest, but they by far offer superior service and are customer driven. Donny and the crew saw to us when an alternator failed during a road trip. They were able to squeeze us in between previous appointments and needed to order parts. To they allowed us to camp in their lot and provided power hookups. They checked in with us, giving us updates and even offered a ride into town if we needed. Our rig is a little older and not quite as pretty as some they had on the lot, but we were treated just the same. Thanks again for the hospitality. Kudos.

🥺 honestly they were so kind I was just running errands in my rv plus towing my jeep behind. And so happened to have a low tire light they kindly got me in and refilled. At the ending I was too closed to class A rv due to the fact I couldnt back up or unhook my jeep from the tow bar(wasnt budging from the safety pins) I couldnt remember their names but whoever back up the class A out of the repair area so I can move forward thank you so much we made it to the camp ground safe❤️ definitely will be coming here whenever were in redding.

I bought my first class A motorhome DP. Although the logs showed decent service, I wanted to start with a clean slate. Although I have some mechanical skills, the task of getting everything done by myself was daunting, especially with the amount of fluids that needed to be changed. I searched the internet for a reputable place in Redding that serviced motorhomes. All wheel had excellent reviews, so I made an appointment. They took me in the next day and only took three days to do a complete inspection, and complete services on the engine, transmission, rear drive, and generator. They did excellent work and were very professional. No doubt a five star review. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because the keys with my fob were misplaced and they have not been found for over a week now. If they show up, Im definitely changing my rating. Irregardless, I will be using All Wheel for service in the future. Update..All wheel came through big time by replacing the lost keys, two new fobs (which were very hard to find) and fixing a small fuel leak from the generator at their cost. This might be something you would have to complain about at other places of business, but All Wheel gets the big picture (repeat customers and good reviews bring business). Everyone from the mechanics to the front desk are incredible in every way. Not only will I continue using them for my motorhome service, but I will now bring in my diesel pickup for service as well!

We were travelling south on I-5 and called ahead about 3 days to see if we could get a wheel alignment on our 5th wheel. We were scheduled in according to our travel schedule and were able to dry camp on the lot the night before.The wheel alignment was performed efficiently and at reasonable cost. As well, we had one set of springs and bushings replaced.All the staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable and at home. Traveling over Christmas week was something. Trying to beat the cold front from the east. Somewhere in Tahoe the rear brakes started to make a grinding sound. Stopping in Redding, CA on the 23rd on Dec. Needed a brake job before continuing over Shata to Medford. All Wheel stepped up and serviced the need right after the Christmas holiday. I had initially gone to another outfit for service and decided to research other providers. I contacted All Wheel and was surprised by both the cost and, if I was flexible, that they could provide the service that day. I brought my vehicle in for service, I am working from home was happy to know that they had wifi so I was able to work while I waited. They were not able to get my vehicle in as early as they would have liked, and as a result it was finished later than anticipated however, the technician and front desk folks stayed on until the work was complete. I could not have asked for better service and my only regret is not coming here first. And, as an added bonus, in a community that has had its struggles with the mask mandate every time that I entered the office or spoke with someone in the bay they wore a mask. two thumbs up...

This is an incredible group of people dedicated to working with and helping their customers .We are from Pennsylvania and drove out to California to visit our daughter and son in law.On the way we experienced some frustrating problems with our motor home that needed to be dealt with before we went any further .Even though they were booked solid they arranged to fit us in, since we were from so far away and had time constraints.They were able to rectify the problems and also made some recommendations that we choose to go with . I wont go anywhere else ever again. These guys have taken care of me better than you could ever expect from a repair shop. I live in my van full time so when it breaks down thats my whole life on the line. These folks not only went out of their way to put me at ease they even let me stay in my van on there lot, every time I have needed work done. Set up appointment to give an estimate on left upper tie-rod replacement. Definitely needs replacement and I dont really have the time at the moment to do the repair myself, so asked to just replace that one tie-rod, showed up after a week out appointment for just an estimate, wanted to charged me $70 just to tell me to replace the tie-rod I had already knew needs to be replaced. Just another money grabbing, non-ethical company. If you dont know auto mobiles, dont go, likely to severelly over charge. Again, asked them to replace one tie-rod, and want $70 just to tell me the same thing. Such a waste of my time.

These guys are great for RVs. We are living in ours full time and they let us stay in it there on the lot for 3 days while they repaired it!
