Ideal experience!First time buying an RV from a dealer. Prior purchases have been private party. Couldn’t have gone better. My sales guy, Lou, was professional and personable. Needed some water fittings to repair a water leak on my 5th wheel RV. They had everything I needed to fix the problem. Picked up a water filter cartridge at the same time. Prices are excellent. Very happy with the whole experience.

We have an Alliance Paradigm. Purchased in Texas. Brought here because we live nearby and heard about their great customer service. We had an issue with the slide out. Scheduled an appointment and showed up. Carol in service was wonderful and wanted to make everything right. Carol had her service tech Chandler inspect our trailer right away. Chandler found a screw broke off and thus out slide was not working correctly. Screw replaced. Chandler went above and beyond and inspectected other slides!!! I was in and out in less than an hour!!! I will be back as customer service was wonderful!!!!

This Jayco service center is about 61 miles away from me, but I will not go anywhere else for service. Carol and the team did an excellent job communicating every step of the way to make sure the warranty work was completed earlier then expected and did an amazing job doing the work. My experience with the sales man Bill was excellent but his company leaves a lot to be desired. The little tables that fit the sofa are wobbly, and instead of swapping them out they refused. They ordered new ones too replace them. Still waiting !! For them. The shaft that fits the bar b q doesnt fit. The slide wall on the inside is floppy. The refrigerator makes a lot of noise. Other than that all is well.

Very happy with the service we received here this week. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to explain things and provide us with information. Although weve been out twice already this year, its great to have taken care of several small things before the rest of the season.They adjusted the entry door and replaced the latch plate--our most pressing issue--checked and filled the tires, topped off the propane.We upgraded to an electric jack on our 20 travel trailer and it may be the best money weve spent in a while. Cheaper than a bad back, for sure.Well be using their parts store to help support them between the inevitable future service visits Well make. Lucky to have them near.

Purchasing our new travel trailer at All Valley RV was a great experience! We purchased a brand new travel trailer from them and the process was easy and quick, and absolutely no pressure was applied to us. We went into the dealership a few times over several months and the never pressured us into buying something we wouldn’t be completely happy with. We finally found one that we loved so we made the decision to buy it. Gary helped us with our purchase, showing us the trailer and answering all the questions we had about it. Rick in finance was fantastic, doing all the paperwork and finding us great rates for our loan. We had a trade in and we were offered a very fair price for it. The whole process was amazing and easy. We had been looking at getting a travel trailer for a few months, researching to narrow down what we wanted and needed out of it. We finally zeroed in on the size of the bed as the one thing that we refused to budge on, we needed a king-sized bed. So we looked at reviews, watching walk around videos on YouTube and we finally pinned down three different options we would like to look at in person.We reached out to 4 or 5 dealerships through RV Trader and we got no responses so we ended up calling a few (All Valley RV was not one of the ones we contacted). We ended up calling one up North because online it said it had one of our chosen options in stock and we wanted to take a look at it. The drive was going to be crazy like 6 hours.So before we left to try and make it up there, I mentioned we should check out the local dealership to see if they had any options for us. This was the best decision we could have made.We walked into All Valley RV and met with Jordan, who was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions, and was handling 3 customers at the same time. There were only 4 salespeople and like 15 customers. It was nuts! Anyway, we work with him on the pricing and then his Sales Manager comes in and works with us and gives us an insane deal (I mean literally insane and we got a few things thrown in).So once the pricing is agreed upon, we head to the Parts Department waiting for Finance. We end up adding an AC, picking up all kinds of goodies to get everything up and running, and making a great connection with the Parts Manager Armando who hooks us up on the pricing for all the stuff we buy.So we are finally ready for Finance and Rick is a miracle worker. Not only did he lower my rate to what I was initially quoted by Jordan as what he thought I might get approved at, but he also gave me a great price on a 7 year Service Contract. He also ended up giving us three RV Club memberships/offers so we could experience some of the great RV Parks in California, Nevada, and Arizona.After finishing up with Rick, we head out to have have someone walk us through how everything works in our brand new Travel Trailer. One of the Technicians, Brian, came out and showed us how everything worked, answered all of our 30 thousand questions, and gave us some useful tips on what to buy/what not to buy to make things easier on ourselves. He was awesome!Since then, we have had a minor issue with our jack that was covered and repaired under warranty and Brian was the one that repaired it for us. Just awesome customer service.Our whole experience with All Valley RV has been an amazing one and I would definitely recommend checking them out. Even if youre just thinking about venturing into the world of RVing, go and talk to them. They will answer all of your questions and even give you tips on what to look for to ensure that you make the best purchase for your needs and wants.Thank you to the team at All Valley RV! We just bought a 2022 Jayco Jay flight 24BH and the process was seemless. Everyone was so helpful and very informative. Gary was our salesman and he is amazing. Experience #1. I called to get warranty work through Jayco I was told that unless I bought it there they wouldnt do it as far as I know thats not how Dealers are supposed to work I said ok . Experience #2. I call to get cabinet work out of pocket non warranty work I have yet to hear back its been a monthstill waiting for a reply. Avoid this dealer like the Plauge if you cant even get service from them I definitely wouldnt recommend buying from them either.

All Valley RV Center was great! I spoke to one person and he would not be there when we came in, but made sure we were taken care of. They were very helpful about going over parts and what we needed. The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is they did try to sell us a model that would be too heavy for our car. We knew what our car would tow and I worry what would have happened if a customer didn’t know their car payload was and they bought a trailer too heavy for them. I also wish they had more of a selection, but it’s not their fault they are selling them fast. Overall we had a great experience and we love our trailer! I would recommend anyone looking into buying a trailer to go and visit them!

The Good: We purchased our trailer in 2020 and cannot express how happy we were with the transaction from the salesman, to the finance Mgr.The Bad: I purchased an ADCO cover from All Valley RV parts store and explained that my trailer would be kept outdoors, located in Leona Valley, where it’s extremely windy. The parts manager Armando assured me that he would provide me the best cover for this type environment and that the cover has a 3 year warranty. Well, this so-called top of the line cover did not even last a week and had multiple rips along most seems. I called Armando explaining the situation and was met with a response that “All Valley is not responsible for any type of communication between the supplier and the end customer with any warranty claims”. I asked about a return once I received a new cover and Armando stated that he was willing to do it, but had reservations. Note: After doing further research on this particular cover, I could have bought it on Amazon $200 dollars cheaper. Do your homework before purchasing anything from this parts store!The Ugly: After a few months working with the manufacturer for the new cover, I received it and went to All Valley to return for a refund. There was a young gentlemen that initially helped me out and called Armando, since he was off. After talking with his manager, he respectfully replied that he could not do anything for me. Since this was a change from our last conversation, I asked to speak with Bruce McGovern (co-owner) about the situation, at which time I was met with a very defensive, condescending greeting. After explaining the situation, Bruce’s comment was “I suppose if I don’t refund you that you will blast me on social media”. This was an odd comment for a business owner to set the tone for the remainder of the interaction. Additionally, Bruce mentioned that Costco does not accept the return of TV’s…rather confused by that comment because I don’t think anyone has ever4 had to go direct to Sony or Samsung to get another TV??? Unfortunately, I did not get the chance to talk with Troy Padgett (co-owner), in the hopes his customer service skills were better than his partner.Bottom line: If you are looking for a nice trailer, Jayco is a good brand. If you are looking for any customer service to follow after purchasing something from this establishment, it would best to go with another company. Finally, for the Business Customer Service Rep that will reply to this, I do not expect any resolution at this point and will be sure that I never conduct business with your establishment again. I’m really not sure how Bruce has been successful in a customer service oriented business, and suspect Troy has been carrying the weight.

Out of the many, many RV sales folk we met during our search, he was the absolute best.The dealership in general has quality inventory and everything we found was priced well. We got a fantastic deal on our Jayco White Hawk.Brian, who gave us the walk through was awesome, very thorough and took the time to go through everything and answer 100 questions from us.Our paperwork guy was nothing to write home about. Both locations in Lancaster & in Acton, If you need anything out of the ordinary or harder to find items this is NOT the place to go. If they have to work hard to investigate getting hard to find items youre out of luck getting help from them.Furthermore I spoke with Carol the manager at the Lancaster location & she said sure come on up from San Diego no problem we can help. Sooooo I drove all the way up & upon arrival she says oh no we dont do that kind if work & we are so far out for appointments like 3 months or more so you need to have an appointment.I was absolutely flabbergasted how over the phone she says 1 thing & after a major drive to get there she like no I never said that or told you to come because you need an appointment..... All Valley RV has always been very fair and courteous to me. They are located in Acton, Ca, a small semi-rural area, so some of the prices are marked up a bit from Camping World 30 miles away. But guess what?? I don’t want to drive 30 miles when I can drive 2!!!!! Simple Economics 101. The key is their honesty, and attitude of genuinely caring about their customers. Great selection, great knowledge of RVs, on your way to your favorite camping destinations, e.g.: Dove Springs, Cal City, Red Rock, etc. Stop in and say hello, you won’t be disappointed.

Took my 5th wheel to have the 3 plastic holding tanks valves replaced. I have the model with the cable so the valves are seated under the camper.After the initial call, I was able to set up an appointment only a few days later - unlike major brand name company who calls you back in 3 months... After thoroughly researching and getting estimates left and right, I did find theirs to be comparable. So I decided to support the local business versus giving my business to the big name company...The job was done in record time (still need to use the camper before I can review the result though...). More so, the company owner called and made sure I was satisfied with the end result and worked hard to make me happy... I would recommend this company to every RV owner in SO California. Thank-you.

I bought my trailer from All Valley RV. I wanted to shop local. I found a trailer we liked and bought the extended service plan. The finance manager told us it was a bumper to bumper. Never explaining that only meant moving parts, not anything inside the trailer. The furnishing are apparently on us. I found a piece inside the recliner was not fastened at all. The nails are driven into space? All Valley RV said the manufacture will not fix the chair and All Valley will not stand by the product either. I have had this trailer in for service 10 times? Did they sell me a lemon? I have a hard time reaching the service department, leave a message and never get a call back? I shopped local and wish I hadnt.

Bought a trailer. It started falling apart within 2 yr warranty. After they got my money, the sales person would never return my phone calls. The warranty lady (who should be fired in my opinion) will do everything in her power to not allow you to use your warranty to replace everything that was failing on the trailer. The brand new jayco white hawk I bought; the window shade broke, the toilet needed repairs, the plug burned out and needed replacing, and the radio turns off and on by itself and wont function/ respond to anything. Im still under warranty for 1 more month and they will do nothing to help me. Advice for anyone thinking about buying from them. If you do not live in the area, (or even if you do) be prepared to drive your trailer all the way back to center if anything needs to be replaced. They will tell you that it can take months before they even see you. My wife, my newborn child, and I live in the trailer and its kind of been a nightmare. We live over 100 miles away from their center. They will make no exceptions for you. Never buy from All Valley RV Center.

We bought our Jayco Jayflight last year, 2018 from All Valley. From the no pressure sales to the parts and service people we have had a great experience. The trailer had a few little issues none by the fault of the dealer but just hiccups. Regina in Service has been great at getting it in for service, we live about an hour away and closer to another service shop but I would rather take it back to All Valley. RJ sold us the trailer, John in service has done some warranty work and the owner of All Valley has also helped. All around a GREAT group of people who want you to enjoy camping.

It was ok. My RV wasnt hooked up for hot water, I had to pull out my fridge and had no tools cause I was so far away. I had to hook up the hoses myself. It was a hassle. And there are a few things that are falling apart on my RV. I think you get good treatment until you buy and than thats it. I was told I would get quotes sent to for insurance and they never did.

Honestly disappointing, if you can stay away from the sale rep steven, heres the story for you to judge:I bought my rv on 17dec2017 with the attention to pick on the 23rd. Part of the deal was for them to wire my vehicle and i was going to buy the tow hitch and brake control from them.i told them it was very important for me to have it before Christmas because it was my gift for my kids, i tell my kids i refuse to give them toys but what i offer is family trips and family time. I drop off my vehicle on the 21st before closing and pick it up on the 22nd before closing, they were in a rush because there were a few complications and they were trying to get it done before they leave for work.Anyways come the 23rd, apparently my vehicle was not ready, i talk to the sales manager,and after 3 hrs of waiting they couldnt get it ready because their tech guy was off for the holiday. I was done, for me they couldnt keep there end of the bargin, ruined my gift to the kids for Christmas, and 2 trips i already had planned. I can still make them up but i was hoping to enjoy a stress free break. I asked if i could just cancel the purchase since in the end they failed, sales manager was pretty good about it said fine, take it all off, and we could call it off. But the sales rep look more mad than anybody most likely because he was worried about his commission, and thats when things went wrong. Steven went up to me and starting running his mouth with a heavy tone about how this is all my and my vehicle fault i should be charged 500 or 600 for all they did, and cutting me off when i tried to speak, at the moment i was a little down because i just told my 8 year old son the bad news and even though he didnt cry i saw the disappointment and him hold back the tears, so naturally i didnt want to start a confrontation. Later when i talk to the sales manager he asked me what he could do to make things better, im not much to haggle, so i just got offered some store credit, honestly i just wanted to get out, Ive spent all day in the dealership on what was supposed to be an exciting day with my kids turn out to be a disappointment to both my kids. The disrespect i got from the sales rep is still in my mind, i have always try to keep tax dollar local and go to the smaller mom and pop shop but after this, i think i should have gone to camping world after allOn a good note :The tech John, seems like a book of knowledge.Helpful,respectful and very knowledgeable. Went through extra steps to make sure my vehicle was set up properly .

2013 Wildcat 5er, 1st long trip, 3,600 miles. Didnt have a tire pressure monitoring system on my rig (My bad) lost a tire, aka: $1,500 worth of body work. Regina, Craig, Adrian and the staff gave me back a rig thats looks brand new. The work was so good, that a customer had even asked the question if they had started selling Wildcats again.
