Be aware of this place. If you are not educated like me, do NOT go there. I was there for smog check last month. So beginning of this month my warning light was on. Because it was only 2 days before my out of town trip, I panicked and didn’t have time to look up. I was near this shop so I went in asking if they can look up for me. They told me they will do a courtesy visual check. But it will be $175 diagnostic fee if they need to hook up to their equipment. But they said, if they found something that needs repair and I let them do the work, they will waive the diagnostic fee. So an hour later, the report was I needed a few “maintenance items” that tallied over $500. I told him I don’t need wheel alignment or tire rotation, I was able to lower it to $300. Now they were making sound like the rest of maintenance items are relating to the warning light. So I did it. When I paid for the credit card, I notice the amount is different. Then they told me there’s 3% service fee. But last month or this time, I was not told verbally or there’s any sign posted anywhere. My CPA told me upfront. They were sneaky about the service fee. So after that’s done I went to my trip. Only 3 days later, the warning light was on again!! I called them and Enrique was sending me to done claim center. He said I will be reimbursed if I paid the diagnostic fee again. But he was vague about the process or the timeline. I didn’t want to bother asking the rules of each shop. I looked online and realized it was only a tire deflate warning. I went to the American Tire next to my hotel asking them to check tire pressure. They told me there was a nail in the tire. They patch it for free and problem solved! I sent the shop the receipt and demand an explanation. They only apologized 36 hours later and didn’t mention anything about reimbursement of the irrelevant cost. I sent the complain to BAR & BBB. This place is a scam and I am appalled by the dishonest business practice. Be aware of this place. Be sure you know what the problem is before you go in. Or you will be taken advantage like me.

Great service! We took our car in for an oil leak. Multiple leaks were discovered and repaired. Shortly another leak appeared and was repaired promptly Good reliable service. We have used this shop for many years and are always pleased with the quality of service provided. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. I provided a complete list of items I needed repaired. They check off each item at a very reasonable price. Turn around was 2 days for a ton of small but time intensive repairs. Incredibly happy. Will definitely be back & have recommended to friends. They do all the work on our work vehicles as well.

I’ve brought two vehicles now. My first experience was great. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable however the guy at the counter Enrique started arguing with me about my vehicle and the model. I told him I think I would know which model my F150 is. He kept arguing with me and was rude. He doesn’t know anything about vehicles yet he is the guy in the front. He tried to charge me extra for a drain plug that wasn’t used and when I told him my vehicle didn’t need it he still tried to charge me. I had to get the technician to tell him they didn’t use it. Not sure if I will come back unless they educate their worker on customer service skills or hire someone knowledgeable. Who wants to argue about the vehicle? I even showed him my window sticker!! He was rude and condescending.

Woke up in the morning to drive to work and it was slightly difficult to put my car into gear. The clutch was getting softer as I drove 19 miles to work. This place is down the street from my job so I dropped by that day. This place charged me $140 to diagnose what was obviously a clutch issue, but I was open to find out if it was more than just the clutch. So basically, I paid them $140 for an outright lie. Paid them to lie to me telling me my transmission was making noises and that I needed a new over $4000 transmission for my 2007 Jeep Wrangler. Nope! I explained it wasnt and never was making noises. The only noise I was aware of was the slight growl possibly coming from the drive shaft. I explained and asked how it could possibly be the transmission if it was obvious something was wrong with the clutch. The guy gave me some long bull answer. It was obvious he was full of it. When I drove my car away from the place it was exponentially worse. At that point I couldnt get it into gear without grinding the gears a bit. Anyhow, I got my clutch replaced elsewhere along with the slave cylinder for thousands less and now it drives perfectly fine. The mechanic who fixed it never mentioned any noises or anything else wrong. So again, I basically paid this rip off joint to lie to me. One of their mechanics even boasted about how experienced and how much of a professional the other mechanic was who looked at and tested my car. What a joke! Could you imagine if I paid these guys over $4000 for something I didnt even need? Stay away from this place! Its a rip joint.

Always bring my vehicles there for routine service, just wish they would check the little things like tire pressure and fluids. Other then that excellent service.

The service manager is a prima donna he barely knows English he doesnt actually work on the cars you cant understand him and he says oh you need this and that and he tries to sell you what you dont need they put a sensor in my car November 24th 2023 it went out on December the 7th had to have it towed back over he says oh its the starter 482 later I pick up my car today I conquered down the

So honest it has been very difficult to find an honest mechanic before I called them, I had gotten quotes from other mechanics was amazing The price that they quoted me was about three times less than anywhere else they got the job done in one day With a great warranty I have my shocks and my struts replaced Everywhere else 3000 and up I got charged half that I recommend them highly
