I have been assisted by Ken, Patrick, and Natasha and they have all been very pleasant, helpful and courteous. Natasha is amazing! She was patient in answering my questions and extremely helpful in accommodating my requests. All we agreed upon were put in writing. I just love the transparency and honesty. It has been a wonderful experience dealing with the staff and the units were very clean and well maintained. The use of the truck is a great added bonus! Looking forward to a pleasant and lasting relationship with All Star Super Storage.

Natasha was absolutely one of the best customer service agents I have ever dealt with. She stayed a half hour after her shift ended to make sure we had the right storage unit to fit our needs. Such an amazing storage option! I have nothing but great things to say the team here was really nice and responsive! They have the BEST prices and specials for large units. She has been an absolute gem in every step of our experience. From setting everything up to moving to a smaller unit and everything in between. It has been so nice to have her be so kind even when she has had to call to make sure we knew our payment was due and the way she was so helpful and courteous each time. My experience with all star storage has been a pleasure since the first day I called them to shop for a storage. They were straight up when explaining pricing and answered all my questions with the utmost professionalism. When I moved my stuff to their storage, their free truck saved me ALOT $$$… I’ve had to change storages once and it was easier than I thought it would be, they prorated the unit and again they were straight up with the pricing. The reason I’m writing this review 2 months later is because I needed help recently 10/28/23 and once again their front office was professional and went out of their way to help me out when they didn’t need to. Great storage place! Very helpful and honest. I had an inside unit for more than 2 years and nothing ever got damp or moldy, or melted in the heat. Also very clean and bug free. Many times they went beyond what I expected. And when we had that awful heat wave and I was sorting my unit one of their employees was checking on everyone and handing out bottled ice water. I highly recommend this storage place!!!

Been with this storage facility for 3 years since we moved into area and Love the customers service, they are always willing to help solve an issue weather it be payments, gate entry or lock and key situations. Very prompt and Ken and Tasha always very Courteous when I call for my questions and payments. I loved this place. There were no tricks no 1st and last month. They told you straight everything was honest. Cameras all over the place. I felt very safe there and sold a few items from there without people that I didnt know coming in my house. If I ever rent a storage unit again it will be with them. First I want to say Natasha is the greatest!. She went the extra mile to meet my storage needs with the upmost friendly, helpful and professional customer service I have received in a long while!. She stayed late just to make sure I got my storage unit, after my daughter called to ask about the office hours, Natasha was at the end of her day and about to close the office in 12 minutes, she asked how long until we could arrive, we were about 20 minutes away. She then stated she would wait, and started my paperwork for my unit. Upon arrival, everything was ready for my signature!, she also set me up for special on the unit and I received a military discount. She then made sure my gate code was operational and that I knew how to use it. I really appreciate everything Natasha did for Me! Especially her kindness and helpfulness! Employee Israel gave me great service and was so gracious he had to hear my life story he sat there and made me feel good about moving out and looking for a new home. The experience couldnt of been any better! They delivered their truck to my location. In the truck they had blankets and a dolly for customer use. When i was done they had the driver take the truck back and parked it by my storage unit. I didnt have to pay for a truck rental, mileage or gas! To top it off they gave me half off my first month rent. The staff was great and very helpful! They also have a top notch security system.I would highly recommend them!

Outstanding storage facility! I’ve had units here off and on since 2013. I got another one in Feb 2020. I was involved in an accident that left me paraplegic and came to try and get some things out of storage and Ray who works there pulled up in his golf cart asking if I needed any help. He helped me get some of my stuff out and in my van. That was the best thing that could have happened to me. Ray is an outstanding employee, excellent attitude and just a great guy to talk with and a Godsend for me today.

I chose All Star Super Storage because of the great reviews online. I moved in today and I am extremely pleased with the facility and my storage unit. The facility is very clean, and they have a great security system with an on site manager that lives on the grounds. Ray also took great care of us during our move in. It was a hot day, and he checked up on us regularly and gave us cold water. We were also able to use their moving truck for the day at no cost, and they applied a military discount to my monthly charges. Great experience so far!

First, Let me say, ive used alot of storage facilities over the last 50 years! And also, just for the record, I dont usually write reviews, However, i am so impressed with All Star Super Storage that i feel compelled to do this. I think it may actually be my first review ever! First of all kudos to the owner/ developer of All Star Super Storage! It is the most well thought out storage complex i have ever seen! They have all sizes available, from a 5x5 to 12x30. Wide isles for easy mauneuvering for even the biggest trucks. All units are on the ground with big role up doors. The three month, half off special is great for short term moving between residencesor business locations. Also very helpful... The free truck they offer is very helpful as well ....and, as advertised, is actually free! And good for multiple trips aswell. The onsight restroom for clients is open from 7am to gate closing at 9pm very hepful when moving all day. NOW, Let me get to the real reason why I am writing this review. All Star Super Storage is the perfect name for this complex!!!! and that is because the ALL STAR STAFF : Natasha,Ken, Patrick, Andrew and Isreal are why this place is really special. They are all top notch professionals, polite, hardworking and accomdating to their clients. This is what makes this place reallyshine!!!! This is by far the best storage place we have used through out the years. I needed a second unit and Debbie, the office lady, was so helpful! They provide you with a new lock and two keys with each unit. I have had to purchase my own lock at other places and they are not cheap. The entire place is so clean. I have never seen any bugs or spiders in either of our units. The security system here is much better than other places. Each unit has its own alarm which makes me feel even better about leaving my stuff. Last but not least they have packing supplies at really good prices. I have always been shocked in the past to see how much storage places mark up. Not this All Star! I couldnt believe what a good price the mattress covers are and special packing boxes for glasses. I would recommend this place to everyone!

All of the office staff and on site staff are wonderful! Everyone has always been so friendly, helpful and professional. Then the day moving stuff to my storage they offer free moving truck service for you as long as you’re local. And the person Ray who drives the truck to you and back to the storage facility is amazing! He also answered questions I had about the facility. I am just a worry wart haha. Every single member of the staff was willing to help, and very friendly, and they all had our best interest in mind. I called and the woman I spoke to was very helpful and informative which I greatly appreciated at that time because I was in the midst of a hectic move. Every staff member I have spoken with since has been courteous, professional, helpful and considerate, especially Patrick (the manager). These are great people! I have been pleased with this facility because it is very clean, well-maintained and secure. I like the fact that every unit is at ground level - no need to use an annoying elevator, just drive right up to your unit. The prices are very reasonable and they gave me the first month for half price. This facility turned out to be the perfect place for my needs - that’s why I stayed so long! If I need storage in the future I would definitely rent here again.

I had reserved a unit at a different storage center and when I arrived there was an issue with my unit. I had driven over 11 hours and called over 30 storages and none had anything available. I called all star storage and was immediately told that they were very busy but would do anything they could to help me! They ended up saving my life in a pinch and getting me a unit at the last minute! I will never store my things anywhere else! They are the most helpful and caring company I have ever had the pleasure of working with! All the staff is very friendly and helpful With any questions or concerns. Highly recommended All Star storage! I just had to update and give All Star storage five stars because when they provided us with the truck they dropped in off on time and were very prompt picking it up when we called after letting them know we were done.. It took us no time to unloaded being they parked in right in front of our storage unit. Ray was very helpful and made the registration process very quick. He gave us many cold bottles of water during our move in, which was on a very hot day, over 100 degrees at the time. Much better experience renting here than other facilities weve used in the past. Storage area very clean. They give you a lock for free and I love knowing that each unit has its own alarm system. I feel that my belongings are in good hands there!

We have rented numerous storage spaces over the years and by far the All Star Super Storage on Haun in Menifee is the cleanest, nicest, and professional place we’ve encountered. We love the schedule, times, and specific rules on checking in and out of the facility. It gives us real peace of mind and a great sense of security. Additionally we would like to give great kudos to Ray, who first spoke to my husband and set him up with the rental. Extremely personable, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He answered every question Mike had and included more info that proved very valuable. He is always stopping by the unit every time mike is there and Ray, is working. So on my trip cross I was trying to secure affordable and safe storage for my goods. One phone call to All Star and I was all setup! When I got to the Menifee location I was greeted by a friendly gentleman named Ray. He was very helpful and even walked my puppy that was in the truck while I unloaded.For the level of security, friendliness, and cleanliness...you cannot go wrong! I highly recommend.Update almost 2 months later:I never had one issue with my unit getting wet or burglarized. The level of security is top notch and they are always friendly, have cold bottles of water ready at anytime, a clean bathroom available, and are just a solid group to do business with. I moved out today only because I’m moving slimiest 500 miles north. Again...highly recommend this facility to keep everything safe!

We did run into some billing issues about a year into our stay - but I am SO impressed with how they took care of the problems. I needed to get a bunch of stuff out of my garage so we called and scheduled to use the truck. Ray came to drop it off and since it wasn’t too much stuff he helped us out some of it in the truck rather than us driving him back to the storage place and picking him back later after loading the truck. Once we got to our storage unit he brought us a dolly to use as well to get the boxes out more efficiently. Ray was awesome! I’m very happy to be a customer here.

I will make a list: its clean, its right off the freeway, its easy to get to, everything is very straightforward, you have to punch to get in and punch to get out, which is a good security feature. I’ve heard so many horror stories about stolen property and poor customer service. After researching I decided to visit All Star storage in Menifee. What I like most about this location was how clean and well maintained the grounds are. Ray took the time to go over all details. Help me choose the best unit for my belongings.
