Ive been purchasing for a few years now (every month in fact).Their prices are very good and the selection is above average. Shipping is quick, but they often change methods, so delivery time can vary greatly.Unfortunately of late, they teamed up with the information shill/scam website Bizrate which they ask you to do a survey that is nothing more than a time consuming trick to get free information with no reward.As well, even if using a recognized device (PC/phone), they ask you to go through multiple layers of repeat questions to prove you are real just to login to your account rather better methods such as 2 step verification. This has gotten much worse of late and customer service seems to make excuses for this.So unfortunately I am going to try another place for my next order (Swanson was recommended by a friend). Hopefully these issues get fixed and I will try Allstar in the future, so I am leaving my account open.

I was a customer for about 6 years (until today) b/c of ASH’s good prices. I would’ve remained a customer for years/decades to come as well. But the one—and only—time I needed good customer service in addition to good prices, all I got was phoniness and unapologetic lying, even after I explicitly objected to it. I won’t reward such fundamental disrespect with my patronage.

I found this company online and made an order the only and very specific protein powder I consume.Their price was the absolute cheapest found, by far!I made my order and received my confirmation number, etc..AFTER my order was placed I decided to look further into them.I did find many comments disparaging me from my order and swaying my confidence, however, everything on their end was being upheld.From confirmation numbers, to emails to order tracking information.I placed my order yesterday and it arrived TODAY, in less than 24 hours!!Granted, they are located in Huntington Beach, CA and I am not too far south in San Diego, CA, so the results in delivery time may vary.But I wanted to leave this review to let everyone know that they can shop with confidence.My package arrived beyond promptly, I was notified about delivery status every step of the way and it is in pristine shape - not expired product or anything!I am a very satisfied customer and I absolutely will be returning to fulfill my next order with them when I run out.Thank you to All Star Health!!

I have placed a few orders with them on their website. They tend to ship quickly, with items in good condition. I have been able to obtain some good deals from them, as they do mark down merchandise that have been sitting around, such as food getting close to expiration dates. I recommend them for your health care needs!

At a risk of making it cost more for me from the demand, I care about my fellow humans health and can say their fish oil is the best!!! Have had nothing but awesome experiences for 2+ years. Never needed customer support because everything was always perfect so I cant speak to that. Can speak to everything going as planned and never needing any support. Keep up our having to do nothing except transactions of awesome products all star health!!!! 5 of 5 stars. Love you all at all star!! Youre all-stars to me!!! lol!!! Only adding this review because I had to order more and wanted to give them props for their awesomeness. Cheers all star!

Allstar Health is, hands down, the best health-related website Ive found. The selection of products is vast, and the prices are extremely low for high-quality brands. Ive ordered everything from essential oils to facial wash to supplements & vitamins and beyond. Shipping turnaround is always quick, and the products are wrapped and packaged perfectly. Everything arrives in perfect condition. Also, their customer service department is amazing!! Ill be a customer for life! ♡♡♡♡♡

Frankly, the reviews online scared me at first, but the prices kept enticing me to check them out, over and over.....finally... I placed an order for $106 on 11/1/22 and received the items on 11/4/22 in Texas. IM SHOCKED. I didnt expect it that quick after our phone call right after I placed my order due to trouble making an online account after I had paid for the items. (Youre not able to make an account online BEFORE you pay. They say you can make an account after you pay for your order, but there was some glitch but its worked out now.) While on the phone I asked every question I could think of since there was nothing on the website offering such info. Here it is in case you are wondering: They ship free over $99. If they ship you the wrong item, they will provide a postage paid shipping label if they ask you to return it. They have 2 warehouses on east and west coast. Your order may be pulled from either warehouse depending on stock, meaning you may not receive your entire order in one box. They guarantee their products will be within the expiration date of at least 6 months. The items I received today have expiration dates of 2025. I was told its rare to get items with short expiration dates mentioned above, ..... (I got the feeling he had to draw a line somewhere when I asked that question and pulled 6 months out of thin air to give me answer ;-) They do more than just tape the lids shut, they wrap the entire bottles in bubble wrap. I didnt expect that and I appreciate the attention to detail. I cant speak to the negative reviews of the past, but my guess is they had things to work out and have managed to fix many of the problems I read in older reviews. This was my test of this company and they passed with flying colors. I will order from them again, and if anything changes, will update my review. At this point, Id say, give them a try! Im going to recommend them to my friends, too.

Would give 0 stars if it was available. All of their communication said delivery within 1-5 days after shipping. My order was never delivered, and no communication was attempted on their end. I emailed and they responded that my order was returned as undeliverable. I have lived at my address since 1976 and received countless deliveries, never been undeliverable...only delivered. Very disappointed in the lack of service to a new customer. I basically paid a delivery fee for nothing.

I have been buying from this company for several years. Their prices are very competitive. Ive never had a problem. The product I order always arrives on time, if not early. Its hard to sift through reviews and know who to trust online. All I can tell you is this is an honest review. I have nothing to do with the company other than as a customer.They are a top notch and reliable company.

I ordered a tub of Animal Pump Pro powder from allstar health and whenever I would use it, I felt sick. Upon looking closely at the powder this morning I noticed it had black mold in it. I was very disappointed in the product that was sent to me because it was making me sick. Don’t trust the exp date, mine said 5/25 but that wasn’t the case. Horrible!
