I had done some researching trying to get some answers to an issue. I’m having with a Reverse Mortgage. This company responded to me personally the email and helped me in pointing me in the right direction. I haven’t had any results. Good results actually, but Cliff responded promptly with a lot of information pointed me in the right direction. This is the place to go if you really need some help. I currently have a reverse mortgage with another lender. The setup on that one went well, but Ive been unsatisfied since then trying to get information on next steps. All Reverse Mortgage has a wealth of information on its website on all kinds of questions. The articles and especially answers to questions posted there clarify details of topics like purchasing a home with a reverse mortgage when one already has a reverse mortgage on a different home. I even received a personal email in answer to a question I posted. If there is a next time for me, I will go with All Reverse Mortgage.

Arlo was the worst experience I had with a mortgage co. I filled out application turned in all paper work needed, did the councling and paid for an appraisal. It was supposed to take 30 to 45 days. 3 months later which I had not budgeted for was told they couldnt do it due to a loan I have . My problem is the loan papers to this loan was turned in at the beginning of the loan process .Was someone one not looking at the papers I sent in.This neglect costed my family monetary hardship. I qualify for a jumbo reverse, but they wouldnt do one after all they put me through. I even did a lot o the 📃 work for the loan myself. I still havent recovered financially

I emailed Cliff at All Reverse Mortgage, Inc. with a question about the rate of growth of a reverse mortgages principle vs the rate of growth of borrowed money over time and the saying that one never needs to pay back the borrowed money. As the child of Depression Era parents, I learned to never (it possible) keep a debt (okay, other than a mortgage perhaps). Cliff got back to me withing a couple of days. In a day and age where its everyone for themselves, it was phenomenal to get such detailed, lengthy, knowledgeable and caring response! I contacted ARLO with questions about an abandoned home next to us that had a reverse mortgage. The owner had Alzheimers and was put into a nursing facility over a year ago, letting storms and a drought leaving the home in very poor condition. I received a long email from the President of ARLO answering many of my questions, explaining the reverse mortgage process on an abandoned home, and offering possible avenues to investigate. I started with a very good understanding of the details of a reverse mortgage and how I wanted to use it as a long term line of credit. I got here by googling search terms related to reverse mortgage questions i was interested in. i found there was so much to learn from other peoples related questions and the answers provided here, i learned things i was interested in right away. i posted a long post with lots of questions, things i could not find answers to. This site/blog was the first helpful one I found, after spending days worried about a reverse mortgage issue/inspection notice that had me terrified. (Lender refused to answer.) After wasting hundreds of dollars for appraisals, and going through the application process, I finally got a straight answer as to why my waterfront property doesnt qualify for a reverse mortgage. Lake water, holding tanks, wells disqualify a property from having a fresh water supply, like city water, that is a requirement.. I finally got my answer and give 5 stars to this organization. Thank you for your help. I would like to update. My current situation of having fresh water delivery and stored in a water holding tank was approved by HUD.and is used in the Finger Lakes area now, where city water lines arent available.

Our entire process took longer than I thought. We applied end of May, 2017. Completed end of August, 2017. There was a few times Raven did not return my phone calls. It was a slower process than I thought. We did need a survey and had to pay out of our pocket for this. The survey slowed things down 3 weeks. Overall it was easy to do, everything was processed at the convenience of our home at our time.We are satisfied with the appraisal amount. The closing went great, money processed quickly to our bank. Overall good experience. It definitely has helped us out financially. You must have patience with the process and expect delays.

I completed a form on their website and was called shortly after, which I expected for the most part. We spoke for about 25 minutes and I ultimately ended the call with a polite thank you but not interested.The reason being they were not competitive with the big lenders. Much higher fees and upfront costs, not what I expected. And after I wanted to end the call the salesman was rude telling me they are a #1 lender and Ill never find better than them.I did my research after and they are a small unknown lender and not #1 in anything. I strongly urge you to avoid All Reverse Mortgage, save yourself the trouble.

Going through a Reverse Mortgage foreclosure for a parents home is a very emotional, confusing and difficult process. A lot of the information given by various agencies handling the reverse mortgage is many time inaccurate by the end of the process. We are thankful we found ARLO that helped us through it. The salesperson I spoke with was rude and not very knowledgeable on the product. I regret spending time researching the company but did anyway as they said they are an award winning company. i found this to be inaccurate as well. For some reason there is some sort of negative stigma attached to reverse mortgages. This is a false interpretation. Even my wife was initially embarrassed at our getting a reverse mortgage. It is a super good deal, and I think she now realizes this. Use All Reverse Mortgage Company. They are highly knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, creative and efficient, while at the same time the lowest in cost. The person that wrote that bad review that is listed for them is just plain wrong.

We moved from Texas to Washington State to be closer to family, Washington housing is much more expensive than Texas, and the only way we could purchase a home is with a Reverse Purchase mortgage. We did an extensive search of lenders who offered this program and chose Cliff at All Reverse. We could not have chosen better! From application to closing was only 30 days. Cliff and staff were there to walk us thru the process. We closed on our contract date and everything went smoothly. As I am a retired escrow officer, my expectations were very high. Cliff and All Reverse exceeded them at every step. We would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and certainly to anyone who is interested in a reverse mortgage.

We started working on a reverse mortgage with a local lender. Every time we progressed forward a few steps, something came up and caused us some new delays. After several months of frustrating delays, and at the urging of my wife I decided to look for a competing lender. We found All Reverse Mortgage.In less than one month we achieved our goal. The staff at All Reverse was exceedingly helpful and “Caring”. In addition to getting us our loan, they saved us a whopping sum of money in closing cost. Would not recommend to anyone. They cover for, and in my opinion, promote, faulty appraisals of properties they dont want to loan fair market value on to the clients detriment, to minimize risk and maximize profit for their INVESTORS. Blatant conflict of interest, and incredibly greedy, given that reverse mortgages are insured by the federal government!I was flat out lied to, and had my intelligence insulted by Jay Moore, specifically, too many times to mention. According to him, they may not process a loan if they feel it wont render enough profit for their investors, because that would be unethical!Utterly disgusted with this company.Dont believe the propaganda line in the recording when you call: Your interests are our primary consideration - BS.
