Im a 22 year old male college student, you could imagine that I don’t get much facials. I came into All Love Collections for my first ever facial and after my experience, it definitely will not be my last time.I was taken care of by Fiona and she left me feeling so relaxed. They have gentle playing music that really sets the vibe for the facial. I almost fell asleep halfway through because of how comfortable I was. The aestheticians were kind, helpful and educational and the facial felt very holistic. they asked questions about my skin and what I wanted and tailored the facial to that. My only complaint is that because their room was only concealed with a curtain, I could hear every conversation and customer who came into the store. Although it was tolerable, I still found it distracting when all you wanted to do was to feel relaxed.

I went to All Love Collections a couple months ago and have been receiving facials with Kathy, She is so kind, professional and does a great job. My face feels and looks cleansed and detoxified every time. The products used here are great because they dont have harsh chemicals. I was offered the promotional deal and thankfully I took it. It has allowed me to get facials consistently, which I need because I struggle with acne and hyperpigmentation. I also have a really dark film all over my face from a chemical peel I got many years ago from somwhere else and it just never went away. Its like a giant patch of hyperpigmentation. So it looks like half of my skin was burned. Anyways, after 3 facials, I wasnt seeing a difference but Kathy assured it was getting better. So, I decided to stop looking in the mirror and continue using the All Love Collections products which Im glad I bought because after 3 weeks of not looking, today I looked again in the mirror and oh my gosh, the film is lightening! I couldnt believe it. My color is starting to match with my eye area and Im so happy to see that! Im so glad I found All Love Collections. I highly recommend going here!

If you have sensitive POC skin, do not come here! The tea tree mask burned my skin and caused discoloration all throughout my skin. Now I have patches all over my skin......this was my first and only facial I will ever do. 🙃 I sincerely do not wish on anyone to have a dalmatian face ;-; I have Light and dark brown patches all over my face. Please be careful where you do your facials. After some research, I found tea tree is extremely harmful for your face.

Did the back and face treatment with extraction here. Very nice and refreshing. My skin is glowing! And though I did extraction, my skin did not experience any redness or swelling, amazing! The experience with the staff who provided the facial itself was good. However, staff will try to force you to upgrade what you originally booked, force you buy products and memberships. I had booked for a hydro facial stated 89$ on the website but got conned into doing the 60- min facial which costs 125$.Heard the same thing happen to another client who came in right after me. Staff is sure to sweet talk you into new deals so beware!

I had my very first facial at All Love Collections. From the moment I walked in they welcomed me. The atmosphere was calming and it smelled pleasant inside. I received the hydra facial. They asked my profession and I shared with them that I am a teacher during the school year. They told me it can be a hard job and that they would make sure to make this experience amazing for me. So kind of them. Every time she added a new cleaner, lotion or whatever it be, she would explain its purpose. The massage experience was wonderful too. I have been through numerous dermatologists and estheticians in my life, and this was the worst facial I had gotten since I was 16.1. I had a Groupon deal that I bought for $60 (which is not that small amount of money) and they begrudgingly took it as a form of payment. If you dont want people to use coupons, stop offering them!2. The esthetician that handled me didnt even take off my makeup fully when she started the facial, that by the end of the treatment I still had my eyeliner on! And I draw a very thin minimal eyeliner! That means throughout the whole session she kept rubbing all of those beauty products on my face with my makeup, disgusting!She kept reusing their cottons, which was disgusting. Overall, the place seemed very unsanitary and disorganized. Please dont be fooled by the nice decorations! (One more tip, if your esthetician looks messy, the facial is going to be very messy!)As soon as I got home, I washed my face, disinfected it with alcohol and put on aloe gel mask to soothe it.Horrible!!!

Rachael was my specialist today and she absolutely BLEW ME AWAY. I was gifted a 90min. Hydra Facial and WOW. It was the most relaxing, soothing experience Ive had anywhere. Everything is super clean, the staff (Kimberly and Rachael) follow covid guidelines, they treated me SO kindly, and were both very knowledgeable about each product and tool they use in their spa. Its located literally 10 ft from a small public parking lot ($10; cash or credit; no apple pay).I cannot rave enough about how amazing Rachael was! She made this experience very special. She was so attentive to my skins needs and met every single one! Because of her, All Love is the only spa Ill ever go to or recommend. Go book that appointment!!

Kimberley is soooo amazing and kind, talking to her during your facial treatment is like talking to your personal therapist.I instantly bought the 4 facial packet so I can come back again! I also love her own product and she recommends things to you based on your skin (she’s studying your skin when she does your facial)She recommended me the tee tree oil aloe toner and gel! Had my very first deep cleansing acne facial today since I have been having terrible acne breakouts due to PMS. Kimberly went above and beyond to clear everything out and the whole process was so calming and soothing. The facial is never the same as Kimberly changes the method/products each time for my skins needs. I had the pleasure of getting a vegan organic facial at this lovely spa last week. From the moment I walked in I noticed how clean and organized the spa is. All of the rooms are decorated with a relaxing and peaceful decor and the estheticians and owner are very helpful and kind. My esthetician was amazing and explained what each step was for the facial - I felt so pampered and taken care of. This is truly what a professional spa should feel like. The owner makes all of her own skincare l products that are vegan and organic so you can get your facial and products all in one place. I ended up purchasing a cleanser, serums, and moisturizer and so far I am loving them and my skin has never looked better! I will definitely be back next month to purchase a membership so that I can get my facials here every month. ❤️

Heres my candid review:Hygiene Quandary: Upon entering, I immediately noticed the absence of a sink. Now, Im no beauty expert, but isnt a sink a fundamental requirement for any salon?
