From the first moment I called your office I received excellent customer service. The girl that answered the phone was very reassuring that the doctors and staff had the proper knowledge and experience to properly care for my African Grey Parrot Casper. I have had Casper for 27 years and this was her first vet visit. My stress level was very high as Caper never leaves the house and doesnt get sick. She had a nasal respiratory infection. Once I arrived I was quickly greeted and helped to a room. The assistant came in and Casper was so comfortable with her that she talked to her. This isnt common as Casper doesnt come in contact with strangers. The doctor was also very helpful. He prescribed an antibiotic and explained how to give it to Casper. He was also very informative about how to improve Caspers diet. They flushed her nasal and handled her with great care. Casper is doing a lot better and Im extremely thankful.

Awesome experience! I brought my cat in for a wellness exam and updates on her vaccines. Dr. Cheryl Wood was kind, gentle, and thorough. The prices are very reasonable. One thing that was unique about this place was that I was emailed a summary of our visit as well as next steps - which was a very nice touch. Defs recommend this place to care for your fur babies!

I’ve been taking my leopard geckos here for over 7 years, before they moved to the building they’re at now. They’ve always made me feel at ease and comforted when my Leo’s were sick. Nothing but amazing things to say about them.

One of the best animal hospitals I’ve ever visited! I’ve been bringing my animals here for over 10 years now and this place is as consistent with its service as it was from day 1! The Dr are very helpful and take the time to educate about the animals needs and what to expect as they age. It’s clean and very on point with their appointments and no wait time. Highly recommend it! Thanks!

I highly recommend this vet office. They are always professional, kind, and accommodate my two furbabies like they were their own! My dogs may not like visiting as much, but I sure do! Dr. Torres is great with my girls and is always so helpful when something comes up. I will continue to come to this office because their customer service is top notch! Thank you!

I would have preferred that my dog stay in the room to be examined by vet Dr. instead of removing her for anything they did to her( weighing,etc,) I can understand (maybe) the administering the vaccinations, but everything else could have been done in the room.It was inconvenient that I could not write a check because the office does not allow it . I felt the visit was overpriced, but all vet visits are over the top, The young Dr. seemed knowledgeable, but lacking the kind of experience I would prefer … especially if I had a sick dog

I love the care all creatures care cottage provides for my guinea pig pancho it is very hard to find exotic vets who are knowledgeable about guinea pigs. I bring Pancho in every two months to get his molar trimmed since guinea pigs tend to suffer from dental issues and the veterinarians and staff do an amazing job and their pricing is fair. Im glad I found this place I recommended it. Thank you All Creatures Care Cottage for the care and love you guys provide for my piggie.

I recently brought my guinea pig to this vet after I noticed her right eye was red & droopy, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the staff was knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive to my pets needs. I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment next day.Dr. Rand Spongberg took the time to properly diagnose the eye area by looking for any hay poke using the Fluorescein eye stain test and prescribed Baytril & Tobramycin to ensure a speedy recovery for the eye infection.What really stood out to me, though, was the genuine care and concern that the All Creatures Cottage showed for my guinea pig. They understood the unique needs of small animals like guinea pigs and took the time to ensure that my pet was okay by checking in few days after my visit. After one week of medication, my guinea pig is fully healed!If you have a small animal in need of medical care, look no further! They will provide your pet with the expert care and attention they need to make a full recovery. Thank you again for taking such great care of my piggie. Wheek!

We love All Creatures Care Cottage. They were a recommendation from a different vet that couldn’t get us in when we first got our pup and I am so grateful for the recommendation. Everything from the staff, the doctors, & boarding is fantastic. They’ve treated our pup wonderfully each time we’ve taken him there. As long as we live in the area, All Creatures will be our Vet of choice.

Dr. Spongberg is so nice. He spent time going over our dogs health and plan going forward to keep him healthy. I love that it is a small office and its easy to make appointments and get seen right away. Dr. S has also helped us with our cat who has allergy problems and recently had a virus infection. Shes on the mend now.
