I came across this post and had to share my experience i guess whoever is complaining must have brought in something not as valuable as they thought. my personal experience has alway been excellent from back when the older mafia looking guy was still there up to now, where i believe its his son in law who runs it which gives me even better deals on items i didnt think were worth that much. so in my opinion they are more than fair and courteous .no i was not paid for this post lol but my personal has always been great.

Taken several loans from them. Great service from the start, but gets better with repeated use. Always felt like theyve given me a fair shake. Never felt like theyre trying to pull a fast one on me. They know their stuff for sure with precious metal coins. Gave me the highest loan amount compared to the 4 other shops I got quotes from the first time i took a loan out. Though its not a huge selection, my girlfriend loves the jewelry they have, and has successfully convinced me to buy a few pieces for her. Hell, I even bought a ring for myself. They sell jewelry according to precious metal content times current spot price. Theres no premium for coolness or aesthetics. I never leave reviews but I needed their phone number and saw the tab in the corner saying write a review, so i figured, why not? Theyve done right by me, and maybe my review will do them a good turn. Ive mainly dealt with a husband and wife (primarily the husband) whove treated my girlfriend and me with the utmost respect and friendliness. Theyve actually taught us a number of interesting things. But I must add, Ive known exactly the quality and value of the items ive brought in as collateral. Ive never tried to oversell my items or otherwise b.s. them. I get the distinct feeling that an individual trying to do so will not have as satisfying an experience as I have had.

They wouldnt offer me anything more than $100 for $1,300 ring are you kidding me no negotiations no questions asked I was almost out on my ass with nowhere to go and they did not care no compassion my ring is solid white gold with diamonds and then have the nerve to tell me dont go to any other pawn shop because theyre not going to give me anything more either well they were wrong again not everybody is as selfish as the people at this pawn shop they do not know how to gain a customer but they definitely know how to lose 1 if I could there would be no stars

Best pawnshop in the Av honest and fair pricing Gianni is the one to always in your best interest not always about the merchandise they do care about your situation and try to help as much as he can

The owner is a great person always takes care of you just make sure you pay what you owe and you will be fine like anything just do what you should do and pay for your stuff and get it back #1 In my book!!

Unprofessional in all manners, would not consider a negotiation and way lowballed on a quality laptop. I agreed to the price of the pawn and still turned me away. Never go here

This guy will lie to you about whats in his store ....he will sell you crap and tell you its real. Id advise not even walking in this store. Hes a crook...

This place is a ripoff I took in my gold links&got offered $22 went right down the street&got $65 with no problems
