All About Events is incredible! As a Wedding Coordinator, we put a lot of trust into our vendors to help us execute an amazing day and I trust AAE. All About Events in Paso Robles, CA is a one-stop shop for wedding rentals and event planning. We recently had the pleasure of working with them for our wedding in October, and we cannot say enough good things about their team and and the rentals.Hannah and Brittney were wonderful to work with from the start. They’re personable, understanding, and friendly. They answered all of our questions and allowed us to add/remove items a number of times before finalizing our order.We even had the opportunity to visit the showroom to do a mock tablescape, which was amazing because it helped us envision what we needed and we were able to make some updates to our contract right then and there. We could see for ourselves the high quality of the flatware, tableware, linens, furniture, etc. that we would be renting. The selection at the showroom and online are also extensive, so there are options for everyone.On the day of the wedding, we didn’t have to worry about a thing when it came to the rentals. Their team took care of everything without a snag.We highly recommend All About Events to anyone planning a wedding in Paso Robles. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to making your wedding day the best it can be.

All about events was awesome for our wedding! Leading up to the wedding they were very easy to work with and communicated clearly. I didn’t find out until later but the night before our wedding, multiple crates of our champagne glasses were knocked over by one of the groomsman and broke. All About events stepped in and got us replacements quickly before the wedding and I had no idea it even happened! They were great.

All about events is the best in the business! Last Saturday we were short over 130 glasses and Britney went out of her way to pull more glasses for us on the fly. For a company to be there for the clients when things don’t go smoothly means everything. I strongly recommend AAE for all you rental needs.

From the office communication, shout out to Lindsay, to the amazing rental delivery and pick up crews, you just can’t go wrong. Obviously their inventory is fresh and new, but truly, the service is unmatched. There’s a reason we recommend AAE time and time again. Thanks for being organized and amazing.

We used All About Events for our wedding day rentals. They were able to provide everything we needed for our caterers to cook and serve our dinner. They were always prompt and easy to communicate with as we were adjusting our quotes leading up to the wedding, and even allowed us to stop by their location to take a look at some items beforehand. Everything was delivered on time and in good condition.

All About Events was super helpful when it came to rentals for our wedding. We worked with Brooke, who as a wedding planner herself, was super knowledgeable. She helped ensure we had all the right pieces and quantities. The tables, chairs, heaters, place settings, etc. were all high-quality. Plus the team that delivered and picked up the rentals was really awesome, too. If we ever have another big event, we will definitely rent from them again.

I contacted Brittany 20 days before our intimate wedding and she was super quick at helping us set an appointment and sharing their prices for the table and chairs I was interested in renting. They have a great selection to choose from, and Im so happy I went with them. The delivery guys kindly agreed to deliver on a Sunday, as we were at an Airbnb, and they arrived bright and early. I would recommend them to all future brides to be!

We used All About Events to book our rentals for our wedding and they were great. They responded quickly and were very informative with their selection of rentals and their pricing. We didn’t want to worry about picking up and dropping off giant wine barrels and umbrellas so we had them deliver them and it was seamless. They contacted us and the venue a couple of days before to confirm where and when they should drop off and pick up and we never even saw them! When we got to the venue the rentals were where they said they would be and then the day after the wedding they came and picked them up. Overall a great experience.

I found myself in a pinch for rental equipment for a fundraiser, but was fortunate enough to find AAE. They were very accommodating to our questions and needs. The staff were also nice and professional, especially the men who loaded the equipment in our truck! I will definitely be coming back here for the next fundraiser or event.

We used All About Events for our April 2019 wedding. We used them for tableware, tenting, and everything our caterers (Pacific Harvest) required for our rehearsal dinner and wedding. The process was smooth thanks to Caitlin! She was quick to respond to any questions and gave her input when asked (which was very helpful since we didnt use a coordinator and felt in over our heads). Drop-off/pick-up went smoothly and the quality of everything was great. We had a rain-scare and our venue (Grace Maralyn Estate) is entirely outdoors so we did rent a tent just in case. The tent was all clear and BEAUTIFUL, so if you need one- theyve got you covered. Their prices were similar to other rental companies in the area, but their reviews were better and we were definitely satisfied. Thank you Caitlin and AAE!

Beware if you are renting heaters..!!! Please make sure the delivery guys turn them on, and run them for at least 5 mins. We rented 3 heaters, none stayed on for more than 2-3 mins. We thought they were empty. We called to complain that they were empty. They had their guys check them, they said, they were all FULL.......made sense...because we could not make them work. They were returned full, and the manage, Brittany, said there is NOTHING we can do......so just beware.....

I cannot put into words how spectacular All About Events is. Steven went about and beyond to make my day exactly what I had hoped for. Caitlin knew my visions and executed each of them since I was an out of state bride. My tables looked amazing, the she shack was beyond beautiful, and I couldn’t have asked for more. I’m getting emotional thinking about just how perfect every detail was. Unbelievable company and the most caring, understanding, and passionate people in the industry. It’s no wonder they have won so many awards. AAE is where it’s at for the bride with a beautiful vision. I’ll recommend them to anyone looking for rentals for any event. You guys nailed it!!! The pros at All About Events are the Templeton Chamber of Commerces Go To party rental company. We put on six major events per year and are working with primarily volunteers, so sometimes we dont know exactly what we need or what would be best for our patrons. AAE is a great resource for honest advice, quick response, Bend Over Backwards customer service plus the quality and variety of their inventory is amazing! We had our wedding reception June 22nd, 2019 at the Mission Plaza in SLO. This venue was unique and a destination for us, so there was a lot of hoops to jump through and we had to put a lot of faith into our vendors. We visited a few companies in SLO county and walked away feeling less than impressed with the service and inventory. But the moment we walked into AAE to meet, you could tell they were on another level and sold us on the first impression/ treatment alone.We met and coordinated with Caitlin through this whole process and she made us feel extra special. Not only was she prompt in her responses, she was extremely knowledgeable and helped give us a lot of peace of mind knowing this was going to be one less thing we had to worry about. We must have emailed back and forth 50 times, adding or taking away things, but she was more than accommodating throughout. She even gave us great suggestions and had an eye for design. My wife and I had a specific concept we wanted to go with, and Caitlin advised us on how to make it work, which ended up blowing our expectations out of the water!Side note: AAE’s use of social media and updated website, along with the easy to understand and readily available price sheets really helped us comprehend what exactly we were getting and made it easy to budget for, so there were no surprise costs. We also gained a lot of inspiration from their frequent Instagram posts. Finally, their décor and inventory was by far the best, most updated, and had comparable pricing from the other companies we had previously visited.Since our Venue was unique, we had to set up the whole reception the morning of and have the whole thing taken down and out by 10PM that same night to avoid any fines or tickets from the City. Because of these constraints, our timelines were very strict in order to make this all happen. We also had over 170 guests so this was no simple task. Not only did they arrive on time, early on a Saturday morning for set up, but they also came back that night and helped load everything up and were gone before our deadline.I would recommend anyone to check them out if you are ever throwing an event, because they will exceed your expectations.
