Alex was great and really cared about his service,fixed my issue and I will go back for sure and the best part was they did not try to overcharge. Nice to have them in La Puente.

He was so honest and transparent every step of the way, and kept me in the loop with the ordering of the parts I needed.The price for the work I needed was the best around, and he didnt ask for payment for his labor until the repair was complete. He carried out the work unbelievably fast.When I say fast, I mean FAST!I dropped my laptop off to get fixed, and by the time I got home, he already had the work done! I have never had any service for anything ever performed so quickly in my life!I went back to collect the laptop and he tested it with me to make sure I was happy with his work. He was super friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I cant recommend his services enough, I will go to him for all my tech needs.Thank you Alex!

2021-09-22 00:43:31I called to get my fathers old computer a new water cooling system, but sadly its too old and parts are not available anymore. however Daniel still helped me through the process of picking out a new cooling unit that would work. All of this was done over the phone at no cost! I even asked what I owed him and would have gladly paid for his help, but he was very generous to assist. today I just installed the new unit and its working perfectly. Daniel, if youre reading this, thank you again! 10/10 id gladly seek his help again in the future.

2016-09-20 21:17:40He handles all of our computer stuff for about 6 years or more. any thing goes wrong its easy to get help its amazing. well never go back to computer geeks or any other big name place they suck and cost way way way too much.Aliens computer repair cost of everything is AWESOME!!!! we love them!!!

He will run every type of test and whatnot ever before he returns your device to make sure it works properly. Whether it’s a computer, phone, or gaming console he will make sure it runs properly. Prices are always lower than competitors, so I recommend coming here time and again, as you will be satisfied with the results.

It appeared permanently closed there no signage stating there any changes in regards to the business and well I’m sure like most people instead of wasting my time calling i searched for another nearby computer repair place, however the owner of this aliens computer repairs decided to rudely respond to my review and expected me as the customer to go out of my way to contact him for business. so my review still stands :) anyways the place i went to was Louis Computer Repair 15915 main St La puente, CA 91744 I’d recommend going there instead for all computer repair needs :)

2015-10-01 18:44:33My main computer was DOA after I moved house so I brought it here. The fault was located and fixed in less than 30 minutes and you cant get much better than that. Very happy and I will be using these guys again.
