As the owner of a business, I have some occasions that need for servicing of my computers. These guys at Alicecompurter are reliable and efficient at servicing my pcs after some servers crashed and at rescuing data when needed. They are also very helpful at recommending hardwares replacement parts, any phones repair and customized build pc and server. I recommend them without hesitation and rely on them for their great service.

Wow! What a fantastic encounter I had with this business. I have a MacBook Pro that is so old that I didnt think it had much chance left. I was welcomed right away by two of the most understanding andaccommodating technicians. They did not try to sell me anything and instead took the time to explain all that was accessible to me. I want to publicly express my gratitude to them for all of their efforts. Im thrilled to have my computer back and healthy again.

I highly recommend Alice Computerworks for all your computer needs. The store offers excellent service, reasonable prices, and expertise in both sales and corporate services. The owner is friendly, the service staff are excellent, and the technicians are professional. Whether Im purchasing new computer equipment or getting a repair done, theyre always eager to assist and resolve my issues. In addition, the after-sales service is top-notch. I cant recommend this place enough.

I waited 6 months to write this review because i would like to confirm the repair would last. Jason the store manager is very honest and professional. I was ok with using non Apple battery to repair my macbook. Today i went agin to replace my iPhone battery for my son. It is hard to find a good price together with great service on IT stuff. I wish this review will help them to gain the business they deserve. Thank you again.

The service and attitude are obviously poor and inferior.The communication in between feels like you owe them money. Rather than theyre trying to provide you with a service. Not to mention the expensive price. Dont go to this place.

Nicole provided great service. The files in my usb flash drive did not show up. Most of the file were related to my work. However, Nicole is a life saver who recovered my files in my usb flash drive in just one day. I definitely recommend Alice Computerworks!!

Alice computerworks is a very nice, professional and fair price computer store with sweet employees there. I used to purchase all kind of computers, iPhones and supplies at the store. However, when I moved out of the city, they have fix my computer problems, solved my tech issues and applied fast technical solutions through their online remote system. I am always very happy with excellent technology experts there at Alice computerworks. Jason and Ivan are two of the favorites because they are always help.

A friendly and professional workshop I have experienced today. They have diagnosed my computer unit and offered a detailed analysis on the glitches with a probably cost for fixing. I am very pleased with their timely action and the satisfied work results. In addition, their price is very reasonable from my previous experiences. I am highly recommended for people who has problems with the computer and needs to repair it for a honest price and a time restriction.

I brought in my MacBook Pro to get my screen replaced. I was misquoted a cheaper price but it was still honored so I decided to go ahead and trust these guys- big mistake. When the laptop was done it was lagging a lot and turns out the screen was not compatible with my laptop. They ordered a new screen but it was a different color so they ordered another one. When it was finally done, I picked it up and brought it home. I noticed the camera didn’t work so I brought it back in. They said it was a problem they’ve “never seen before” and that the motherboard was also messed up. My motherboard was perfectly fine before and the camera had NO problems. I finally got my refund and took it to Apple repair. After some diagnostic tests they asked if I had gotten it repaired elsewhere and I told them everything that happened. They said the chip on the motherboard that connected to the camera was burned out because it was replaced with a cheap screen. Now it’s going to cost an additional $500 to fix on top of a new screen. Don’t trust these guys, they messed up my motherboard and I still left with a broken screen. If I could give them no stars, I would.
