Dr Shirani is the best dentist. Ive been going to him since he took over the office years ago. My son was small then, and he has continued to go there as an adult and has brought his entire family with him. Now, hes caring for 3 generations in my family!When I was unemployed during the pandemic, he continued to provide care for me providing his services for free or the lowest cost possible when I couldnt afford it. He has an enormous heart! ❤️

When I searched for a new dentist I asked in many social media platforms, asked people and one name that kept coming up was Dr. Shirani.Our whole family is so happy with the switch, we have been his patients for a few years now.He is very patient, caring and detailed. Dr. Shirani and his staff are truly one of a kind! Dr. Shirani’s dedication with providing excellent care to his patients is unmatched! You can see how much he genuinely cares for not only his patients, but his staff. He is very respectful and pleasant with everyone. I absolutely love the environment he has created in his office (the music selection is a huge plus) I’ve been to several dentist in my life and never have I had such wonderful and fun experiences with each visit as I do at Dr. Shirani’s office. This morning I had my first visit with Dr. Shirani and it was extremely pleasant. Dr. Shirani was very kind and honest and took the time to go over my x-rays and a treatment plan -- no pressure to have work done that wasnt needed. His office staff was very professional. Im so happy I found a dentist close to my home.

Every time I visit Dr. Shirani it’s always a wonderful visit. His staff treats you like a true family member. They are kind, caring, courteous, and they really put a lot of effort in making you feel comfortable. I tell everyone about this dentist, and even if I ever moved I would drive 75 miles to come back to this dentist. Not to mention all of the skilled positions like a hygienist, of course a dentist are very skilled sufficient, and just outright amazing.Even the staff that works at the front desk are just as amazing at their job.

I’ve been going to Dr. Shirani’s office for years now, everyone at his office is amazing. I had the pleasure of meeting Joy for the first time today. She is one of the hygienist, I’ve been to the office multiple times in the past 5+ years, but never had the opportunity until today to meet her. She is great! She’s gentle but really gets the job done. Her bed side is also comforting, she lets you know what she’s going to do before she does it and checks on you to make sure you’re doing ok with the process. Over all I am not surprised that she is great… All of Dr. Shirani’s employees are a reflection of him and the way he interacts and cares for his patients. This is the dentist office to go to, I highly recommend them.🤗

Hands down, Dr. Ali Shirani is the very best dentist I have ever had!My mouth was destroyed as a 10-13 year old with a parent who had amazing insurance. My horrific childhood dentist said I had 10+ cavities every 6 months because that is exactly how much my mothers insurance would cover. Ive had terrible experiences with many dentists so I truly appreciate how lucky I am to have Dr. Shirani as a reliable resource.Dr. Shirani has always been fast, effective and extremely considerate not to do any unnecessary work! All things that I deeply appreciate!As an example, I had a dental emergency in Tahoe. The dentist looked for 2 seconds (after hundreds in insurance x ray charges) and said I had a cavity in my wisdom tooth but wouldnt touch it and I needed to have the tooth removed by an orthodontist. billed my insurance $600+ and referred me to someone 60 miles away, booking weeks out and billing hundreds out of pocket...🙄🤦🏼‍♂️When I got home to Dr. Shirani, he laughed, talked genuinely with me for about 1 minute and said he would fix it in 20 minutes after physically examining it; and he did. Fixed my problem literally in less than 30 minutes and did not charge me $$$$ to remove a tooth unnecessarily.I will literally drive hundreds of miles to visit him instead of others who are closer but terrible.I have never trusted any dentist as much as I trust him!Truly, thank you very much for the care that I have received!(I selfishly hope you never retire but know you deserve it!)👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

My boyfriend introduced me to his dentist and I have to say I am so upset that it took my boyfriend forever to bring me here! Dr. Shirani is the greatest! My whole life I thought going to the dentist meant that I was going to experience some sort of pain or discomfort and after my first visit at the dentist it was a life changer. I am not exaggerating! Dr. Shirani is amazing and so kind. He’s whole staff is so kind too. Everyone is happy and there is always music playing in the background . I wish my work had this type of happy energy. It feels so great to be somewhere that feels like everyone is happy to be there. I brought my daughter in too and they were all so amazing with her. Good work as always, have been a client for over a decade, consummate professionals, spacious lobby, comfortable seating area, magazines to browse. My dental hygienist is always thorough, skilled, professional and pleasant. Cheerful, welcoming staff, nice photos of nature on the computer screen to look at in the exam room and nice music to listen. The dentist and owner ends my appointments (if he has not worked on me personally too) with a professional exam, brief honest consultation if needed, a warm greeting and smile. For an excellent and warm experience, I would highly recommend becoming a new client.

For example I needed an emergency root canal and he personally called the root canal specialist office and made it a point that I should be seen same day. 15 minutes after I left his office I got a call with a same day appointment. I really feel at home in this dentist office. Right now Im living in Portland Oregon but I still set my dental appointments here with Dr. Shirani when I am in town. The girls in the office have been able to squeeze me in when someone else cancels. Wow, thank you ladies for that. Dr. Shirani also makes me feel like a part of the family. The dental hygienist, Akemi, was excellent. Actually the best dental cleaning I’ve had in many years. The office was very busy but my follow up was handled quite efficiently. Thank you all. The bathrooms need upgrading. Kindergarten toilets. For us older folks, getting up and getting down on the short toilets is difficult.

His assistant Renee is SO awesome, and helpful ( especially when I’m nervous 😳) my hygienist is great too! Never hurts me, and is a kick to talk with while getting my cleanings . I don’t have the best teeth, and when I came to Dr. Shirani, I was afraid to go to the dentist. Over the years he has proven to me a dentist can be gentle, and it doesn’t have to be so traumatic getting dental work done . Dr Shirani is a happy jolly dentist. He’s been our family dentist for over 10 years. He helps me maintain my extensive expensive top to bottom dental implant from my previous dentist in Texas not to fail.I have very sensitive and always get gum problems. Dr Shirani has not given me hesitation or rejection to treat me whenever I call for emergency appointment. He always there to solved my dental problems easy.Recently he treated my husband crown and fillings. He pointed out that my husband other teeth needs works to be done. And he did it with no extra charge. Unbelievable.I also have Stacy as my dental hygienist. She is very good dental hygienist and entertaining. We share stories while she clean my teeth. She makes sure all my dental implants are free from infections. She’s very thorough in her job.So, I go home with a big happy smile.I rated Dr Shirani and his staff EXCELLENT!And not to forget my favorite dental hygienist Stacy, she’s very good.

I am 100% dentaphobic. Some nightmarish experiences in the dental chair in the past made it so bad that I cant even watch a scene in a movie or TV with a dentist in it without getting highly anxious. They didnt get annoyed that I had to have my Emotional Support Human (my husband) in the room with me so that I could have his hand to squeeze when things got tough for me. I have been a patient of Dr. Sharani for five years. Within that five years I went to the dentist every six months. The problems that I have I brought it to his attention and he fixed whatever I said. Within that five years I had a rotten tooth under a bridge that he never saw. But he took x-rays every six months his nurse had mentioned something about my problems but when the doctor came in he said nothing. He never saw anything until everything fell apart and it cost me a fortune. Instead of dealing with me he gave me my money back after he did all the underhanded work he could do to try to appease me. The work was shoddy. If you have a problem please go have a second opinion because Dr. Shirani doesn’t see anything. I’m in a mess of trying to find another doctor to correct some of the damage the doctor Shahrani did. I am very unhappy and very disappointed in him. He just came out of the office to talk to you to try to make you feel good but watch yourself please.

He made me feel at ease right away and I have never had a problem since. I also have 3 children 16 years, 7 years and 4 years old. They absolutely LOVE going to see Dr. Shirani!! Just a few days ago my 4 year old and I had our cleaning appointments. He got to hang out with the lovely ladies at the front desk while I got my x-rays and this time wanted to go by himself to the room for his cleaning. When kids are excited for dental appointments, that says a lot about the dentist and his staff. I recommend all my friends, family and co-workers to his office and now most the people I know go to Dr. Shirani. None of them have ever had a bad thing to say.Keep up the amazing work Dr. Shirani and Staff!!!!!

I have never met a man like this DR. He is a kind hearted man. I have never met a dentist that is this nice. Dr Shirani comes out to the waiting room just to smile and greet his customers. This Dr. has given me hope in mankind. Too Much? No, he is that amazing. That was the 1st time I seen him. Today I went in to have a tooth pulled. He did such a great job. He takes his time and makes you feel comfortable. I cant say enough so I will stop now. You ready for the cherry on top? His entire staff all smile too. They love him. He is a great man.
