My car had a check engine light. After reading other reviews I was worried that my car would not be seen in a long time and that my car was staying for weeks. I called and service advisor Donovan was able to get my car in just a day. I arrived and I saw a lot of vehicles in line! They get very busy but as soon as I arrived, I was greeted warmly by a very friendly young man and was told I was going to be seen by Donovan shorty. I waited about 3 minutes when Donovan came out and helped me right away. He explained very well what was the process and I have to say that I was impressed. I don’t get why there are so many bad reviews. He was able to assign a technician that same day and had the diagnostic sent to me. Donovan kept me informed and explained every detail on what was wrong with my car and what was needed to be fixed. He showed me the estimate with transparency and explained the breakdown of the repairs. My car got fixed the next day and I was able to drive it without any issues. I must say that I was very pleased with the service I received. I totally recommend the service department. Very professional and friendly staff. Definitely coming back here.

Diego was very helpful during my visit and made my purchase a breeze. I went in without a car and left with a 2018 dodge charger thanks to Diego. Would recommend this location 150%. Great staff as well all willing to help.

Terrible experience. Standard fleet vehicle oil change and minor recall repair (windshield adhesion). Over 3 hours in the lobby and the Service Advisor (Rachel) comes out (only once) to inform me that’s she’s having trouble processing the payment with the fleet company (Wheels Fleet) and that’s the reason for the delay. To make matters worse, during all that time they didn’t even perform the minor recall service. No apologies or anything was provided. This group needs some serious service training on their billing systems and overall customer service!; needless to say I won’t be coming back!

The worst dealer to take your vehicle for service, my vehicle was damaged in their lot and they tried to blame it on me. I had to speak directly to the GM because the service manager and service director practicly told to go F#*%{! myself. Very rude and unprofessional.

Here is the most unsecured car dealership in the United States. The old man named Li talked to me about 12% interest. I didnt know English. At that time, they were getting off work, and I was anxious to let me sign. Later I saw that it was 16.74% interest. Too disappointing about JEEP.

This place has THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT bring your car here to get serviced. They sell you a warranty and dont even let you know how your car is doing. They hang up the phone on customers and fight with them even though the workers are wrong. I am very upset and will not be coming back. I still dont have the status on my car.

I bought a jeep renegade from this dealership a year ago. Suddenly all of the locks no longer work- so I am completely unable to lock my car. As per the service departments instructions- I brought the car in and they said that they would issue a rental. After arriving for my service appointment with my 10 month old baby. The first person I talked to said that this was a simple software update so they wouldnt issue me a rental car... But it would take 7 hours. I asked to talk to someone else and they agreed to give me a rental car after several minutes. Then he said that the rental process would take another 30 minutes and I would have to return the car immediately after my car was finished in the afternoon. He said that this issue wasnt a technical recall so they couldnt be more accommodating with the rental. For a company that has been under hot water recently... I was shocked by the terrible service. Both employees were extremely rude. I have never experienced this type of service at any other dealership.

1.) They matched the lowest price i was able to shop around with other dealers. I went to them because they were only 15min away instead of 1 hour away to another dealer.2.) When i got there they honored the price but tried to play the finance game by asking me what i wanted to play monthly.3.) The finance guy was okay...no high pressure tactics there.4.) Had a leather tear, alignment, and paint issues which came from the factory and the dealer promised to take care of it on their end. Dropped the truck off to get it all taken care off and 2 days later only 1 of 4 items were taken care of. Was told to come and pick and when i got there they were confused on what to do. WTF why dont you call me to ask and be clear? I even called twice for updates and they just blew me off saying come pick up and no mention of not understanding of what needs to be done. WTF would you tell me to come back and not even have it ready?5.) Service manager apologized but that is not good enough. If i had to do it all over again now i would have not bought the car from this dealer. I will buy an extended warranty from another dealer you can shop around for this and ask dealers to negotiate the price.
