Alfredo and his team have been helping my parents and I for about 10yrs. We have been extremely grateful for how kind they are. Things are always explained in detail and they really value provide excellent service. They provide accurate information, follow up, and provide several $ options. The birthday and holiday cards are a nice touch too hahaha.

I switched over to State Farm about two years ago after receiving a notice from geico that my bill was going up about $200 monthly. I mentioned it to my dad and he said call Alfredo I called him and he was able to get me a new policy with life insurance and still paying way less than my previous insurance which was only for auto. She was amazing, she took the time to find out what had happened to my account. She told me that she would check into the issue and call me back. I have to say I was shocked when she did call me back. It couldnt of been no more then 15-20 min when she called back. You dont usually get that kind of service now days . Alfredo is Ext really responsive as an agent. He offers you every discount you can earn and tells you about other business services he offers that can help you and your family. I’ve actually tried shopping around several times, thinking I’d find a better price somewhere else when funds were low. But I didn’t. The prices I got from this State Farm office are better than anything else I could find out there. And believe me, I looked hard. Besides, if the prices were better elsewhere, the quality & customer service will always be better here.

Very bad, he gave me a quote and i deal with him for more than 2 weeks to get the best deal, and once I agreed about the amount and charged my card, he sent me a statement to my mail box after 1 week and I found out that he charged me 30 dollars extra per month and when I called him asked why and how this happen he said sorry I made a mistake and he kept this mistake without calling me saying the quote price is changed !!! Stay away from this agent please

They literally make my life easy.
