This was a last minute need for flowers. I contacted Alexas and asked if they could prepare the arrangement and have it ready in 2 hours they assured me they could and they did. The arrangement was exactly as presented on their website and the price was totally reasonable. The arrangement was beautiful and the recipient loved them. Would highly recommend.

This long-standing flower shop, I learned, has been serving Arcadia for over 40 years! Thats impressive by any means. Moreover, they really did an awesome job with the $40 presentation bouquet for my daughters graduation ceremony. She absolutely loved the pink and white mixture of flowers that were arranged so beautifully. The traditional graduation lei was fresh and beautiful. Go check them out for your flower needs!

I live in Berlin, Germany and I ordered Mothers Day bouquet on their website for my mom who lives in San Gabriel. I didnt tell my mom about the flowers because I wanted it to be a surprise. When Alexa attempted the delivery, my mom had popped out to the grocery store. Alexa contacted me via email and was super patient and understanding about the whole situation. In the end they got the flowers to my mom and it was absolutely gorgeous and she loved it. This is a great business with wonderful customer service. Five stars.

If Flowers are what you need, then Alexas is where you need to go! Best flowers in the San Gabriel Valley and at the best prices. I recommend all my friends and family and anyone reading this review in need of flowers, for whatever reason. My favorite florist, Angelica, is great at what she does and shes always so welcoming. Ive never left unhappy and as you can see.... I turn to them for all my flower needs. Always fresh and beautiful flowers and customer service that is top notch! Why go anywhere else?!. They do it all here. Id give 10 stars if I could! Love you guys at Alexas Flowers!

The only place I go to for flowers for all occasions! Ask for Angelica! Shes amazing and I can promise, youll never be disappointed! First time buying online from Alexas Flowers and the experience was great. Very easy to navigate. They had many things too choose from. Sent flowers to my mom in her nursing facility for her 85th Birthday and she just loved them. Visited mom the day flowers were delivered and they were just lovely! Theyre still very fresh days later. I was initially a little apprehensive if the florist is a reliable and professional one, being on the other side of the globe, I can only depend on the reviews I read. But my fears were unfounded. There was an immediate email confirming my purchase upon payment and another email notification of delivery. The bouquet was lovely and well arranged. It made the recipient very happy! I can’t believe how easy the process of ordering was! Their website is very simple to navigate and well built. I placed my order past 10:30 PM the night before Thanksgiving, and the flowers were delivered at 9:50 AM on Thanksgiving morning. I’m stunned they were available and so prompt on a National Holiday. Wow, just wow!

This is by far the best flower shop Ive found! This is my third time using it and I am sure they have me as a customer for life. Their prices are very competitive and the best thing is the free delivery. They have the best customer service, whom will contact you if theres any doubt on your order instead of making it wrong. Wow. The arrangement was even more beautiful and larger than what I expected from the photo on their website. But the flowers and arrangements were as described and I would say even nicer. The cream rose with the sparkled rim was a nice detailed enhancement! And thank you for delivering per my suggested delivery times! All and all, it was a very easy, seamless process and executed above my expectations. It was worth what I paid for the arrangement and delivery and the extra bonus is that Alexas is local in Arcadia / SGV.

They over charged because they had the flowers I was looking for local and if I wanted to pay less I would have to drive to Downey... Cant blame them for wanting to make a buck... The flowers only lasted 5 days. It was almost as if they bought older flowers at a discount so they could squeeze out more profit.I had placed and paid for the order in person at 2pm to pick up at 630 when I arrived I expected to pickup and go but the order was not ready nor did they know about it. I ended up waiting about 15 min while they looked for it then they came to ask me if I had my receipt I showed it to them then waited another 15 min while they looked for it again then decided to just make it.Hey at least I got one of those little cards for free.

Completely ruined Valentines delivery. I placed an order in person to be delivered to my wife at work and confirmed the order could be delivered same day. Payed way too much for 3 roses, a bear and a balloon but the delivery was really close by so I went with it. I find out 3 hours after my wife gets out of work that she never received the delivery. I checked with her work by phone and they didnt receive it. Checked with florist in person who swore was delivered on time and correctly. Under a hunch I checked a couple nearby businesses and found my arrangement was delivered to the wrong location on the wrong street.Heres what I dont understand. How do you, on Valentines Day, screw up a delivery that is literally 3 addresses away and on the same street as your business.If your thinking about ordering from here DONT.If you prefer your overpriced floral delivery to be delivered to the wrong location and then be lied to about it directly to your face then perhaps this is where you wanna be.Lesson learned.......

Alexas Flower shop is a great little place. As usual they have lots of cut pre- arrangements in a cooler. They also have lots of living plant and flower arrangements to choose from. But what i really liked is that Joe the owner will work with you to design a living plant arrangement to your liking.
