I was referred to Harold by another State Farm since I’ve recently moved to another state. Harold was both personal and professional. I didn’t feel like I was talking to an insurance agent. It felt more than a long time friend who was helping me get settle down when you move. Harold corresponded promptly with all the information I needed to do the transfer. I felt like he was more on my side with my tight budget and high premiums concerns. His explanations were clearly conveyed. Great insurance agent to have!

We were transferred into Alexandras State Farm office when our previous State Farm agent retired. We were thinking that we might take that opportunity to transfer to a State Farm office closer to where we lived at the time, but we received such terrific service from Alexandra and her team that we are still with them many (many) years later (even though we still dont live very close to her location)! I have been involved in situations that were very complex to handle, but Harold kept everything calm for me over the years. We have been long-time (30+ years) customers of State Farm, and our policies were transferred to Alexandra when our previous agent retired. When we needed her to put together a quote for a new house, she ignored our calls. Even after placing emergency notifications to her via representatives on the 800 number, she did not respond to us. But because she is listed as the “temporary” agent, our account is locked to her, and there are no other agents who have access to put together a quote for us.So, after being lifelong loyalists to this company despite its numerous flaws, we will find an insurance company that actually wants our business.
