My mom has owned this rental house for more than 20 years, and I was helping her sell it. I went to Yelp and Google to find agents with the best ratings and the most houses sold in the area. Alex and a few other realtors came up on the list. After a round of phone interviews, I narrowed down the list to three. I took them all to see the house and asked for feedback and their game plan to sell the house. Alex came out on top of the list. I am impressed with his attention to detail, professionalism, and a good strategy to sell the house at a good price. He is neither too pushy nor too lax, which is what I like.The house needed a lot of remodeling work, which took a month. Alex and his team did a great job making the house look premium to sell. During the entire remodeling and selling process, I was traveling abroad. I was confident he would do a great job controlling the quality and cost of remodeling, which is very important to me and saved me a lot of time. What impressed me most about Alex is his negotiation skills, as I saw a lot of reviews recommended his negotiation abilities. You are indeed lucky if you have Alex as your realtor. Trust him to know what to do. My house was listed just before some problems developed in the market for selling a home. Choosing Alex as my real estate agent was the best decision I ever made. I would highly recommend Alex for your real estate needs as he is friendly, patient, communicative, organized and very efficient. Alex and his team team helped me with all the little details and kept me informed every step along the way. Alex and his team handled everything in a timely and efficient manner. Alex coordinated with the outgoing tenants to schedule the handover and to get the contractors scheduled for the work that Alex and I had decided on together to get the house ready for sale. Alex provided me a link to a spreadsheet that was updated regularly with all the costs, vendors and status which made it really easy for me to see what was going on each day of the process Alex handled all the contractors work and got everything done- landscaping, painting, staging, etc. I was able to work with his team to take care of paying for all the work and did not run into a single issue with any of the work that was done. Alex provided great advise on getting the home ready for sale and the appropriate asking price. When it came time to show the house, Alex provided me a link to a calendar which showed me every scheduled showing, down to the exact time. This provided me with comfort knowing that there was activity taking place almost every day and a lot on the weekends. Alex and his team kept me informed all throughout the closing process and there were no issues at all. I cannot say enough about Alex and his team at Rainmaker.

We interviewed several real estate agents when we started our search, but when we met Alex, we knew that he was the right fit. He personally knew many of the agents that work in Mountain View, which was where we we ended up buying. This gave him a huge advantage. We were extremely happy with his performance, he was able to attract multiple bidders and he was able to secure the appropriate buyer for our home.Rainmaker has a modern retail office presence on the corner of El Camino and San Antonio in Los Altos. They have a wonderful, professional team working there including Alex, Jeff, and Chris. It was absolutely a team effort getting our last project to completion. We asked Alex & Rainmaker to sell our San Jose home. We live out of town, and the Rainmaker team managed all of the details of the repairs. This included finding vendors, getting bids, and scheduling the work. As someone who works in the high tech industry and is always on the go, I was amazed at Alex flexibility in working with the clients and efficiency in getting the job done. We reached out to Alex for the purchase of our new home with minimal notice. At that time, we were on an out of town family vacation and offers were being accepted the following week. Alex walked us through the entire process and devised a strategy for us all through the use of video conferencing at meeting times that were suitable for us. He and his team then worked expeditiously to put together all necessary paperwork for our review electronically as we were out of town. My siblings and I had to sell our mothers home and I found Alex on Yelp where his positive reviews were copious. Alex was not able to attend our first meeting on a Sunday since he was spending time with his family; he sent team member Susan who explained the process very thoroughly and clearly.When we met with Alex in person he came with a beautifully prepared booklet explaining the entire sales process and including materials on the home we were selling as well as information on comparable homes in the area. It was clear that Alex had experience with trust sales; he was very good about making sure that my siblings and I were all informed about what was to take place. One of the booklets was sent to a brother out of state.Throughout the process Alex asked for our input and gave advice and analysis when asked. One of our siblings was living in the home and while another realtor had told us that we needed to get our house on the market ASAP, Alex was very sensitive to the fact that my brother needed to move and that we all had emotional attachment to our mothers home - when you are ready is when we will put the house on the market is what he advised.Our initial plan was to fix the house up and stage it to get the highest possible price as Alex often quoted. We had offers while the house was off-market; it seemed that Alex had a very strong network of brokers ready to see it before it was ever on the market.Susan and the rest of Alexs team communicated very well arranging home viewings, inspections, document signing, cleaning. Phone calls, emails or text messages were very frequent; we were very informed about everything that was going on. Alex also communicated very regularly, explaining the process, giving an analysis of the market and listening to our questions and comments. We never wondered for one minute what might be progressing.When the home did formally go on the market, it went on as is and with a higher asking price than we had originally targeted. We were absolutely elated at the final offer we accepted. We could definitely see that Alexs expertise was in play.Alex is a superb agent with a well organized professional team behind him. As an out of state resident I was required, as part of a trust management, to sell a residence located on Springer Rd in Mountain View CA. I interviewed numerous realtors until I found Alex Wang who clearly stood out from the rest. It was immediately apparent that he was straightforward, honest, and very professional. He clearly explained, in detail, the sale process and his duties. I retained his services that day. The residence required extensive remodeling which Mr. Wang directed, oversaw, and approved while maintaining excellent communication with me. Outstanding service. We are moving to the area later this year and I needed some basic advice for the area. We’re also going to rent instead of buy. I passed this info to Alex’s answering service and didn’t expect a priority answer; he called me back within minutes. He was super responsive, gave some really spot on advice that will help us plan our house hunt, and offered to help out when we get down there, even though his firm doesn’t really focus on rentals (that’s my assumption...if I’m wrong then the misunderstanding is on me).
