I have been with State Farm a little over a year and from the beginning when I had my initial call with the representative Anthony Stanley, he was professional, understanding, accommodating, supportive, willing to work with me and offered to video chat with me so we could figure out and answer all of my questions. I received a great quote from him and decided that day to go forth with State Farm. Since that time Anthony has continued to be the same supportive, professional, and genuine representative. He checks in on me and makes sure that he’s available to answer any and all questions that are needed. I appreciate his genuine and natural ability to make me feel supported and in good hands. I’ve had only positive experiences since I’ve been with State Farm and that’s rare to say that about insurance companies these days. Big thank you to Anthony and his team for their stellar customer service! It has meant a lot!

Anthony Stanley was wonderful to work with. He made sure I understood my policy and what I was signing up for. He asked question to be sure I got everything I was looking for. I felt comfort in knowing i didn’t walk away not understanding what I had signed up for. He’s a wonderful agent to work with. I would recommend him and State Farm to anyone looking.

Able to save about $600, for the same 6 month full coverage, that l had with Progessive Auto lns.,and l found a real agent to actually have a conversation with. They were very professional and addressed any concerns l had, fast and efficiently.

Carla’s responsiveness to my numerous questions and requests for updating quotes for auto insurance was impeccable. My current insurance carrier was increasing prices too much. Carla gave me quotes with different coverage levels incredibly fast. That indicated to me that the State Farm service would be far better than my current carrier. Thank you, Carla! I am happy I decided to go with State Farm and hope the transition goes well.

It was Martin Luther King holiday but my customer service rep.. ANTHONY STANLEY was courteous, patient and beyond helpful. Customer service is a lost “art” so what a jewel to engage with these type individual👍👍👍👍

I very much enjoy the personal service that this State Farm office provides. Alex and his staff, especially Ms. Serena Perez, have recently been incredibly helpful in getting my 16 year old daughter onto my insurance. This team is professional, quick and clear in their communication. I feel my insurance needs are in good hands with this team.
