My wife and I came to know Alex Abad when our next door townhouse owner used him to sell their townhome. That was 6 years ago. Two years ago we met with Alex to talk about our future plans—selling our townhome and helping us find a new home for us as we made the move from our primary home in St. louis. Over the past 45 years, we have bought and sold over a dozen homes all across the country. We have worked with lots of agents during that time. We didn’t even have pre approval for a loan in place when we saw the house. Rest assured, Alex guided and walked us through the whole process. He is transparent, genuine, knows his stuff and all around a great guy! We would highly recommend Alex to anyone!

He was always available, and would often walk over to meet us in person to talk even on short notice. He answered every question we had and was extremely knowledgeable about El Segundo and very committed to the community. Even when we ran into an unexpected issue (unrelated to the sale), Alex was there to help us providing advice, reassurance, and guidance to make sure everything went well not just with the sale but personally with our move. We were so impressed by his ability to represent the house that when it came time for us to sell our home, we immediately thought of Alex. We wanted some one who knew the area well and can represent the property in the best ways possible. Most importantly, we wanted someone who cares and understands that for us, its more than just a business transaction. Alex delivered in all these areas! It was super clear that he believed in the product (our house), and that was the differentiator for us. We also had an unexpectedly unlucky/rough journey with multiple back outs (through no faults of Alex), but Alex was there every step of the way and kept the train moving. We felt assured with Alex in our corner, and in the end we believe he was able to get us the best possible price (he is an expert negotiator). Highly recommend!!!!

2021-01-28 17:11:21Alex handled the sale of our primary home in El Segundo in September 2020. My wife and I put our blood, sweat, and tears into the home for 2+ years renovating it down to the studs. Alex partnered with us to understand the value that we built into the home and came up with a perfect marketing strategy to help us achieve a fantatsic result - an above ask, all cash no contingency offer in less than a week. Alex helped us restage the home to maximize the flow/space, was very patient with us as we worked out showings (we made a cross country move, during a pandemic, with a 10 month old baby!) and always treated us with respect and courtesy. We 100% recommend him to handle the sale of your home.I want to note that we interviewed 5 realtors in town and were impressed by all of them. The quality that stood out about Alex was his no pressure, easygoing attitude while still being a master of his domain and market. We really werent sure whether we wanted to sell the home or keep it and rent it - Alex put no pressure on us either way and walked us through the pros and cons of both approach - which helped us make the best decision for us. Then after the purchase his office helped with recommendations of local contractors and providing keys to selected contractors to have some work done prior to move in.
