Amazing!Had a ton of fun .Staff is super coolWay better than smart and finalGreat new idea in food stores.Layout is good, bright, and appealing.The store is an appropriate size not some huge mega store.Wide selection of food and household items.Really clean and nice .Just another sign that this negiborhood is gentrifying.Look out the rent will be huge in this area due to trendy new stores like this one.Great prices and selectionNeeds nothing this place is perfect.

I have been shopping at ALDI for several years because they have the best quality for the price.Today my 3-year-old daughter threw a tantrum over a toy she saw. I asked her to leave it because of her previous behavior that day. I also dont want to support this kind of manipulation.So she burst into tears and cried loudly for quite a long time. After we paid at the checkout, Erica, an ALDI employee, calmed her down and presented her with a toy. My daughter was happy and the tantrum was over.Erica, thanks again for your attention and kindness! I hope you will get a promotion in the near future! 🙏

This store has some great prices! My only ehhh with the store is the 25¢ for the cart and then the cart money slot wont take me money. AND they may not have the same item in the store the following week. Otherwise your pocketbook will appreciate your shopping at Aldi!!

I have been here over a dozen times. At first, every time I encountered unhappy employees. Seems like the management here fosters, or has fostered, a difficult working condition. There has been a change, though, and recently, I have found mostly great employees. Prices are the lowest on most things, but not everything, so do those price checks before you commit. They have some unqiue products, but I prefer to shop other places since many products have undesirable ingredients. For example, the almond butter has palm oil.

If youve never been to an ALDI in Europe, its basically the exact same look and feel as its American counterparts. However, they definitely cater to the American shopping habits with a lot more variety and selections. You even have to deposit a quarter to borrow a shopping cart, but get that deposit back if you return the shopping cart to its home base. Prices are okay, not the most expensive but definitely not the cheapest either. If you live in Gardena, come give ALDI a look. Who knows, you might find some hidden gems.

Not a bad place. Only thing is that its a different super market culture. Not normal, not bad, but more normal. For example, you need a quarter to rent a shopping cart, and there is only one line for all checkstands. You see all that is not bad, but the line pretty much blocks the entire center aisle, so if you want to look at stuff in that aisle you best wait to get in line because there are always people standing there. The shopping cart isnt so bad, if you dont have a quarter, they let you borrow one. It keeps the parking lot clean. Great prices but limited selections. For example the wife sent me to buy a clear dish soap and all they had was green yellow and blue.

Oh my gosh aldi is amazing, the prices are decent, and the quality of their meats, vegetables, ice cream and snacks are terrific, if youre into keto then aldi is the place to go. Their customer service is friendly, kind, and helpful, they also sell items like rugs, dishes, a bunch of miscellaneous items that you may need, like electric heaters, cooling fans, theres so much I cant name them all, while everyone else is raising prices aldi stays ahead of the game by sticking to low prices and great quality.

Aldi has the right idea.Aldi is very neat, clean & organized.Produce is the first thing youll see upon entry.The entrance and exit Has double sets of doors to keep the weather out and are doors are placed in such a way you cannotenter backwards.(unless somebody is exiting from the cashier)Enter The first set of sliding doors then make a left and enter the single door to the left to enter.Then after you pass through the cashier walk straight and exit through the the double doors on the way out.The shopping carts all locked together. the only way you get one is by inserting the quarter Into the slot releasing the chain.When you return the cart, plug in the chain back in your quarter is pops out of the slot.The store is operated by cashiers, Stock clerks And Hi Tech surveillance.There is no Meat butcher on-site.all Sections Are prepacked and brought in..Example the Produce, meat, cheeses all prepacked delivered and put on the shelves.All departments.Like most stores they have their weekly specials at much lower prices Year round then Other supermarkets.During the holidays or special occasions Aldi has great deals on turkeys Hams, depending on the occasion.be careful, ss of my last post in 2021 the prices have went up and some prices are retail,Aldi still are generally cheaper than other stores for example, eggs and cheese though shopping for regular priced items can get expensive.I shop 2 stores And during the holidays I shopped the one up on Hawthorne Blvd in Torrance You know the only other cheapest store in town Im talking about is on Artesia.Aldi has seasonal items located in the center aisle close to the cashierthe store is designed to be a modernized general store. HybridAldi is definitely worth checking out!In 2021 I had shopped there twice. Since then I do 90% of my shopping there other than the two other stores once in a while.The reason why Aldi is able to keep their prices down is if you look at the bottom of each package its actually Manufactured & Labeled specifically for Aldi With the Aldi name at the base of each product.For example: the cheese is made by Happy Farms for Aldi supermarkets, the Beverages Eg. Summit brand Cola are made Specifically for Aldi.They also keep prices down is they only have cashiers and stock clerks. There is no meat counter or person to cut the meat that works there. The meat is all brought in free prepacked.Another reason why prices are kept down.Aldi still has brand name products like Sunny D Orange Juice and Capri Sun,To this year (2024) I havent checked out every product in a store because I shop for specific Items I like.They stopped selling plastic bags, but do sell paper bags or bring your own.Or grab a handful of the thin ones from the produce department. This store is a treasure trove. I always find wonderful healthy (and healthish) goodies that my family loves. The produce is always fresh. There are concepts of food that are different than other grocery stores.In a neighborhood without a trader Joes or a whole foods it is nice to have an Aldis.Also, it is fun to go in on Thursday after they have done the specialty new item change over each Wednesday to see what fun new specials products they have found, especially around the Holidays.

Easy parking, fair prices, efficient cashiers. From time to time, you would see people act like theres no line and cut. They need a sign for the line and a button for the cashiers to press for people to proceed. Feel bad for them to having to yell every minute.

I would of given 5 stars but my one issue is the sales floors workers that are stocking dont acknowledge customers and when you ask them for help they give you an attitude and make you feel your bothering them and all they there for is to stock shelves not to provide customer service. The majority of the time its the manager or supervisor thats on the floor.

The store is clean and the staff efficient. Please dont use the restrooms. The store has changed its facilities from Mens and Women to All Gender. They should have just labeled both Mens. I stepped in the one on the left. It was dark, dingy, and the first thing I saw was a urinal filled with liquid. The smell was distressing. I thought I was entering a poorly maintained restroom at gas station in the middle of nowhere. I couldnt remain in there. So, I went into the other. It was a bit cleaner, but again I was faced with a urinal (this had to have been the original Womens). Next time, I hold it.

This store is awesome. Food is incredibly cheap even if its knock off brands as one might say. Or meat/poultry expires withing a week or so. Food still comes out good. Its a clean store and never packed the days Ive gone. Check out service is fast too. You need a quarter to unlock a shopping cart. Dont forget to bring your reusable bags as well.

I love the store but the cashier LISA was extremely rude. I ask her if we can keep the same cart since I had my 8month child there and she had already put my groceries on a different cart which wasnt much and she pulled the cart with my baby towards her and threw the food minding i bought pretzels and she broke some. I said damn and she said you want to switch them and I said no (because I grab the last 2 bucket I saw). I grab my child and told her why she was being rude and she said I am not being rude and said next on number 2. This lady needs a reality check and needs proper training.

They have a couple of aisles that they get seasonal items, household items, clothes, pet supplies, gardening supplies, etc. These aisles always get me. Costs much less compared to other stores Ive gone to but doesnt offer as wide of a selection. Large snack section, meats, produce (hit or miss, occasionally Ill purchase berries that spoil after 3-4 days in the fridge). Middle aisles also have a mix of random items which can range from candles to small baskets to stools for children. Pretty random and they change ever so often so not quite sure what youll find lol. They also have mochi ice cream if youre into that stuff, I think theyre pretty tasty myself 😌 (buy me some?)

This supermarket has a totally different variety of products from the other local supermarkets. Ive had theirfrozen seafood jambalaya, and it is so great. I want to try their frozen clam sauce spaghetti next time because it was sold out and Ive heard that it is so tasty.

Great Aldi location, plenty of parking, safe and secure, 90% of the time this place is kept clean and fully stocked. Overall satisfaction with staff is lukewarm. Some Bad apples, but some good ones. The quality and freshness of the produce is mediocre at best. What really separates this supermarket, it’s its unique kitchen supplies household goods. $.25 you will need to get a shopping cart. The $.25 will be returned when the shopping cart is returned. Due to the covet-19, a return policy is nonexistent at this moment. June 2020.

The prices are very user friendly and they have vegetarian and vegan conscious foods for you to choose from. I shop at ALDI every weekend for our weeks groceries. Its the most regular store I go to because the prices for basic grocery items are the best. Its just much more economical to shop here. However, know that ALDI does not have the selection like the other major groceries, like Ralphs, Vons, Smart and Final, etc. I still shop at Costco about once a month for snacks and paper goods and Ill go to Ralphs occasionally for some items. At ALDI, I get basic veggies and fruit, bread, cheese, pasta, tortillas, ground turkey, yogurt, milk, frozen veggies, ice cream, and beer/wine here. For about $50 a week, I get enough food to feed a 2 adults and a 7-year-old child for most meals. Very good budget for food.

Store is brand new- 1st week Nov. Absolute value for money. Good healthy European food items. Great range of cheese, crackers, snacks etc.. fruits, veggies, meat and bakery items are also available at extremely reasonable prices. Slow check out. The store is always clean and the employees are respectful and helpful. The store is always stocked unless you go really late at night. I love the aisle that looks like a walmart aisle. You can find all sorts of items from clothing to kitchen to patio and gardening item. The vegetables and fruit always fresh. When the pandemic hit Aldi was always stocked and Im happy I switched from the other markets. I enjoy finding foods that I wouldnt find at other stores.

I got here at the ALDI in 7:50 and the enter door was close and also the employees said you have 3 minutes you 3 minutes over and over repeat it, when there were a few minutes left. It was exactly at 8 when I was checking out the food, and the lady says oh do you want to take some bags? I said no thank I couldnt get a cart because the door was closed, and I havent told the lady Ill give you the quarter back, but she said oh I need the shopping cart back, so I grab my groceries with my kids and just walk out.I thought ALDI employees was supposed to be kind and nice. I miss the employees from Anaheim they have a better attitude then the employees here, also I got out at 8:04 but there were still people who were still in the store, even when it was supposed to be close .

Great store with even greater prices, a convenient neighborhood market that has a surprisingly different kinda deals weekly. Make sure you take your own shopping bags with you and keep a roll of quarters handy because youll need a shopping basket and theyre 25 cents to rent while you shop. Overall great place to shop and discover new items...enjoy.

Bring a quarter. All super markets should implement the coin system. So lazy customers leaving carts in the parking lot. Youre forced to return it if you want your money back which is totally fine by me and my car. The price and selection of the goods are also very competitive with what youd see at larger chains. Cant beat their pricing on eggs.

I love Aldi, it reminds me a lot of Fresh & Easy, but better, its a low cost supermarket. They have a large selection on organic veggies and fruits at affordable prices. Their meats selection include, red meat, chicken, fish, tons of lunch meats (including a large selection of bacon), and frozen food options, if your into that. They have a large and inexpensive wine selection. The staff are also great and friendly. Im returning to this store and recommending it to others.

I think of Aldi as a specialty store. They offer a smaller selection of everyday items at very low prices. Things like bread, produce, cheese, meats, milk, cereal, etc are usually in stock at rock bottom prices. Nothing fancy here. I have found that they do seem to often sell nuts, chocolate, deli meats, snacks and paper products at surprisingly low cost. The check-out line goes fast. After you pay there is a unique counter space for you to park your cart and rebag if needed. AND one more thing... you must UNLOCK your cart at the front door with a quarter coin. If you want your quarter back just return it to the front door and you get your quarter back. Ive never seen that before!

Love Aldi! This store is clean, well organized, and well-stocked. Even at the height of the COVID crisis, I waa able to find toilet paper here! Their selection of produce is decent (just be sure to check some of the bagged items to make sure ALL of them are fresh -- Ive had some unsavory experiences with their apples and tomatoes), they have great name brand knockoff products, and their prices are really decent. I go here for most of my grocery shopping needs because I know I can find (almost!) everything I need for the right price point. :) Dont forget to check out their deals and seasonals! Youll find home goods and seasonal treats you cant find anywhere else for a limited time only!

And it was the same exact issue last month!! I am disabled and its hard for me to do ALOT of walking!! Im one of those people that say If its not Best Foods Mayo dont even bring it. Reason being growing up that was the mayo there werent 5 different brands. Now the prices are excellent they beat out 99 cent store example Au Gratin potatoes in the box are 79 cents. This is a nicer more modern and clean Aldi built from ground up not a store retrofit like the Inglewood or SGV store, mostly Aldi brands knockoffs or pseudo brands... You get the quarter back once you return the shipping cart. Also doesnt silly or sell bags so head empty boxes as you shop or being your own bags.Aldi is a great place to pick up the essentials and do it quickly and cheaply. The small store footprint and accessible isles make for an effecient shopping trip to get in and out quickly.Unfortunately the staff know this too and are pretty rough with the products during checkout. High on speed and low on human interaction.If you are looking for niche products Aldi likely wont carry them so plan ahead and be prepared to visit another store if needing specific ingredients.
