Thanks to Olga in the bakery. She made the base cake for my son’s 1st birthday which included the chocolate drizzle, cookie crumble, and little patches of grass. I added my own dinosaur toys (from Walmart), numbers, and grabbed Reese’s eggs from the store while there. Came out great and delicious too! They also made the cupcakes which I added more eggs to.

As a long time bourbon fan I’ve always struggled to find a good selection with knowledgeable people who share my passion at local grocery stores. That changed when I met Kirsten from the Copperhill Liquor Department who was both incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. As we talked about whiskeys, she was genuinely interested in my love for bourbon and even gave me a bottle recommendation. I’ll be back to this store just for her!

The store and customer service is OK. The only reason why I’m giving the store a two stars is for their sushi little joint in their deli section. I totally get it. Some people are going to say that it’s not a real sushi restaurant. However, since I work, crazy shifts and crazy hours during my lunch break, I have tried a few sushi rolls from the Vons in Stevensons Ranch and Saugus and from the Ralph’s in Castaic and the Ralph’s and Stevensons Ranch as well, I’ve never had issues with the rolls at any other stores their rolls are edible… I went here last Friday and I couldn’t even eat two pieces of the sushi rolls. I think they used fake salmon from a bag like the one pieces they use in the lox bagels.. the rice tasted very chalky and powdery so I think they used the minute instant rice and didn’t know how to prepare it. I don’t even know how to describe the taste or the texture of the crab meat inside because I don’t think it was even imitation crab. It tasted so weird like mayonnaise and so thing else. The salmon pieces were so thin that i believe it was scraps or the lox pieces of salmon. Again, I have visited a few different sushi bars inside grocery stores and they have been OK. This is the only store where the rolls are not edible. I went back another day just to take a look at it and see if it was their Friday special quality, but they looked the same. I don’t think the person they are using for their sushi bar knows anything about fish or sushi, rolls or ingredients… and the reasons for that is because I went back and asked him if he had ginger or Wassabi and he did not know what I was asking for.

Can never complain about the cleanliness of the store and friendliness of the staff but the bakery and hot food areas are less than desirable. I no longer buy “fresh” items from the bakery as more often than not they’re stale. Try and get some wings around lunch or dinner time and half the time it’s empty. Today was a prime example. It was 12:30pm and no wings whatsoever, half the hot food section was completely empty. What’s the point of having it if you won’t keep it stocked up.

Love this Albertsons! They are great for catering and make beautiful trays! The staff is friendly and willing to help with last minute orders when they can. Rafael works the deli in the morning and he is so sweet! Makes a great fruit try too 😊Online catering orders are easy and this store actually checks for them, super reliable unlike other grocery stores! Definitely my number one store!!

Michelle did the flowers for my wedding and she was absolutely fantastic!! She made the planning process easy and the flowers turned out gorgeous!!!! I cant think Michelle enough. She put together seven centerpieces and three bouquets at a fraction of the price I was quoted by other florists. Even my wedding planner said they were some of the most beautiful arrangements shes seen. THANK YOU MICHELLE!!

Very clean store. Easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. Very friendly staff that are always eager to lend a hand. Prices are good. So much more variety than Ralphs! So glad I switched to here.

Nice variety, clean store, but the services is way less than expected. The young cashiers are more friendly. Jocelyn is trying to help, but she doesnt know how the Albertsons application works!!!, and how to honor the deals. JOSH was very helpful, and he is doing his best. Carts outside are really dirty, while the store, and the parking lot are clean. Just please focus more on the customer service, and the updated application deals.

This is a fantastic grocery store if you need more uncommon produce, such as parsnips and turmeric root, which is largely unavailable at most big grocery stores in the immediate area. There is a nearby junior high, so there can be heavy traffic at school drop-off and pick-up hours, but the staff is very nice and the parking lot is just as big and open as we all wish all grocery stores had! Im glad to make the trip here whenever we need to. Thank you so much!
