Love this Albertson its very Clean and Organize.The floor was so shiny. Staff are friendly. Guy on Western Union was very helpful to me. Even the Deli section she came right to me and ask what I needed. This store got everything and have decent price. Ample parking and not too crowded my kind a store.

They have a great selection for personal hygiene products. They were a little low on there childrens medicine but, this Albertsons was super clean and had NO trash in their parking lot. Store is very well kept. Keep up the great work!

We pass a couple markets on our way here specifically for the staff. Always friendly with a smile and a sincere desire to help. A special shout out to Mike, part of the management team, his specific position is unknown but every time we see him he goes out of his way to greet us. The store is clean, spacious isles and always have what we need. Were grateful customers!

We went to the store to get dinner for my kids. The primary entre was the chicken strips, they were dry, hard and way too spicy for us to eat. The second entre was the spare ribs, they tasted good, but were also way over cooked and dried out even though being covered in sauce. The ribs were like eating jerky meat instead. The chicken wings were great, and the kids ate those up quickly, should have bought more.

Albertsons has been around for decades with fair prices and pretty much crowd free shopping. They carry most name brands. Never had a problem finding parking in the spacious tree lined lot. Once in a while, youll get lucky and find a shaded spot.

Update: I was recently in Bakersfield and went to this store. The ceiling tiles have been replaced and the store looked very clean and presentable. I updated the rating.Previous: Customer service was good.. prices were reasonable. I gave this a 1 star completely because of the appearance of the store. 80% of the ceiling tiles were stained due to water damage. It looked horrible. Found out from the checker that the ceiling leaks and property owner wont fix it. Im surprised the company still leases this building. Wonder how much mold is growing in the ceiling.

I took an elderly friend here and it was so relaxed. It wasnt very busy and the prices arent too bad if you sign up for their rewards club. I wouldnt get my regular groceries here, but it was nice to go and pick up a few things.

Hate to say it, but this place is going downhill, fast. Anything of value has to be locked up behind plexiglass. The seafood section smells like multiple cases of food poisoning about to happen. The offerings in the bakery area are fewer and fewer every time I go. Its sad that the general decline of the area has overwhelmed the ability of the store to provide something better for the community.

This store is so handy and has really good meat and produce. I wish more people would shop here the only issue i have is with the dates on some things. If Im in a hurry and dont feel like checking dates i just want to grab and go fast, but sometimes i notice things will expire the next day or in two days. Why leave that stuff out? Reduce prices or something, after all you are back by popular demand from our local neighbors...=/

Decently priced selection, you could find cheaper elsewhere though. Clean store and nice employees. But oh man, their fried chicken is amazing. I would never expect a grocery store to have such great fried chicken which is funny because its a grocery store, not a fried chicken joint. Highly recommend coming here if you want some great fried chicken.

This store has a huge selection of everything, the produce is great as is the bakery and Deli. In general the store is more expensive than most but it is convenient and will do when you are in a hurry and dont need a lot of groceries. The only real problem is the meat department. It can get very expensive and several times I have purchased meat and in a day or two when I opened or defrosted the package it had a rotting smell and twice the meat was green inbetween the portions. I havent had any problems with the employees they have been helpful and friendly every time.

They carry all the best brands and the fruits and vegetables, deli, and the fresh store butcher meats are great quality. Theyre usually almost out of season when produce is not the greatest quality. An in-store Starbucks also makes everything about grocery shopping much more inviting.

Good produce but over-priced, Ive seen better organic produce better priced at Sprouts. They are well stocked and found everything I needed so they are clutch, if you need a specific ingredient for baking they are likely to have it. Was gonna grab some beets and all options of organic were soft. For their price I expect me some fancy, crisp, delicious beets, but I bet Thanksgiving food-hangover mustve been the culprit.

I went in to get a few things. They had what I needed and the items where on sale or at reduced prices. When l went to check out there was only one cashier, but within minutes another cashier opened right up and got me on my way. Great experience all around.

Thank you sooo much to the little deli worker this morning, who kindly helped me in the bakery dept... my cousin just loved her beautiful mini chocolate cake!! It was gorgeous! And even though small, it packed a huge chocolate flavor! Especially the chocolate ganache on top!! 😋 Thank you Albertsons for always having the prettiest, yummy cakes in the case just ready for any celebration!!❤

Clean, friendly, good quality. Higher prices than other grocery stores. They use price tricks to get you to buy higher priced store brands. They raise the price of name brands to make store brands look like a deal. Watch for quantity limits on specials. Example: 12pack eggs 97 cents. Reg $4.56. They have never charged as high as $4.56 for eggs. But, if you dont notice the tiny limit 1 in the lower corner of the sign, youll pay if you buy 2. Example: Hunts Spigetti sauce (98 cent to $ 1.20 anywhere else) cost as much at Albertsons as it does at 7-11. That is so you will price compare their larger store brand jar as being a good deal.

In a need for water, we went there to buy a few cases they told us we couldnt and said there are signs everywhere saying we couldnt because there is a limit of 2 cases per household, the cashier proceeded to tell us we wrong even though there was even multiple customers around us said they never seen the signs either. So she said sorry only 2 then i had a small pack of 1liter bottles of another brand and she was hesitant to let us buy that even though it is not a case. I eventually on the way out spotted a very small sign on a moving door that said the limit. For 1 if we pay for it the water shouldnt be limited. 2nd of all your staff member needs some manners because the way she spoke to my family member was disrespectful almost as if she was calling us liars, until people around us agreed they hadnt seen a single sign.Oh and when we were in the parking lot and we asked a staff member if anything is in stock she said good luck. Way to give hope and customer service albertsons.

This is the worst Albertsons in bakersfield. The layout of the store is dizzying and is not designed for a quick and complete shopping experience. If you are here with a specific shopping you are better finding another store since item location is random. Staff is standard and due to the store size, not always available.

They were out of a lot of the things on my list today, but I blame that more on Covid than Albertsons. However, that means having to mask up & go to a different store.2-25-22: I didnt go to my regular Albertsons so I couldnt navigate well. Plus I was in a hurry. Just grabbed the things I needed but had to search for things since this Albertsons is laid out totally different than my regular store.

Went here yesterday to pick up some fruit and 🍷, ended up grabbing a rotisserie chicken,lt was way over cooked and super dry!!!
