The cashier Julissa, made me feel pretty unwelcome. I greeted her when it was my turn and I wasn’t acknowledged, even when I got handed the receipt/ not one word exchanged/ eye contact but as soon as it was the next person she greeted them. It made me feel weird, I don’t think I did anything particularly wrong but yeah not the best energy, sometimes I’m sensitive to that kind of thing. Other then that I love the store and the deals on the app, I’d just skip her line if I see her again haha

Store is clean, large selections and staff very friendly/helpful. Not being from California, I cant believe there are NO brands of bagged frozen biscuits. Not every family has 4 or more people. Pillsbury frozen biscuits are great and allows you to take out/bake 2 or 3 at a time so we dont have to throw away uneaten biscuits from the whop and pop cans.

This store is not just a store. Its family. Your aunts,uncles,cousins and more. I asked the produce guy Jim how much is the watermelon. He went above and beyond. He taught me how to pick the right fruit. So I bought it, as he recommended t me. I wasnt disappointed. It was the juiciest watermelon my family eat. Thank you

They have some Asian good food that i like here. There bakery has lots of fresh baked breads everyday. The chicken wings are delicious always fresh and the rotisserie chicken with rosemary is my favorite. They have organic fruits and organic vegetables too.I found dried fruits that is unsulfured which is good. One of my favorite chips is organic chia & quinoa with my fresh organic avocado home made dip. And they have always good deals every week. The employees are nice and friendly too. They have curbside pick up and delivery for online orders too.

Love this store! The staff is so great, very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. There is always a motorized cart available and charged. The items are fresh and readily available although this store is significantly more expensive than others. If it werent so expensive, I would do all of my shopping here and it is pretty far out of my way.

Clean store, everyone does an amazing customer service, cashiers are super fast and attentive. Isles are clean and very well stocked. Personally I buy my fruits and vegetables in this location you definitely can’t go wrong…great quality and good prices. Plus is so convenient to be able to purchase a money order even on the weekends!

This location is very convenient. Parking is always easy. Even with all the other stores that are in the shopping center. I like to go at 9pm when its alot calmer in the store so that plays alot into it. I reccomend always checking the app first for the just4u sales and deals. There is usually some really good deals. Also always check out there fab 5 items . Buy 5 to get the deal.. this location has always had friendly staff, professional help and honest opinions.

I really enjoyed shopping at this Albertsons. They have a great organic section and fresh produce as well as Frozen. They carry grass-fed products in the meat department. They had a lot of check stands open and box people and they were all very kind and helpful. For people with food restrictions like me due to cancer this is a great place to shop for options

I was very pleasantly surprised with the bathroom. Very clean. I ran into the manager. He said that its a new bathroom. A little bit of smudge on the mirror but otherwise smelled clean looked clean was clean. Little things like that say a lot about the overall facility. I like their wide spacing in the aisles and good lighting. Looks like they have more construction going on but not too intrusive. Ill be back to check them out! Glad I got my covid shot there in the back at the pharmacy. Otherwise I dont think I would have come by...

My mom and I were here to go to the pharmacy for our second booster shot. No appointment necessary. The Pharmacist was very pleasant. I would recommend calling first to get the hours they are doing the vaccinations and the pharmacy hours. We went the day before but they had already closed for the day.

Been coming here for a quite a long time now. Parking is usually very easy to find and the newly installed self-checkout kiosks make things very fast. Employees are generally very nice though very recently (since maybe August) a few them have been a bit rude or weird, which saddens me because coming here was always fun. Its probably just the current situation. Otherwise, this store is great!

I was holding my phone up against the handle of the cart and had some of my grocery list on it. A real on the car or more than one stops immediately and jammed into my hand knocking my phone to the floor and cracking it all over the screen I left my name and phone number hoping because it was caused by their car that they might help me replace the phone they never even called me obviously they care nothing about their customers

Didnt do any shopping here. Actually came because they were doing COVID booster shots, and it was the earliest one I could get. Very nice store, seemed to have quite the selection. First thing you see if all the flowers they have. Must say that it seemed like a nice store, and I will probably return since its not much further from my usual grocery store.

New Mgr. Horrible. He Needs More Training. The Employees are Rude, Unprofessional and act Entitled. I went there in the morning with my neighbor used the coinstar machine and bought some Halloween Cookies. I paid for the cookies first then I had trouble finding the receipt for the coinstar machine the mgr. Told me to stand in the corner by the edge of bagging station, now mind u I was in the corner the bagger wanted me to move out of her Station she was very pushy asking me to move which I did. Seemed to me the New Manager did not have control of the Store I then showed her how much rm she has. She and the mgr acted entitled The Store needs more trainingEmployees Staff needs more training

The selection, staff, layout are impeccable. Friendly attentive and welcoming every time. The meat/butcher section is almost always stocked with fresh cuts of meat, poultry and an assortment of seafood. Prices are a bit high compared to other stores, hence the 4 out of 5 stars.

Best Albertsons ever shopped here for decades alot of the same people work here since they changed from Luckys to Albertsons. Love this store its so clean and just a great place to shop. Its located on Saticoy and Tampa. And they always have the best fruit bowls by far.

I shop here often because it is close to my house, but its only average shopping. Has all the amenities like pharmacy and banking and a huge selection of items. Quality of produce and meats is average. Frozen items are barely frozen. Large beer and wine section. Parking can be crazy in late afternoons. Like I said, I shop here often because it is close to my house...UPDATE 12/2021...NEW FREEZERS INSTALLED TO REPLACE OLD OPEN CHEST FREEZERS!! Could not be happier! Upgrade to 5 STARS.

The store manager Sam Herrera is extremely dismissive, lazy and a huge jerk. Dont expect him to resolve any issues you may have with the market/employees. He is nice to your face and will tell you he will handle your concerning issues in the store but thats just a lie. He simply doesnt care at all!! He is a male chauvinist 🐷too. Stay away from this market, there are also many expired items on the shelves!

I specifically drove to this area to get the crab that was on sale. However the manager had no clue about sale items and stuck with what he believed was the other price despite me showing the ad. The gentleman who helped me initially was friendly, helpful at the fish counter. The other guy Brad seemed aggrevated in general. There was no crab displayed so when I inquired he said he didnt have any prepared and had to go in back. Ok. Why on a Saturday was there no crab in the display on a sale item? The store was very busy, lots of variety and stock. Its the only Albertsons in my proximity so I will return. I liked the store I just felt like no one was well informed and fsiled to honor their own ad. Their app also had glitches. My friend had the same issue the day before at Vons which is part of the chain.

Memorial Day sale shows 2.49lb for signature select pork ribs, store advertises different price even though signage right next to the meat! Even had employee verify pricing at meat section before checking out. Would not honor pricing at checkout. Went somewhere else for no hassle non club prices. They are holding my prescription for a week and wont fill out. No one answers the phone to get RX transfer. Went in and pharmacist wont help. She just said it will take longer. Albertsons is just a great store. They have a large selection of items. Also every week they have great sale items. They have everything you would need to buy for just about anything. They also honor veterans by giving us a 10% discount on Veterans Day. They also have a pharmacy in this store. Overall I would highly recommend them.

Good care, customer service...and good deals!They make their ground sirloin pkgs, not as lean...and more like reg ground beef.No steak flavor, like for example...Ralphs.But, if you buy from the counter, all good.Nicest guys in meat dept!But, store is always well stocked, and staff throughout, very friendly.Truly nice to go early, and have everything stocked!Especially, in the summer!Love my Albertsons.Debbie, always takes great care of me at the register...I have an ongoing injury...am a bit of a gimp.It is, appreciated.

The very worst delivery system I have come across and I order everything I buy online. In the past few times they have delivered my order to the wrong house, have overcharged me, have had multiple items missing from my order, and this last time never delivered my order. From time to time, I will go to Albertsons to purchase Fried Chicken from the deli. In short, most of my encounters with most (not all) employees in deli selection comes with an attitude from them to customers. I am thinking There is no need for this. I use this store for convenience (very close to home) staff is friendly.Im disappointed because they are open short hours ( only untill 11:00 PM). They dont carry milk from Altadena any more. Prices of certain items are way too high. Some regular items never go on sale. Unfortunately the other better store Ralphs is further away BUT they are open until 1:00 AM, they carry Altadena milk, they offer a larger variety of items that go on sale more often at lower prices.

I would’ve given more stars because I like this store. But! A week before Christmas my husband bought some Paul Newman dog food and after most was gone, I checked the expiration date coz both my dogs had baaaad tummies after eating a few days worth of it! It had expired about 2 weeks before he bought it: dec 2! Today- 1/22/21- he went to get more dog food, hoping they had updated it, and when he looked at the expiration date, it was 12/2/2020- the expired food was still on the shelf! After almost 8 weeks past expiration date! I called the store and told the manager. I got a “sorry, I’ll remove it right now.” I truly hope so! Check ALL DATES on all food - is the lesson! 1-2 days past expiration I understand- it’s a mistake. But 8 weeks! That’s most definitely done on purpose.

I ordered 3 doz fried chicken not too crispy as i brought to work for lunch for my Bday lunch whc i paired w Panda Express fried rice n noodles. Albertsons is very clean and well packed. Their disinfected our carts. They packed my froed chkn in 2 carryout boxes whc was convenient for me and repacked the assorted choc brownies lemon squares doughnuts other desserts into 1 pink dessert bx whc is convenient for me. The Staff were very friendly, efficient, service was Fast n polite. Needless to say their Friend Chicken taste much better than KFC or Popeyes or Jollibee. Crispy outside moist tender cooked inside. Just the right amount of spices.

This store has become super expensive, I have been shopping in this location for over 30 years even before it became Albertsons.
