Today I went in and bought 8 12pk Coca Cola The sale reads Buy 2 Get 2 Free, Mix & Match Limit 4 FREE Per Household. Well the Older Lady Cashier told me that I would Only be getting 2 for Free, because its One per Household, and I explained that Their Own Advertising Label Reads Limit 4 Free Per Household, I was buying 4, therefore I Could get 4 for Free... I Myself took a picture of their Own label that read just like the above. I also informed the older lady cashier that I had purchased the Same amount of Cokes on 11-09-23 She didnt want anything to do with me, and went to get a manager which was Melanie... Melanie then shows me the Weekly Advertisement, and she too says I can Only receive 2 for Free, because thats what it reads on the paper!!! I then show her the picture I just took, and tell her that if the Weekly ad, and the Labeling Advertisement placed on the Cokes Dont match the weekly ad it isnt my fault its On Their End... Besides I was there last Thursday, and the discount was given... Well Melanie told me to My Face that she Completely Understood, and that the mistake was on Albertsons, and I was right I do get to get 4 of the Cokes for free, She was the one that Rang Me Up!!! That Poor Excuse Of A Manager Not Only Lied To Me, but Only Gave Me An $8.00 Dollar Discount, Eight Freaking Dollars, I paid $71.92 when last week I paid $31.96 for the same amount Unfreaking Believable!!! How is it that a Teenage Girl named Sofia is More Capable, and Able in doing her job, than Two Grown A$$ Women!!! Thank You Albertsons for Ripping Loyal Paying Customers, I Dont have an EBT card, WIC, nor do I receive any Government assistance, I Work My Butt Off to Stretch every cent, and to stiff your customers for like $5, or $6 Dollars is one thing, but to Rob Me $33.48 thats Insane... I hope that Every Customer looks @ their Receipt when they get home or on the spot... That Older Cashier Lady Should Not Be Working There, She talks to Everyone, and holds up those lines, for No Reason whatsoever, and I understand be Friendly, and Nice but I had ice cream while all this went down, and it hasnt been the first time thats happened with that lady... So I Thank You Albertsons for pushing me into going The Amazon Fresh Way... I Will No Longer Be Shopping There, and you can Thank the poor excuse of a manager Melanie, and the Older Cashier Lady... Way way too expensive,.. even with their deals,.. youre actually still paying at a regular price! I guess when you own a grocery store you go above the prices and make sure we as the public can barely afford it,.. it be nice to even have a senior discount day or something like that to help our people out a little bit more and if you think about it,.. youll actually be making more sales because of that! Try it sometime,.. itll actually make you feel better about yourself knowing that youre actually helping out your community where you are both actually needed the most!!! 🫶

Large store. They carry mostly everything you need so it’s convenient and not usually that crowded. But pricing is way too high on most things. Their specials are always a great deal. They do close way too early at 11pm.

Overpriced! No salad bar where you could make your own salad like Whole Foods. They dont make sandwiches to order like Whole Foods or Ralphs. Bread selection is not great from their bakery, and the pre-packaged bread is also overpriced. The only good things are that the customer service was great and my credit card went through faster than at most other stores ;-)

This is my family grocery store since it’s so clutch in dire need. My husband went to the grocery store Friday (9/24)to buy Just Egg and saw it expired 9/12. He went back the this morning to see if they had more. Instead he saw they had the same Expired Just Egg and told an employee. 6 hrs later, I went to the store and saw the expired Just Egg was still there. Great store at times but thats not good practice selling expired food.Update: 2/10. My husband purchased oatmilk 4 days ago. The label said it expired 1/08/2023!! See below, $3 gone in the drain

The last two times I have been at the store, the checker has been INCREDIBLY rude. (two different gals...not the older lady, who is very nice) The checkers have acted put out...like theyre doing ME a favor rather than the other way around. They were extremely rude, and if I had seen a manager, I would have informed them. I regularly support this store as I have a large family. I am hoping for more neighborhood stores because this is the worst.

My first time in this store, I tried to send a WesternUnion, it took me over 15 minutes to send it, i tried to explain the different options to send the wire because the first one it wasn’t working, but unfortunately the cashier could not understand what I was trying to explain, terrible attitude. I asked for the manager and for my surprise she was the manager, her name is Janine, ID number JCR. Albersons I pretty sure that you can do better, for sure there is a lot more capable people in the store. I made the complaint already to the headquarters.

This Albertsons is very clean, very quite, and the employees are extremely kind. Everything always seems to be organized. Every department does an amazing job. The Deli looks amazing in every way, there display is always looking spot on and the employees are always very sweet. The Pharmacy is also great. Besides it taking a good 8 min to be called up for help but every single pharmacist is amazing. Very professional, respectful, and kind. I enjoy shopping here, highly recommend.

Was pleasantly surprised with this spot! On a strict diet where i can typically only shop at expensive health food stores rn, but had to come here for something pharmacy related, and not only was the pharmacy staff super nice and accommodating (Im out of state and needed something i forgot), I also managed to find almost everything i needed on my list! Whole bunch of 100% grass-fed products there, like bone broth & collagen. Will go again if Im in the area!

Love the chicken and sushi!! They was the most popular items at the party!!!!! I want to say thanks to the brutha that they left hanging on the 3rd of December @ 3pm he cooked all the chicken and prepared the Mango Habanero chicken for me! The food looks really old, the donuts are for sure stale and very hard. The bakery people were rude to me. Milk in the cooler also seemed warm. And most stuff that I need is never in stock. Then the employees are not nice to the customers I had one giving me a mean look and I was just walking out. I’m my opinion this is not a good place to shop and probably not safe to buy food from.

We just moved to this area and have visited Albertsons a few times since. The customer service is just subpar compared to Ralph’s or Vons, its sister store. During my most recent, I had some problems with coupons I received in mail. I scanned the coupon for a free rotisserie chicken and dumped it as instructed. For some reason, the coupon didn’t work at check out. First of all, as previously, they seem to be understaffed and it took a long time for an employee to come help. When two team members finally did come by 10 minutes later, I was told they couldn’t get the coupon out of the box and there’s nothing they could do. Ok understood. I thought they would go get someone else to help me out but nope, they left to work on something else. So I ended up paying for the “free” chicken. I walked out of the door feeling that staff at this store either lack problem solving skills or are not committed to satisfying needs. I I’d rather drive a little further out to Ralph’s on las tunas or Vons where I’m valued as a customer and staff are always friendly and helpful.

I regularly visit this place. I used to go to the Vons in Temple City but this is closer to me, just as clean and organized. Big parking lot and its open later than most stores. Cashiers are really friendly even though I always prefer using self checkout.

Had what I wanted. Once opened for business without pandemic requirements, cut back helper staff hours and is slower with check out staff. Some times management gets help up front. Staff busy stocking. Which means making money because prices are getting higher.

Ive been coming here for a very long time and have seen management changes. With that said, and after reading some of the bad reviews, please people, talk to management with your concerns. They have a great managers now that you may not see, but they are there. Michael is all over the store. Ive seen him in action and he takes his job very seriously. If you have a concern, ask the checker to page him. There are also assistant managers that are also helpful. I know there are busy times where the lines seem endless but then there are other times you are out quickly. This is true at any supermarket. Were also lucky to have the Starbucks available inside the store. The staff and the manager there are excellent!

Albertsons is a great place for convenience. They have everything one may need on daily basis. A big plus is a pharmacy on-site, you can get your prescriptions filled while you are shopping. Fresh produce and huge dairy/cheese selection. Very helpful and friendly associates.

Overall this is a good grocery store. It has a pharmacy, deli, meat department, flower department, bakery, and Starbucks. Pretty standard for grocery stores, but better than what you can find at a Target. Occasionally I have had issues with expired food being on the shelves, but not enough to be hugely problematic. They have a good selection including some hard-to-find items. This is often our go-to grocery store and pharmacy. They also have EV chargers in the parking lot, including super fast chargers (not Tesla superchargers though). And on weekends they often have people selling kettle corn and other food items, so it can be a good place to go on game days to pick up food.

I have already given a review on this store and some how it was removed. Because of this I am dropping the score by one star. The prices are high, management is nonexistent, cashiers are nice. There was one courtesy clerk that was very rude to me and other customers and constantly voiced her personal opinions. She denied access to a women into the store because she had a service dog and when it was explained that she was breaking the law she yelled at customers defending the poor woman. People have asked for this old lady to be fired but she still works there to this day as a diversity hire.

Love the $5 Fridays for the sushi!! Produce area is always well stocked and clean with a growing selection of organic produce. My kids love the chicken wings from the deli. Very convenient to have Savon pharmacy and Wells Fargo inside. Starbucks inside as well. Most checkers are very pleasant. Well- lighted parking lot.

This review is for Kathleen. It’s my daughters 16th birthday & I’ve been given the run around all morning to get her balloons filled with helium since I purchased them online. When I called & spoke with Kathleen she assured me it would not be a problem & to just ask for her once I arrived.She took care of me right away & even wrapped the balloons in a large bag to protect them. Ive been coming to this Albertsons for years, always good service, and clean. However, I have to say how impressed I am at how they are handling everything during this time period of Covid. They have a team dedicated to cleaning every cart gets cleaned, people are walking around the store cleaning anything and everything! They make sure your social distance is being respected. And all while keeping their always pleasant demeanor. Ive always thought Albertsons pricing to be a tad on the high side only shopped sales, but for this type of cleaning and direction I dont mind paying a bit more. Thank you Albertsons Team. Overall this market is average, the staff is helpful and friendly but heres why I give it 3 stars possibly 2.5. The produce section is horrendous, I was there tonight and very little of many items were available. For instance, three non organic zucchini and all were moldy. Quite a few yellow crookneck squash but all were soft and not fit to eat. A few picked over broccoli crowns. Deshoveled mushroom section and over ripe or spoiled cucumbers. I regularly find similar problems as well as expired salad greens, prepared salads and soups to name a few. The produce manager should be ashamed putting these items on the shelves. There are other sections of the store that are sub par but the produce department is the worst. I thought it may be pandemic related but when I visit the local Ralphs and Vons/Pavilions stores I realize it isnt. I really enjoy the staff and the fact that this is my closest store but if this doesnt improve I will be moving on. I have expressed my concern to management but they seem to have no power to oversee the produce manager and their lack of professionalism. I will take photos in the future and update this post or start a new thread.

I am not happy with the service deli for about 4 months now. The morning/afternoon crew/food is great. After about 5pm you better get your chicken because they wont refill it until you ask them to. They lament when you ask them for more stating itll be 15min rather than anticipating a run on the meat. Also... The wing bar is a an absolute JOKE! Wings under those lamps end up tough and dry and look a day old in the open. A complete waste of meat because nobody ever buys them as far as I can tell.

The checkout line can be insanely long at the store other than that theres nothing wrong with it per say its a fairly good grocery store I go here all the time because I live close by Otherwise the long lines would deter me. The upshot is it has a Starbucks inside and a Wells Fargo Bank if thats your bank so kind of a One-Stop shop

Remaining stocked with original selections. I bought my turtle food, birdseed for wild birds, healthy dog food, and other necessities needed for pet items.I know almost all. of the employees by the first name. I have been shopping at this store consistently since I moved in the neighborhood in 2011. The old Store Director Richard was amazing to interact with, he knew his customers and expected his employees to know them as if they were true friends.Since he has left the new store management team has put a cold feeling in the employees. They don’t have the same enthusiasm they once had and most just are rude. There are a handful who are still amazing but for the sake of their personal space I’d not list thier names. A few of the managers one female one in particular could really use a lesson in customer service. Hopefully they get it together or the corporate office may start getting complaints.

Wow, wow, wow.... HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! My mom and I came in to buy some chicken for a gathering and we got attitude and side eye and dirty looks galore for buying 30 pieces of chicken. Train your employees to be grateful for their customers since they’re essentially the ones that keep them employed. I guess they would rather have their chicken sit there for hours instead of selling it happily. She straight up said “it’s going to be all the chicken” and we didn’t even take half of what they had. Never coming back here. I’ll take my business to the Vons Deli Department thank you.

I like that they have self checkout but they dont have enough normal lanes so if you have much to buy it can take a while. Selection is middling but leaves something to be desired. They do carry some things that I cannot find at the neighborhood Ralphs. I also like that they have a Starbucks within the store. The produce is fair but not excellent. The manager Russell is the best manager ive seen leading his team and helping customers aswell . He helped me find some out of stock items and gave some great suggestions . This location has been remodeled. Much better! More floral and plants etc. Produce section larger more organized. They have more organic which I like. Today, I revisit again after last visit several months ago. I try the self checkout as I only have 3 item. I saw a Apple pay/Android pay logo but not success.. i ask staff for help but all I got is dont know. I assume staff should understand their system provide help to customer. In case their console is unstable that some cc payment work and some dont. They should shut down and repair than ask customer try your luck or pay in cash.

Its Albertsons. Nothing great. Nothing bad. My biggest complaint is that they have moved around the store multiple times in a few years and they seem to put stuff in arbitrary spots. (Pre-made coffee is on an end cap near the registers, canned tomatoes are in a different aisle than other canned veggies, etc.) The checkers tend to be rather slow as well.

Very disappointed. I went to the meat department to buy some chicken this morning and they have a new app code called Dori. So if you have your phone you can take a picture on the package and find out what your discounts going to be at the register and get extra savings supposedly. at least thats how the woman at the register explained it to me I didnt bother to buy the chicken Ill just go to a different store. she said you take a picture with your phone and you download the app and then it can tell you how much its going to be what your discount is and on and on and on. I dont want to be yanking out my phone juggling with my other groceries to try and see what the price is on a darn piece of chicken. Ridiculous. Put the price on the package and forget about it. Im already buying more and more things online looks like groceries is next. But it wont be Albertsons.

Management seems to have gotten a little better, along with produce. This is the closest store to me and Ive been going here for over 25 years. Usually only when necessary since the prices were always higher than ralphs and the produce buyer at Ralphs was way better. Since then the nearby Ralphs has been closed, so I have been coming here more often than driving another 3 miles to the closest Ralphs. Thanksgiving shopping I had a good experience and the Managment staff seems to be a little more helpful. They NEVER have courtesy clerks/baggers to help out when I go on Wednesday afternoons. There is sometimes only one working and she is either getting carts (at a snails pace) or sweeping the store (same pace). Ive complained to several managers and they keep telling me they are hiring new courtesy clerks next week. Well, next week comes and goes and the same courtesy clerks are there. No new faces. It takes me 35-40 minutes to get my shopping done, but then I spend another 20-25 minutes in line waiting to get my groceries checked out. The checker should not have to check your groceries AND bag them for every customer! Ralphs market is about 3 miles out of my way, but it looks like Ill save time in the long run.

This albertsons had been here for many many years. Ive come here back when the blockbuster was nextdoor. Some of the staff have been here since day 1. I like this location, parking lot is huge, never seen it completely full. Theres a 7-11 nearby, recycle center in the back, wells fargo and starbucks inside. Theres even a savons pharmacy inside as well.

Someone told me Albertsons is owned by Kroger, which is the parent company of Ralphs as well. Im not sure but the prices sure do seem like theyre the same owner.Albertson seems to have more prepared food thats ready to take home and have for dinner then a typical Ralphs. This one also has a Starbucks, Wells Fargo many branch, and a pharmacy.It has four or six self checkout terminals so thats a nice option in case the lines are too long. The video rental Alcove has been replaced with Dodgers, or Rams, or Chargers fan store. Obviously I wasnt the only one that thought that was a stupid idea, since I have yet to see a single customer in that section every time Ive ever gone to Albertsons. Is a fan store really the best thing they could have done with that extra space? Stupid is as stupid does!

Move products around from time to time so that you cant find it and so must walk up and down trying to find it.3. Allow checkers to carry on 5 minute conversations with their patrons while 5 other people wait to check out.Last visit: Needed 1 packet of Au Jus Gravy mix. Took 30 seconds to find it. All the check-out lines had 3 or more people waiting - went to Self checkout - 1 machine broken, three others being used by people who had way too many items in their cart, including fruit and vegetables which required them looking up the code. Long story short, it took me 10 minutes to buy a $2.00 package of gravy mix. If only there was another supermarket option nearby...
