Love this Albertsons with one exception. Early mornings, when I like to shop - especially during the sweltering summers - only self checkout is available until about 8am. It would take me ages to check out this way, so I now go to other markets unless I shop later. Such an odd (unfortunate) policy to have when other stores bend over backwards to have checkout personnel available.. Id give a much higher score but I dont shop there very often anymore.

A very clean store, and very well laid out. They have a large selection of products and the staff was friendly.There is a large section for plants and flowers, a great deli section, and if you need a pool noodle, they had hundreds.The pharmacy section was well stocked, and the lays Stax I wanted were on for only 1.25 a can which is very cheap.

This store is immaculate. Most of the employees are very helpful but when it comes to finding an item that is not stocked on the shelf all the employees I spoke to said is that the item I wanted was stocked by an outside vendor and they dont stock the shelves. The bakery is not really a bakery but a thawing area for the bake goods that come in frozen. The deli is really bad when it comes to selections other than the 100 year old items of potato and macaroni salad. Dont even play the monopoly game because if you win a free Signature brand item you will NEVER find it and if you do it doesnt ring up free at checkout.

This grocery store is massive their was so many different stations and sections. They had a sushi guy and a bucks. The delivery section was huge hot and cold items so many different deli style products . Very clean and wasnt very crowded in the morning when we went. We were able to find some last minute pool toys

Very hard to find an item. I wanted hair shampoo and conditioner but was forced to scroll through hundreds of unrelated items. Gave up. Will buy elsewhere. Why isnt organized by category like in the store? Otherwise, love the service.

The Rancho Mirage Albertsons is not just 5- star..., the staff from top to bottom is the best!!! I convinced friends from Indian Wells to shop here! They totally agree!!! The staff is really nice and helpful. Pretty well stocked. Lots of fruit were literally moldy and rotten. I grabbed a nectarine and my fingers were covered in mushy mold. So gross! I notified an employee who said they would let someone know immediately. Went back to the produce after out 45 min trip and all the bad fruit was still there. Im not talking like 2 or 3 fruits, it was over 100, nectarines plums peaches.

I love this store! I work close and I go for lunch almost every day there. They sale the best Fried chicken yummy! The manager Antonio is the best is very helpful and plied he makes sure to ask if we found what were looking for.One time I locked my my keys inside my car and manager Antonio it was really helpful and helped open my car. Update 2022/08/31:Same store as usual. Not a lot of people tonight due to the heat and off-season. Service was good. Pharmacy pretty well stocked. Plenty of close parking.Very nice, clean store. Except for the cashiers, its hard to find a clerk anywhere in the store. So, you have to be self-reliant, particularly at 8:30 pm, which is a good time to shop without having to deal with a lot of people.

When I first set foot in this store several years ago, the size of the place seemed overwhelming. Like any new store it took a while to find my way around.But now that Ive been going for a while, I cant say enough nice things about them. The people at the deli counter are always helpful, likewise with the meat counter where they have some very capable people.The checkers are fast and friendly, and I really appreciate the special hour in the morning for their senior customers.

Albert and his sons would appreciate the name play as fitting for them they were a scurrilous bunch of braggadocio it may seem like a playful mononym for their individuality but they wont be without saving- on the point of sale. I shop Albertsons for the selection of food.I asked the manager of the floral department for six balloons and she stated to come back in a half hour and my order would be ready.I returned 45 minutes later and the woman went to lunch and my order was not filled and neither was an order form written up. I asked the floral department staff if they could help me and they stated they were never trained to fill balloons. Crazy!!I then asked the store manager, Kathleen, if she could help me or do something about this inconvenience. She did not know how to operate the helium tank and told me that I should have called in my order a day or two earlier. If I had placed my order earlier, she stated, she could have helped, otherwise, there was nothing she could do. And that was it!

Bought a ribs precooked entree Friday 19 November 2021, which indicated it had been freshly cooked that afternoon. Ribs were stringy, tough, and chewy, not soft and succulent as ribs usually are. Very disappointed because its other deli items and sushi items are usually good.

The store was very clean and well organized. The apples and oranges were stacked so nicely I almost didnt want to grab any and mess with the perfect stack.As a side note... I think this store used to be a Safeway so the flooring is not typical Albertsons. It is wood-look vinyl. It looks nice for a grocery store.

Nice store, shopped here since they built it..20 years ago??? Very clean.BUT. PRICY!! Their bakery is delicious, meat counter sparkling meat/butchers are friendly and very helpful with, if you ask,a good way to cook the meat you just bought!.Home town feeling. Lots of retired and vacationers here in Rancho Mirage, but again, very nice, smiling, polite and willing to help you staff. They lead you there right to the shelf and location.

Grab your reusable grocery bags! Great supermarket 🛒 never had a problem finding what I need. Fresh produce, good organic selection, decent specialty and hard to find items. I have not been in a store that was as frustrating as this one in my life. My father was president of a national grocery chain so our family was steeped in the operations of this industry. I experienced so many out of stock items that I thought there was some sort of hording going on. For instance, out of 10 salad dressings on sale, they had four. None of the cereal I wanted to buy was in stock. The dairy department was wiped out. Not a single price tag for melons of any sort and no price tags on several spices. The pharmacy area was devoid of stock. If my dad had seen this store, heads would have rolled.When I asked about this both from the dairy department worker and at the check stand, I was told I dont know, this is a busy store. The clerks were nice but wow, why would I ever go there again when I couldnt even finish my grocery list? Now I have to go shopping again just to complete it. These were not exotic items, just normal things. When they were out of stock, I ended up paying high prices for substitutes.Never again. It was just a normal Tuesday afternoon, not a big shopping day. It makes me wonder what the customers see on Saturdays. Yikes!

I stopped in to pick up a couple things. They were still out of a new flavor of Cold Coffee Energy Drink Ive discovered. When I was checking out I mentioned I would need to buy a shopping bag to put my purchases in, as mine were recently stolen, and they put all mypurchases back into the shopping cart; without a bag, making it tedious getting them home.

This review is for the bakery department. I went into the bakery dept and purchased a cake for a special occasion 2 weeks in advance and let the baker know I wanted writing with a saying on the cake for the occasion. When I went to pick the cake up it looked like a child had written the words ZERO effort was made. After looking at the cake I asked the person in the bakery what she thought of the writing her excuse was it was hard to write on a large cake. There was no accountability or customer service offered. I would strongly recommend if you are looking to purchase a cake you should spend your money elsewhere.

Albertsons Country Club Village is super easy to get in and out of, as the Center itself is well designed and well located in Rancho Mirage, adjacent to Palm Desert. In my experiences to date, every business where I have interacted with owners, managers, and staff has been pleasant, friendly, and helpful experiences, without exception.Beyond the intimate feel and clean environment (with ample parking), there are myriad services and retail tenants available, making this a superb neighborhood destination. One can literally get the bulk of any errand list completed (e.g., banking, grocery and personal items shopping, prescriptions, delivery services, business services, dry cleaning).If shopping, it is easy to find just about any well-known product for ones kitchen, home, host, and/or family. And it is not unusual to score hard-to-find items at this Center.

I have never been treated by a cashier or checker at a grocery store this poorly before. Me and my husband went to spend some change out of the cup holder in our car and were helped by a Hispanic man with facial hair. When my husband went to pay I handed him some change to which he handed to the cashier. The cashier made fun of the fact that we paid in change and then rudely made the comment to my husband “where did you go to school?” To which I told him that I handed the wrong change. To see someone put my husband and me down or to make fun and attempt to embarrass us in front of other customers was so rude. I hope this review serves as a warning to the store in how they treat people because I was extremely offended and plan to speak to a manager next visit to see if I can correct that experience if and when I plan to shop there again.

Disappointed long-time customer. I understand the culture has become pretty tacky and judgmental overall, but I dont expect employees at a grocery store where Ive shopped consistently to assign themselves the right to behave this way. A week ago, one somewhat unpleasant guy that works in the produce dept. wolf-whistled me in the aisle there. I hope he gets his sexual identity problem worked out. One of the long-time checkers took offense at a harmless joke I made about coffee being on sale. So, one long-time customer is no more. Ill pay more to be treated with respect.

This is an upscale Albertsons with a bakery, butcher counter, food to go, also a Starbucks. The staff is very helpful and they have a only for you program that offers items that they know you buy regularly. I enjoy shopping here.

FOR SOMEONE WHO DISABLED ON A LOW INCOME AND WATCHES EVERY PENNY I JUST LOST OVER $20.00 AND IM STILL HUNGRY AND NOW FRUSTRATED. I enjoy Albertsons, it a good store to shop at. Its always clean and the staff is always courteous. Its a little pricey, but they offer many savings through their weekly ad sheet. I recommend downloading the Albertsons store app.

Hebrew National Franks are a Great price at Just Over 2.00 a package for All Types. Using the ATM for Cash expensive at 3.00 a transaction. To split so both my wife, and I could get the money for the rent runs over 3.00 way too much. When we Lived in the area they had a Chase Bank Branch in the store. They ALLREADY HAVE A STARBUCKS IN THE SHOPPING CENTER ITS MADDNING FOR THEM TO CLOSE THE Chase Bank to put a Star bucks inside the store.

Jerk cashier tried to overcharge us this afternoon. We had their flyer with coupons. He tried to tell us we picked out wrong items.Albertsons tries to make grocery shopping difficult so that they do not have to honor their coupons--so that the shopper ends up paying more unless they catch the cashiers mistakeBS--we are switching to Aldis

There is a cute Oriental restaurant in there excellent moo shu pork and egg drop soup.Im not sure about the counter service at Albertsons but I know the checkout people and the people that help you to your car are absolutely wonderfulI always take care of them during the holiday season, to the best of my ability.Albertsons salad bar and Soup Bar lunch batarang Gelson same prices!!!!New Oriental restaurant is in the same shopping center just down at the end and they always have fortune cookies that say good things not all of them true for me but maybe for you guys.

I find it remarkable that Albertsons can sell organic produce cheaper then every health foods grocery store in the neighboring community. The quality seems to be very similar But the price is notably cheaper. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables I prefer for them to be organically grown. I Do by at thd other local stores, But I always pay more. Sometimes but not always the qualities of a little better but not in relation To the increase of cost. I plan to return To albertsons frequently.

I had not been to Albertsons for a long time so I was doubly struck with the amount of excess, the low quality and the drearyiness of the whole experience.Compared to Trader Joes, Whole Foods and even Clarks and Sprouts, Albertsons felt as if it were on a downward, slippery slope.
