Ordered 2 custom sheet cakes from the bakery. They both had a misspelling and I had to fight with the store to correct it. It ended up looking terrible and didn’t taste that great either. Very disappointed. Have ordered many times from them but will not do so again.

Hello, I just want to write a review about my cute cakes that I always order at this Albertsons. Every single time I have an idea about what I want on a cake, Carolina from the bakery makes it happen... Ive been coming to her for all my cakes for years. because she is just amazing. The care and detail she puts on each cake is just a work of art, shes the best. Please let Carolina know that Im so grateful of her and you guys at Albertsons should be too, shes just so amazing at what she does. Every birthday everyone wants me to get the cake because they know I will bring one not only cute, but delicious. Great location, always clean, well-stocked, friendly. The evening team here are helpful and professional. Randy is a super chill guy. There was a handicapped person during the last minutes of closing who had trouble with different payments, and he was very patient and professional the entire time.His supervisor and their team seem to always run things and do their job well. The daytime crew are pretty cool too, the few times Ive gone there in the day time.There are also 2 EV charging stations, I believe are free.While the good prices bring me in, the friendly people give it a welcome reason to come back.Overall, the staff here make this Albersons A+ to shop at.

My favorite Albertsons location. Large format, excellent merchandising, clean, well-stocked, fresh produce, fantastic pharmacy department, convenient Starbucks and deli counter that prepares fresh sandwiches, breakfast burritos, and sushi. Its the equivalent to a Ralphs Fresh Fare.

We do enjoy doing our family food shopping here with good sales and product. They recently added a new feature on the free electric vehicle chargers. I gave Albertsons four stars instead of five stars today as Im not sure I like the checkout line setup; even the Express checkout in the far background of this photo had quite a line today.May 2022 update: lines are back to normal but inventory is sporadic so Ill leave it at 4 stars.

I don’t recommend this location because Some of the employees that work here including the manager are very rude and have a bad attitude, By the way they talk and the way they look at you. Also They’re very expensive, For example for two cuts of salmon it’s $20-$24 where as if you go to some other stores its only $9-$12

The employees here need to go through some more training about how food stamp payments work (and maybe also how to not have a condescending attitude with customers).This fellow named Matt tried to humiliate my elderly mother by pointing at her selected groceries saying EBT wouldnt cover her little treat of a spicy California roll. He said it with this smug tone like Ha ha! Gotcha! No sushi for you, poors!I had to be the one to inform him actually, people who are homeless/disabled/elderly ARE allowed to purchase prepared foods under this program...

I did a drive up and go order smh. I ended up waiting almost an hour after my order was ready & confirmed for pickup. I called the store and was given false hope my order would be out soon but no one ever showed. Its advertised as a 5 minute wait which turned into an hour. I had to call customer service to request a refund. Never again & I know I shouldnt have even waited that long

Funny thing, I just moved back to this area and have not been to this store, always notoriously overpriced in no less than 6 years.Its been remodeled, the selections have diminished and the prices even more ridiculous.During check out i was pulling up my account on my phone and took a step forward and heard a voice I knew all to well yet had successfully erased from memory.Michelle, the cashier who i loathed more and more every time i went there as she always had something to say and is the most passive aggressive person ever. As rude today as she was 8 years ago.Guess thats how one remains satiated working scanning groceries and making snide remarks

I really like this location. They are going through renovations but I was happy with them the way they were. Open late (11pm) they keep their shelves and displays stocked and seem ready with promo products in stock. The ready meals area offers a good selection of Deli items; roasted and fried chicken in the cold case aside soups and a variety of sides to keep grab n go interesting. Fresh fruit and diced veggies make.preparing at home an easy task. Their produce department is always the freshest and the bakery offers a selection to keep temptation my close friend. This Albertsons has fresh cream puffs and wedding cookies on hand. The meat and dairy departments are far ahead of their competitors with Sprouts the only real contender. The prices arent the lowest and sometimes I have to put back a couple goods but the U savings: weekly Ad with Friday Specials keep shopping there manageable. Especially ice cream and novelties. Theres always something within reach. If possible, I use pick up instead of Instacarts blown up prices. They do accept EBT when shopping the store online for both pickup and delivery.

Watching the website I was able to figure out the best time to go, so no wait time for me I got right in. My stylist was very professional washed and cut my hair with no questions. I was getting 6 inches cut off and she did not try to talk me out of it, Ive had that problem in the past. She was not super chatty which I loved. The parking sucks so only 4 stars

They are a little bit pricey. I mean why am I going to spend 6 dollars on a bag of chips that I can get for $2.50 at another store. I really never understood why they charge so much more for the same product. But I will say that the store is always really clean, the staff is always really helpful and friendly. And they are always in stock. So expert for the prices this place is a great place to grocery shop.

Albertsons has always been my in my top 2 favorite grocery stores. Prices are average for a big box grocery store, but the staff here is ALWAYS friendly, and I can ALWAYS find what I need here. I also use the pharmacy, which is very convenient when youre picking up a few things. They also have a florist, butcher, and a cake baker. I can not tell you how many custom cakes I have bought here and they are always beautiful and delicious.

I always go to this place and it was always my favorite spot. But today i had an extremely bad experience. I went for self check out, as I always use it. I don’t like to talk to many people and it’s easy and fast to do. The lady at the self checkout counter was weird. She was constantly looking at me. Once she asked if I need help and I told her that I am ok. If I need help then I will call her. But she was still looking at me and the cart. It feels like I have stolen something. This is the first time I had this experience at this store. I always love the staff from this place. But this is not something that I will take. And not sure if I will go back to this Albertsons again.

I had struggled with the Albertsons app and just put it away and the cashier Gabriela so kindly without asking explained bthe app and refunded me the deals i would have missed out on, I appreciate the time took with even a small line at 6 am ...i will definitely come to Albertsons more for the convinence and the store itself always clean with fast moving lines. Appreciated hand sanitizer available to use when walking in, but I was there mid day on Friday before the holiday and it was very crowded. We had to line up 6 feet apart down one of the aisles, while other people are trying to access those shelves. Rather strange, but otherwise organized checkout.

Produce selection limited, like most grocery stores and not always the freshest, package goods very broad but prices on the high side. Parking is good, never a problem finding a space. I return about 2 times a year. I prefer Costco and smart and final.

This is my main grocery store and I have been shopping here for about 8 months now, but yesterday, I had a horrible experience. One item I wanted to buy was covered in a bunch of wet, gooey, sticky stuff. Another item I went to pull from the shelf was a can and it was completely dented in the back and about to break open. Next, I needed to buy wet wipes which I never buy from Albertsons, but I really needed them, so I used the isle descriptors which tell you the things in each isle, so I walked down the isle that said wipes/wet wipes and there were absolutely no wipes there at all. So I spent another 2 or 3 minutes walking up and down the adjacent isles looking for the wipes and never found them. So the wipes I really needed, I ended up leaving the store without, but I am temporarily disabled and I walk with a cane so it is difficult for me to just walk around isles looking for wipes like I did. Lastly, I went to check out, and the cashiers are usually really great and very kind, but when I walked up, my cashier didnt even look at me. She didnt say a word to me as if I wasnt there. So I told her what had just happened to me and I showed her he dented can and asked, Is this how you guys put supplies on the shelf here? She just looked at me and asked if I wanted a different one. She didnt even understand that I wasnt planning on buying the dented can. After that, she never said another word to me, not a thank you or have a nice day or hope to see you soon. Absolutely nothing. Im not sure if that cashier is new, but instead of being kind and trying to help me, she just didnt do anything. To be fair, I was angry when I spoke to her, but I was never rude in any way, I just spoke with a firm tone of voice.I would like to speak to the manager about these things. I didnt do it yesterday because, as I said, I walk with a cane and am disabled, I just didnt have anymore energy for it. Im not sure if the manager goes online to see reviews of the store, but if so, then I hope that s/he contacts me to discuss this further because the experience I had on 9-9-16 around 5 pm was absolutely unacceptable. At the Albertsons Tustin you will find a lack of competitive products. Example: Baked Beans, Bush’s has a 99% of the available products. Frito-Lay has 85% stranglehold on the chips and snacks. Ketchup is 80% Heinz. The alternatives include store brand, and up-market specialties.We have very little alternatives of supermarkets. Ralph’s at the Tustin Marketplace. Products are extremely overpriced. Stater Brothers, check expiration dates and some stores occupy smaller footprints. There’s a Vons/ Pavilion on Culver in Irvine, but that’s part of Albertsons. There’s a current plan to merge Albertsons and Kroger. That means that Ralph’s will be, yet another, Albertsons. Just search for “supermarket near me” and see the lack of alternatives.

Love that the Starbucks was added inside and now it my main Starbucks to go to and Allan M. is the best barista to have. I love shopping here. They have everything and if you cant find, just ask a friendly employee. They also have a drug store inside to fill your prescriptions, and 3 aisles stocked with cosmetics, and other assorted toiletries. Just be careful getting in and out of the parking lot. Its set up a little crazy and you have to be careful when pulling out onto Newport Avenue.

Buddy you guys close at 11 pm not 1050 and even if I was buying 50 things you have to take that L and stay an extra 5 mins after closing. I had trouble reading the expiration date on a cheesecake so when I got to the checkout line I asked the checkout girl if she could decipher it. She could not so she called over the manager and he could not figure it out either he offered to call the manufacturer for me but since I was in a hurry I said no thats alright. He took me over to where the cheesecakes were and we found an even better one and I was happy everyone was so nice from the checkout girl to the manager I was very pleased.

Ive only been a couple times and in the later hours of the evening before theyre closing (Im talking 10:20pm Im walking in to grocery shop) and I never get any hassle or pressure to hurry and go. This place is always busy with customers, but they have wide isles which is good to shop in. I usually go on Saturday mornings after I recycle all my plastic bottles next door in the parking lot. I love that they still have a recycling center in the parking lot. The one in Irvine closed their recycling facility so I dont go there anymore.

Over 15 years shopping at Albertsons and cvs pharmacy i still continuing shop there no where else.even i move farther area i still travel to get my grocery and specially my medicine.because all pharmacys workers are nice and very very helpful specially management and all other workers they help me and my very sick wife who is RIP in very difficultly situation and im grateful. I have gotten spoiled meat from them 3 times in the last 2 months. You also have to check any onions you buy from them for mold. It probably has something to do with COVID. If I go to a standard grocery store it is hallways albertsons. They had a golden setup when they had a bank branch inside the store. But BofA removed the branch. The store is still great though. I am very angry right now I went to buy a cake for my daughters birthday. And this cake had a thick straw in the center of the cake my daughter took a bite of the cake and we pushed Her into the cake and The straw that was hidden in the center of the cake almost poked an eye out of her. It’s Christmas Eve. Everyone is crazy. I was leaving with a cart full of soda when a twelve pack slipped out from the undercarriage. Something popped and stared to spill.Everyone else walked past me as I struggled to keep the rest of my cart and its contents from rolling into the parking lot.Everyone except Christian.He had just brought a hundred rogue shopping carts and corralled them back in neat rows. Without hesitation, Christian plucked the broken twelve pack from the asphalt and offered to run back into the store to replace it.Thank you for making this Christmas season a little better, Christian. Went to purchase a turkey at a reduced price if you bought $25 worth of additional merchandise. I decided to buy a second turkey plus a few other items which added up to more than the $25 required but when I checked out the store would not honor the discount on the first turkey. Seemed like false advertising to me. Went to another store... Wont go back to Stater Bros. again.

What is there to say about Albertsons? Its a a supermarket. The meat department is fairly complete and well stocked. The butchers are helpful and friendly. The place is clean and the checkers are friendly.

I shopped this morning and staff was so rude to me when I left the store a women followed me out and said I didn’t pay for my groceries and demanded to see my receipt and told me I couldn’t take the cart out in the parking lot I. Think they thought I was going to steel the cart I only have 1 leg and shopping is difficult they wouldn’t let me go out the door to where my car was parked said it was only a door to enter never shopping there again
