I have been craving a German Chocolate Cake for a while now and Albertsons is the only place that I found that sells them. I was in luck and bought the last one! It was so delicious and decadent! Their bakery department had many dessert choices to choose from. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.

I have been coming here since 2005 and it is never a let down. From the fresh produce to the variety of options, you will always want to make this your store.Deli and bakery goods are top notch.Public bathroom needs a code, but thats normal post pandemic. Albertsons is all of our store. The liquor selection is more than optimal too.

I havent been doing much shopping in store. Ive been using instacart. But today was such a wonderful experience. My cashier was so helpful. The box boy was so careful bagging my things. The only thing that could be better is the app. I wish the app just gave you credit for the things you purchased and you didnt have to clipthe coupons. I found some great values.i love the quality of the products and the variety in the selection.

I dont shop here. I find the food to be limited and expensive. HOWEVER... They do have a redbox kiosk, and these are hard to find nowindays i know no one really uses them and everyone streams or just does on demand. but im old school and love doing dvds with the projector for movie nights. Fun fact, they also sell dry ice here for random summer science experiments or a spooky ambiance for halloween. Not many stores carry this as well, good to see the local Albertsons has these still!

I had the salad that I just showed. It was absolutely wonderful $8 its big definitely delicious and FRESH!! I ALSO SAW THAT THEY HAD FRIED CHICKEN BUT I OPTED FOR THE HEALTHIER CHOICE YAY FOR ME!! The restrooms are quite clean. The service is great everybodys happy smiling and the place is bright n clean! So it was a pleasure. Enjoy!

When I need to go to the super market this is my go to store. Their staff is nice and they are always well stocked. Plus if you are a member of their app they have great deals and you accumulate points not only for free food, money discounts but also for gas discounts at Chevron. A must visit supermarket.

I was on my way to Ralphs and missed my exit so I kept driving and wound up at Albertsons. I used to shop here about 10 years ago and I used to very much enjoy it. Since I am comparing this Albertsons to Ralphs I can admit this might not be a fair review. The store was well stocked. It had a nice aisle of water toys for the summer and other things besides groceries. I can admit I seen this fresh jalapeno cheese bread in the fresh bread section that I for sure picked up. I was specifically looking for lavash bread and they did not have any. I as well was expecting to see a bit more options in the vegan/plant based section.

Wow, I did not realize shopping and paying good money here required me to bag my own groceries at 7am on a Sunday, when I was the only customer. Store was well organized and clean. Employees on the floor stocking were helpful and nice. Employees at register and front area: no greetings, not very helpful and no goodbyes. I felt like I was working, trying to be nice and helpful for my own sake! Thank you all for the wonderful food. I know it is Sunday morning but a little bit of hospitality goes a long way.

Ordered a cake over the phone. When I went to pick it up. The lady didnt explain that I wouldnt get the cake until I payed. Me not knowing I waited for a while to get the cake after she showed it to me. She then mentioned that I would have to go pay for it first before receiving it. I was like wth! You couldve explain that to me instead of having me wait here! (Fyi I hate wasting time.) Anyways the cake was delicious but customer service was weak.

For day-to-day shopping, this market is excellent, having a great selection and friendly workers.But…When it comes to renting a shampoo cleaner, it wasnt very reassuring. I called in an advanced asking if they rent them, the price, and the hours. I was told I could come anytime to rent a shampoo cleaner. I went to the store 30 mins later to find out that’s not true. The 2 check-out young women looked so lost for my request to rent a shampoo machine. One girl had no idea what it was. It took 3 clerks to discuss renting me a machine. Then one girl tells me, “one manager is deli. One manager is on lunch. For me to come in an hour.” She twirls around and walks away. Doesn’t end the conversation or seem apologetic. Another worker saw I was upset, and we talked about it. She was very nice about it. I didn’t want to come back and deal with them again, so I send my husband to rent it an hour later. Their excuses they didn’t have the keys. It was super ridiculous and a waste of time.

You are better off going to the sister store, Vons, in Redlands. Albertsons sells out of sale items fast, and employees dont care youve made a wasted trip. Only good for sale items and items you cant find else where. Over priced compared to Walmart, Food4less and Staters.

Went to the Customer service desk between 7:58 - 8:03 ish time frame on 8/9/22. Two cashiers saw me walk up to the customer service desk and looked at me and said nothing. Every few minutes they both would glance over but neither one would say a word. Eventually after 25 minutes I asked for assistance but the lady seemed bothered or as if I was a nuisance. She told me that customer service closed at 8pm but there was no visible signs saying they were closed and why not just tell me when you clearly saw I was at the customer service desk seeking customer service ? I just don’t understand. I drive 20+ minutes just to go to albertsons and I love this store but please acknowledge customers when you see that they are clearly seeking help. Or else why work in customer service.

Always impressed with this store, very clean and employees seem happy to help you. They dont typically have long lines so getting in and out fast is easy. Lots of parking, freeway close and extremely clean. Prices are competitive and inventory is vast. If there was one thing I could critique, the deli fried chicken isnt the greatest. But thats really about it.😎

Very nice supermarket, a little on the higher over all price of items. If you use the Albertsons app. the prices workout somewhat better, but most of the time you get what you pay for. In this case it is the shopping experience, clean, helpful staff, knowledgeable. The fruits and vegetables, along with the meat counter all on the higher quality side. You cant go wrong shopping here, if youre willing to pay a bit more.

I visited the Highland store today. Normally, it’s a very pleasant experience, but then I noticed a cashier named Seth I think. He was tall and a black biracial maybe, communicating with another cashier by making little barking noises about his lady customers. I was shocked at this display of vulgarity and truly disgusted. I watched that women walk out with her head down, nearly in tears. I made a promise to my daughter, who was with me that I would do something about it.I hope Albertsons does something about this.

It was my first time In California and I went to Albertsons a couple weeks ago . I had the best experience in there, the young woman who helped me out, Kahlia, was so nice and welcoming and helped me find everything I needed in the store . After purchasing more than $100, and having my leg broken, just to be treated like trash and was told by store manager to wait somewhere else at 1: 00 am I end up waiting for 4 hours for a taxi. Even though the security who was very purchase told me to wait in a secure area due to high crime and fraud because of pandemic and law enforcement not being present. Felt like there isnt one person there who would help the customer to make sure he gets its very discouraging to know to realize some folks enjoy seeing people struggling and have to go through some unpleasant experience. Thank you Albertson your commercial should be spent $100 at our store and enjoy the aftermath on the streets🙏

I really enjoy shopping at this Albertsons. They always have great deals. Sometimes, I buy two bags of chips for the price of one, and these kinds of deals can be found throughout the store with many different items. The bakery has a healthy selection of meats and salads, and they even serve hot food like fried chicken. The staff are some of the friendliest people you will encounter throughout your day. It was horrendous! They have no handicap line anymore. Myself and my friend are both disabled and we asked for assistance, while in a very long line that ushered customers to the next available cashier, to no avail. I was directed to check out 3 while the customer behind me was directed to check out 7. The problem? I was standing just before #7 but was sent all the way to #3! There are some great deals if you really pay attention to what is on sale. I loved the fresh meat deli for appetizers and cold cuts. The bakery was also good at providing fresh cake and pastries for that weekend viewing party. Good food and great selection of alcohol.

I went to your store today because I was looking for bread sticks and when I checked online it said that you carried then, I looked around for a while and saw an employee with a name tag that said supervisor and asked him where they might be, he said, I dont think we carry them, I told him that I just checked on line and it said that you did, he then said, then you can help yourself and walked away from me. I have worked in three different types of retail and never treated a customer like that. This is not how you treat a customer especially coming from a supervisor.

One of the best supermarkets in the Highland area. Right off Boulder Ave, its a very convenient and great place for your grocery and produce needs. Gets pretty busy during the weekends so expect long lines when checking out at the cashier. A little more expensive if you compare it to Walmart or Food 4 Less or even Stater Bros but they usually sell quality products comparable to Target.

This store is clean and well organized. However, if you are going here to use WIC, go somewhere else. Their options for bread, rice, oatmeal, juice etc, are limited for WIC customers. I literally could not buy bread because they didnt have the right size and type available.If you arent a WIC user and dont mind paying top dollar for things you could get anywhere else, this is the place for you.

Albertsons accept the supermarket is pretty good its got cool people that work there like this one lady shes a cash register shes always joyful and happy and I love that. They get 3 stars because the store is very clean and the products they have on sale are sold at a good price. They lose 2 stars because their prices are ridiculously high! Cereals for example have to be at least 25% higher on average compared to Wal-Mart and are higher than Stater Brothers also. This is just one example of many. I dont mind going into a busier not qukte as nice of a store if I am going to save a lot of money,

In my opinion, people who go to this place to shop are throwing their money away. Today I went into this store to find out if their family subs were comparable to Stater Brothers. Found out they dont make fresh subs and their subs are pre packaged. No choice, have to get multiple meat subs, and its smaller than the Stater Brothers sub. The thing that got to me was the crazy high prices for grocery items. The generic Albertsons brand pizza was as much as the digiorno brand pizza elsewhere. Almost every single item was almost a dollar more than stater Brothers on average . Lastly, when I walked by the meat and fish departments I could smell old fish and meat which tells me that its not fresh. You would think with the prices so expensive they would have quality fresh smelling meat. I dont see myself coming back here.
