Ok, back again today to try and get Fresca which is on sale, they still dont have enough to get sale price. i ask a gentlemen to see if they have some in the back, he checks and says no, thats the vendors fault. The vendor orders that, i said i shop at Albertsons not Cola Cola. i said, you have 100 12 packs of ginger-ale, but no Fresca, you would think the knucklehead who is in charge would order the item that is selling, they are always out of Fresca. I guarantee you, if the Coke salesman and the manager were standing next to each other and i asked the salesman he would tell me they don’t want any back-stock like the employee said. Brilliant business plan to not have an item that sells. Im telling you, if you cant keep items in the store, why do you have managers?Went in to get sale on Fresca, 7-04, and you guessed it, they don’t have enough to get the deal, buy two get three free, they only have two, that seems to be their motto, not enough to get sale price so you pay $9.99 per 12 pack, again what a joke. Then tried to get some fried chicken they let me know they don’t have any and won’t have any soon as they are only filling phone orders right now, second time this week they are out of fried chicken, so I ask if I want fried chicken do I need to phone it in, and he said yes, at least 24 hours in advance. I have a serious question? Do you really pay a manager here? Unbelievable!!!!

I used to visit this store often while working nearby. The staff goes above and beyond to greet you and help you in anyway you need. They always knew my Starbucks order when I came in (lol). I wish I could remember the names of the staff working the Starbucks but I can tell you they are all amazing!!! Also, all the staff inside the Albertsons is awesome. There merchandise is high quality and it is a pleasure shopping in there. Just wish I could remember what product was on which aisle. There all named after streets (lol)!

UPDATE Nov. 2023.Albertsons in Banning now sells Rotten meat! On sale even!On a Tuesday at 11am for you early bird shoppers! Get it while it lasts on aisle 10! Seriously? Someone needs to be fired!Moved here 6 months ago and noticed right away there are No hand held shopping baskets. And minimal shopping carts. Twice now there aren’t even carts in this store! Today being one again. NOT. ONE. Not one hand basket (ever) and not one shopping cart. Long wait lines, minimal staff. Horrible shopping experiences almost every time.Do better Albertsons!

Store is SO COLD! What is up with the temperature in this store?? My wife and I typically shop here often but keep it brief because the store is so cold and uncomfortable. If the temperature was more comfortable, we would spend more time and money here, but end up going to Food4Less, Grocery Outlet and Aldis. We have told some of the employees a few times, but it seems to be a corporate issue.

Very friendly and helpful!As I stated the clerks/staff are friendly and helpful!! I shop at the Banning store due to its a one stop for me! I cash in my and buy lottery! The service desk is open till 6pm!However in the pass 2 to 3 weeks its been closeThe first day they said something was down! I didnt think much of it! I returned a few days later and it was still closed! They said they didnt know why!On 6/21/24 I went in to shop and buy lottery! It was closed! It was 4:30pm! One of the clerks said to come back the next day! However I returned at approximately 4:45pm! It was closed! Again they didnt know why!I have never had this kind of problem at this store!Myself and other customers that shop and buy their lottery there are disappointed when they see the closed signs all over the service counter before i6pm!Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter!Ramona Graciano

The DMV KIOSK, in the store lets you, pay for your car renewal stickers in less than three minuts, besides other basic DMV transactions, since thereisnt any opened DMV offices around, this is just one of the assets smong many others in Albertsons, I find it very useful and recomedable!

Prices are extremely high, and the fact that they push customers to use self checkout by closing cashier checkout lines. It is absolutely ridiculous.The floor has been stripped of all tile and is just bare cement that has been waxed over. Looks like a warehouse now.

Ever since they redid the store, its been awful. The floors are now concrete which is hard to walk on for my 90 yr old mom, you cant read the signs from the other end of the aisle so you have to walk the entire store and they moved everything in the most illogical sense. Overpriced!!! Will never shop here for myself again... Will only go if theres something specific my mom wants from there. Horrid store. Absolutely hate it!

Everytime I come here long lines! I watched people walk out yesterday and toss there items on a shelf while I was waiting in a ridiculous long line! Today I walked out, my original review was a bit hard, sorry one should never leave a review when upset. All the employees, checkers are super kind and I am sure theyre doing the best they can with the tools they have available.

Fresh produce, clean store, friendly staff and one of the best places to buy flowers. Recently renovated and upgraded Albertsons, only downside is the self checkout area because it looks as if they arent trained well enough to accommodate the customers for a fast checkout which in my opinion takes longer than regular checkout. Constantly being harassed by homeless people in the parking lot and by the main entrances almost to the point where its uninviting.

I love coming here for all of our birthday cakes! The variety they offer is wonderful, there is something for every occasion and the price is right. I feel like I should be paying more for the cakes I get sometimes.All the cakes Ive bought are beautifully decorated and are moist and fluffy inside.They also have the softest jumbo cookies ever! Seriously, Staters doesnt have a chance against those cookies and 7.99 for a dozen jumbo pieces of heaven is worth the trip.Now, this store is a little on the dated side but they are always well stocked, with really nice employees. And they even have a small Starbucks inside too, which is always a plus in my eyes.

And... they had these mint cupcakes and/or cakes that they used to always have around St. Patricks Day!But have been extremely hard to find for quite some time now! And I used to love em! Inside is just like any other supermarket. Very clean and well stocked. They have a meat department and a bakery. They also have a deli full of different cheeses n deli meats. Cant complain about the cleanliness or how well the store is stocked. My only complaint is how some workers are not so friendly and dont acknowledge you when you get to the register. I think Customer Service should be number one priority, because its just as important as the rest of the store! Other then that it is a great store!

Decided to go to Albertsons to pick up a cake for my wife’s birthday and ended up buying balloons, a greeting card and floral arrangement as well. Theirflowers are amazing. I picked one arrangement and moments later I found an even better one! It was so hard to chose! The florist on duty (Blanca) was extremely friendly and professional. She gave me guidance on what balloon colors would accent my arrangement. I walked out completely satisfied and my wife was extremely happy. Thanks Blanca and thanks Albertsons!

One of the nicer, less crowded grocery stores in the area. Great selection, bakery and butcher departments. Beer selection is kind of limited, but wine and hard alcohol is in abundance. Starbucks inside is almost always with little to no line and quick.

Pricey but good products they put the Serrano on the top shelf where they belong on the bottom shelves because when you pick thru them there always falling to the shelves below and the floor. Also my wife is to short to reach them. Bell peppers should be on top shelf they do not roll as easily of the shelf. Check out lady was fine but was waiting at customer service for 5 minutes b4 I had to walk over an ask her if anyone was working customer service she should had been more alert and watching that counter to make sure she could have someone help.

I went today to pick my Christmas dinner. (Prime rib) I waited while the gentlemen behind the counter searched for my order, in the meantime Im walking through produce getting a few other things I needed. I turned around and here he comes with two store managers, I said Im not going to like this am I. They asked me when I was planning on having dinner, luckily we are having it tomorrow. They said they had a solution, they could give me all my sides, and the extras I ordered and a Prime Rib from the meat department, freshly cut and seasoned. I said fine. They also refunded what I had already paid for the meal and also gave me the extras I had in my cart! Yes it was an error, but they went over and above fixing the problem. Im new to this store and I want to disclose that I am aware that not all the employees fall under this complaint. But management I do feel holds the responsibility. I normally shop at the Albertsons in Redlands, which exceeds all customer service expectations without fail. Recently I have started coming to the Beaumont location due to it being closer to my work. Ive only been in during the AM hours and have had such awful customer service experiences. Their employees always look miserable and make the most awkward conversations. Multiple times Ive say hi or good morning to my cashier and they straight up ignore me the whole time. They never follow the Albertsons policy of 3s a crowd in the AM hours. The line will stay long and no new line will be opened up to reduce wait times. As well in the morning if there is no one in line Ive gotten to the register to find that there is also no employee to be found. After waiting a couple minutes I had to go find an employee and asked to be checked out.The Starbucks employees have been a let down on multiple occasions as well. Ive used a gift card at the Starbucks only to have the machine freeze and the manager didnt show up to fix it. The girl refused to give me my drink or compensate me for the loss of $4. I waited for 6 minutes before I realized that I was going to be late for work and the manager still hadnt shown up to fix the issue. That store got free cash that day.

Very clean store. Well stocked. Low in just a few things. Social distancing markers for registers, left and right. Lines no longer go down the aisles.However, face coverings are not enforced. I realize this is difficult but there are polite ways to do so and other companies have periodic announcements regarding this, including how to properly wear a mask. Companies should do this for everyones safety.I waited at customer service for a long time. Although there are social distance markers there the customer in front of me and her children were not wearing masks properly. Noses out. Masks came off after awhile. Within the store there was an employee who had her nose out of her mask and couple of customers with no face coverings at all. There was a variation in ages of customers improperly masked or unmasked, including older customers. This store is located very close to two senior living communities. In my opinion this store is unsafe to visit during the pandemic because of these things.I am self quarantining as much as possible for my health and the health of family members. I have a rule that Ive made for myself to space going out anywhere two weeks.Today was the first time in nearly 2 months since I have shopped at Albertsons. I very much prefer to shop here than at the nearby Walmart. It has been a pleasure in the past. But the situation now has forced me to change because Walmart offers curbside pick up service. I now shop on line with Walmart and only at Albertsons if Walmart is out of some things I need.Be aware that Albertsons now has a no return and no refund policy which they strongly enforce. While Walmart has simply paused returns. Check policies before shopping for anything for the house. I have found that Target is best as is Amazon.

I enjoy (really) shopping at Albertsons. The meat department is large with prepackaged as well as a butcher behind the the counter which includes fresh fish for me is a plus. A large selection of fresh produce, deli counter and bakery items. It can be a challenge to shop for sale items using the digital ap.

I used the DMV kiosk. I was very impressed. You can pay your registration or put a non op on your vehicles. You could even pay with cash or credit card. That machine prints out your registration and gives you your stickers. Lol

Ive shopped Albertsons at different locations and this store is a great disappointment. I[ve spoken to the manager about getting a item that is stocked at Vons and he said he would get it next week and call me to buy it. He never called to tell me he could or couldnt get that product. Ive taken to shopping at Stater Bros., Aldi and even Walmart. The selection of cakes is terrible and so no need to pay Albertsons higher prices.

I like this grocery store but they started charging for bags again but you still cant use your own bags unless you bag them yourself. If course I didnt know that until I had all my groceries on the conveyer belt.

This store is notorious for having congestion at the checkstand, even though the advertise 3 is a crowd & they will open more lines.The Stater Bros knows how to do it. Checkout is always faster than Albertsons!!!
