For just around $13 the Deli at this store could serve up a very delicious lunch of smoked Tri-tip and Super Kale salad. The servers are always friendly with a smile. $$ well spent. Meat that melts in your mouth❤️

I would highly recommend you check the dates on the products you buy here. Two times in a row I have bought drinks and they are expired. The first time I took a loss after buying 3 drinks that were pretty expensive. This second time I went on Wednesday october 11th and bought more drinks came to work and saw the drink expired well over a month ago sept 7th to be exact but was still on the shelf. As a customer trusting a location I shouldn’t have to double check your work. I should be able to trust and rely on the quality of products you have. I would expect this from other certain grocery stores but not here.

Mostly like shopping this store. But, several cashiers are constantly messing up, and seem distracted. Overcharge for items and ring up items multiple times. Also when trying to call the store, I wait for 30 plus minutes and no one ever answers. Poor customer service, Sad! Have to go back to store to get receipt problems taken care of, which is ridiculous.

Store itself is great. I just have a complaint about a Starbucks barista that goes by the name Maria. I ordered a free iced water and it took 10+ minutes, keep in mind that the Starbucks itself wasn’t even busy. There was just one person in-front of me that ordered. I stood at the pickup counter while instead of pouring me my ice water, Maria stood there laughing and watching her phone. If any staff from the albertsons manager see’s this, please consider firing her. Terrible attitude, and most of all terrible at her job.

So glad we made our holiday shopping place Albertsons! I picked up prepared Spiced Apples; a favorite of mine we had forgotten to prep for the day. The meat and cheeses we purchased were wonderful (especially the goat cheese). It was the day before Thanksgiving, we were in and out in about 15 minutes, including check-out time. Thanks Albertsons!

Emily brought our groceries to us and was super nice 👌. We returned some item because my coupon didnt go thru and she didnt give me an attitude and was very understanding. Large store with a huge selection of products. Colonies store is clean with helpful staff. Deli takes pre-orders among for a quick pick up for parties and events. Store is clean and always well stocked. Produce and meats always look fresh.

I shop here regularly for one of my clients. They have a pharmacy that is always very helpful with assisting the patients. They are very kind and respectful. I also enjoy their floral department; as once I was looking for a particular kind of flower that I did not see, but when I asked, the floral worker went straight to it. My client was happy, as we had been looking for about a month and a half.As for the grocery workers, I am always asking many question and looking for a vast amount of products. They always help me immediately and never make me feel that I am putting them out as they go from one area or another to find what I am looking for.To them all I say, Thankyou so very much for excellent customer service -above and beyond.

Kinda pricey since they got bought by Vons, but still cheaper than either Vons in the area. Friendly cashiers. Pretty good stock.If they dont stock what you want, let em know.Update: fair to good sale pricing monthly, some great deals if you have pantry space for bulk purchasing. (I had 8 boxes of cake mix and 7 boxes of cereal at one point)Try any of the store brand ice cream. A cashier told me the frozen pizza is also very good.

Unfortunately the milk I buy was not in stock. Also other items on my list werent in stock either.Fairlife milk, Aqua Panna water, Signature, thin slice bread.I know its not the stores fault. Sure its a thunder problem. But this is a top end store. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

I did make a quick stop here ¹ location for some last minute shopping before this location closed. My mother a d I were very well greeted without being rushed. We did find all the products we intended to get. I have to say that every employee we both encountered during this very brief visit were very polite and professional. I like this Albertsons location and do hope to return again soon. Good Job here 👍

They dont train employees like they used to. Seriously who puts fruits and veggies at the bottom of the bag and puts boxes and ice cream on top of it. Apparently Daves courtesy clerk at the one in Upland on Campus and 19th st does. It would be great to bring back the bagging class you had to do to be a courtesy clerk. Just wish employees cared, what happened to bag it how you would like it.

My husband and I visited the Starbucks inside this store. The barista by the named of Cecilia is patient and attentive. I like that she was not rushing us as we were still deciding of what to order. I would definitely visit this Starbucks again! I hope Cecilia will be there! See you later Cecilia!

Went there to get chicken drumsticks for a certain recipe...there was not even 1 drumstick in the whole store, I even talked to the butcher about it. That was the first time in my life thats happened. Then I had to go to another store to get them.

Im so glad to see that Albertsons is back. Hagen totally screwed over the employees here and at the other locations they opened and then closed. The selection is great and the staff is very helpful. I prefer this store to Vons or Ralphs. A very good selection of spirits and wines. The meat and vegetable products are the best around.

I felt I was racially profile in this store. I had a bottle of liquor and a strawberry shortcake. A Manger came and zoned each frozen food sections while I was looking for something to eat. I could be wrong but I felt uncomfortable. Never said hello but was right next to.me, Ill never go to that store again. Just got to the city as a store Manger in a new store.

I prefer this Albertsons over visiting Vons. Prices are the same, the store is more favorably organized, and there are fewer panhandlers if any. The cashiers and help have consistently been grumpy and slow, but I cant blame them.

Well its easy to see why Albertsons is disappearing. Terrible customer service all around. The lady working the meat and delivery counter was rude and refused to make fresh chicken after admitting the current chicken had sat for around an hour. Then the meat counter would not trim the cut we asked for. Forget this. We will patronize Stater Bros instead

Albertsons/Vons stores & their employees are professional, knowledgeable& excel in their jobs.Stater Bros. is cool, but unfortunately most employees lack any passion in their work, most are there just for a paycheck . There is no teamwork either. I feel more comfortable at Vons, Staters feels like a cheap, smoky motel room

Where this place used to be quite expensive, Albertsons now seems to be comparable with Vons. Makes me wonder if theyre operated by the same parent company. Either way, its a very clean and accomadating grocery store. Lots of breads and cakes to choose from in their bakery section.

Sodas are advertised at 2.49 but you cannot purchase without downloading an app that you dont find out about until after you put all the stuff in your cart then you find out you have to put stuff in a digital cart and then once you get that you get to wait in line but if you didnt do it the first time you get out of line and then you have to go back in line again and wait for your chance to get sodas for 2.49 if it works. No wonder Albertsons needed a bail out

The manager was pretty rude to me at the self checkout, she wouldnt let me use a coupon that gives 3$ off if I spend 30$ because the cost tax and cvc doesnt count towards the thirty, my total was 32$ and I was literally 25 cents away from 30$ if you subtract the tax and cvc, its a joke horrible service

This is the Albertsons near campus and 19th I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly the stores very clean and I go there to get the bones for my dog they have these huge femur bones and they only charge a dollar fifty nine a pound for bones not like Staters that charges you like five bucks a pound
