Stopped in for some food before heading out to camp, an employee I believe his name was Ricky noticed the line starting to build and came over and started helping folks at another register. He was extremely courteous and helpful. Wish more stores had employees like this. Seems customer service is lacking in a lot of businesses but this was refreshing to get such great customer service from a business. A+++

I Love the Store franchise it self but I HATE the condescending behavior the resistance as if a person of color shouldn’t patronize. My money spend like everyone else’s. Download the app and get the best deals. If it doesn’t work at check out request help and someone will come help you. They also have a dmv scanner so you can get taken care of at the same time you get some food. Staff was nice, customer service booth Was pleasant. We got some chicken that was made ready to eat toHelp some folks who haven’t eaten on the street. It was a great experience today.

Albertsons is quality. You get savings if you’re in the club card. Today we saved and got our lobster for free. Not gonna lie it’s a lil expensive there but everything they have is good and they have deals from time to time on various items throughout the store. I especially like the meats there

I called this store this morning and talked with Massie & then went to this store before 3 pm & and asked for macy & we have nobody at this store. I said Macy & common sense would have kicked in, i had to call your & deli to be told who the Mgr. Said macy, you mean Massie, now why didnt your other employees figure it out, as the other mgr. on vacation. Ask to speak to manager & standing there in pain from back injury & there waiting for 10 min, nobody bothered to help. I was Friendly & Im done shopping here for 20 yrs at this Albertsons & its rude employees playing games. You Lost another customer. Im contacting corporate & inform them about your employees like to play games. They would know macy to Massie the deli guy told me. Which I will inform corporate of the unprofessional of making me wait.

Very disappointed! I purchased roses for my wife this morning. The roses look beautiful in their packing; however, after I removed the roses from their packaging, they fell apart. I understand that some may fall off; however, both peddles and leaves fell off. After inspecting the roses, they look dehydrated and probably left unattended by the florist. I recommend purchasing your roses from an actual florist, not this location.

This is the 2nd cake I ordered from here and received it with the name spelled wrong. This is unacceptable. The name was written correctly, both times, on the order form. The bakery should do a better job checking for spelling. Now my child’s cake is messed up. There should be some kind of discounts, something. How ridiculous. It’s a bakery for goodness sakes. Get it together. Seriously.

BIG SHOUT OUT to this Albertsons! Today I forgot the cash I requested from the self check out. $60.00! Ran back in and it was gone. No one gave it to the cashier who was monitoring. The supervisor (i did not get her name)asked the young man at the same spot if hed found it. He said no. the supervisor checked the well placed cameras and it was the person who was asked. Then gave me the money that I was robbed of. I Appreciate the kindness of management. Customer care is rare these days. I also believe that you get from the world what you give. I truly hope the management gets the kindness they deserve and the low down theif gets what he deserves. It is all on camera. No denying it.

That was the first time me visiting Albertsons ever in my life. I was there on vacation for about a month and was there several times. The place was very clean smelled very fresh and was very organized. I must say great customer service as well everyone was very kind and helping and attentive. I also like the fact that you have a pharmacy in your location as well in which I had to visit myself and same for them welcoming great customer service they fit right in with your business of customer service experience. I was amazed on how you had your seafood and meat collection set up it looked immaculate very clean everyone was using gloves and hair coverage nets in which let me know that you guys aim to please to stay clean and to deliver the customer service that you do and like I said is excellent thank you for the great experience and welcoming I had when I was there and when I come back I will surely visit you guys again. Definitely a five-star for me 💯❤️ keep up the great work you are doing great and doing your job. Thanks again. The only thing I had an issue with I have to tell you though is that I visited your Starbucks that you have in the store and wasnt greeted until like 5 minutes of us standing there and it took a really long time to get our order and which I dont mind waiting but there was no smiles on your employees back there and they looked like they had the most miserable job in the world. I dont like to leave bad reviews but that needs to be worked on Id say customer service is what matters and they are the very first business that you run into when you walk into your location. To be greeted and welcomed is the best experience you can have when you are visiting a business or location.

Only reason I gave this place four start instead of five is because of the fact that they dont have hand baskets available. Its like I understand if u grab a cart youd naturally probably buy more things, but it doesnt always work that way . Sometimes we wanna get in and out real quick without having to juggle things in our hands on the way to the registers or have to lug a big Ole cart that barely rolls around a already crowded store . Other than that though the staff, service, cleanliness. And Covid protocols that the store follows are amazing and helpful for sure .

VERY disappointing customer service. I can forgive the low staffing requiring only 2 checkstands to be open, with lines going far back into aisles, but once I finally get to the front of the line, the cashier refused to give cashback over $100, instead of the $200 needed... She stated that it was up to the circumstances of the cashiers drawer. Sure, I can understand if your drawer is low on cash, but were talking large bills here and she had a literal stack of them (at least 5 visible) in her drawer. Then she tells me that, if I want to get the other hundred, I have to go through a different checkstand with a different purchase... Which has a line so long that it literally stretched through the aisle to the back of the store! So, in other words, she COULD have done it, but CHOSE not to, thereby making the customer bear the burden of their failure to staff.First day off without being sick in 6 years and I had to spend an extra half hour in the other line to get things done due to a policy wonk who wont adapt to circumstances THEY CAUSED.Now then... In fairness, this IS an abnormality in my experiences with this store, so I will be giving them another try.UPDATE (10 months later): There has been a marked improvement in staffing. 2 stars restored.

I like using the app because it actually saves alot of money once you get the hang of it especially once it generates individualized discounts for you. Also if it isnt working and u let the cashier know and u know the exact price discounts theyre willing to honor most of them which is awesome. They have a decent selection of stuff Albertsons is a step lower from VONS and Stater Bros and a few steps above WinCo and food4less. Even thought VONS and Albertsons basically are the same things now.

I like the fresh sushi, but if you show up late night, like I always do, there isnt any left. Oh yeah, theyre open until midnight, 7 days a week. Great store, produce is the best out of all the stores in my opinion. Prices are not competitive.Edit: open until 11pm.Sushi is moved to the back by service deli. And really good.Hector the General Manager is helpful and efficient .

I looovvve going to the Albertsons on Palmdale Blvd and Tierra Subida. Very nice and clean facilities and always freshly stocked with groceries that I purchase often and the fried chicken is deliciouly awesome and full of flavor and so is the baked bbq chicken (which has a little kick) but not overpowering. Whoever is seasoning the chicken, you are doing a fantastic job. Not once has the chicken been dry and unseasonably. Thank you!!!

They are usually pretty clean and have a nice atmosphere. Today I had a guy wipe the basket off with sanitizer and hang me a basket. The workers there are usually pretty nice. There was a spill by the frozen section and the manager took extra precautions to make sure no one fell. I enjoy going to this Albertsons. Also, I love that they have a Starbucks inside.

It is expensive but you get quality name brand foods there always very well stocked and every department within the store clean the way you would expect it to be, well staffed workforce and every one there extremely helpful beyond a fault as if they already know of what you might need help with and very suggestive and take the time to look out for you in knowing there merchandise/product so well that they will apply discounts you may not even be aware of that have to be manually keyed in when checking out ! Like I said a bit more expensive but for me it is so well worth it because the actual experience is never a hassle or debate or frustration of any type, peace of mind along with a super friendly helpful shopping experience all the way around . I never thought I would look forward to going to a grocery store, but in these verbally combative rude very abrasive times of distrust and uncertainty I have a new value and attraction for any public business that are staffed with genuine true caring and happy employees that day in day out not only have to perform a job but also see to it that a mostly negative unhappy society are pampered and made to feel included and looked out for.All with a very positive and happy constructive moral, this is one of those stores so if your day, week, or social life is a depressing frustrating one especially grocery shopping ? Dont like having to use digital coupons. I could go on about why but issues include tracking my habits, the time involved to search the app for deals. Just give us the honest best prices. The app is slow to responsd. If I dont select the items I buy I dont get the discount... Too gimmicky and misdirecting all to gather data on my shopping habbits. This store is my go to market. If one thing about me I have to love the store I shop for my family at and I do. I love the staff and I enjoy the time in the store. It may sound crazy but I go shopping almost everyday from just picking up something quick to filling the basket up for a good shopping spree. I have always liked shopping at Albertsons. Their seafood section is well stocked with a variety of different fish and seafood. It is fresh and the process are reasonable. Their sales are true sales today I got shrimp skewers for $1 apiece. The shrimp are well sized, 6 per skewer and fresh!Their meat section is also amazing a huge variety of steaks, sausages and chicken. They also have a large assortment of preseasoned meat that is delicious!Their stores are clean and well laid out.Shopping at Albertsons is a very pleasant experience!

They are quick to fill special orders in produce, the bakery, meat department, and deli are always well stocked and personnel are always there, cannot say the same for the check-out centers. The pharmacy is awesome. On several occasions they have gone the extra mile to fill prescriptions and make them affordable. Be aware the pharmacy closes at 4:30.

The prices are sky high. The parking lot is filled with beggars asking for change, so be careful. The entire store needs an update, new displays, fixtures and lighting. When you have discount grocery stores down the street and plenty of options, upgrades are necessary to keep customers interested. But what do I know, Im just a customer.

Im from out of state. I came here to pick up a prescription and got here at 12: 30 PM. They are out to lunch till 1 PM. I never before seen that. Ive been coming here for quite some time and theyve always been pretty good, the reason for my post now is because Jalen in the Deli section did a wonderful job at ensuring the equipment was nice and clean before making the cuts I asked for. They usually keep it clean but sometimes in the past Id have to ask (as I have at other places as well) but he was on it! I drove all the way from the Eastside of palmdale just to come here.

I had to buy makeup for a special party for my girlfriend and I and I needed to know what having never wore Revlon what would be the best for me occasion. The lady salesperson took great care making sure I looked as perfect as possible. I want to let all girls know a perfect costume which requires perfect matching an application of apple red cream lip stick with an awesome dark maroon lip liner turned out amazing and I follow the sales ladies suggestion of lip plumper face and a second topical Hot red lip gloss for every day sexy full lip look. As I was told it was amazing. I wear it everyday and I have gotten many compliments from that was amazing I love the lipstick shade and I have since purchased all available Shades in pink red and purple with matching nail lacquer with high shine top coat so everything for the lips to full acrylic perfect Nails looks Salon perfect and hot hot.Ive been purchased matching hair color but I so many of us have found out I have to make sure I am perfect appearance-wise because I have to be makeup perfect all the time.Because of the excellent sales lady makeup and fragrance the best of shampoo air conditioners and additional accessories I spent almost $400 instead of 30 because of excellent service from a. Young wonderful sales lady.

So we literally live about 1 minute away! We shop here 2 to 3 times a week and I must say any employee I have came across is very friendly and eager to help! I do have to complain about the lines, ever since they took away the self check out lines the wait has been ridiculous! It doesnt matter if Im in the store for 2 minutes or 30 minutes and waiting in line to check out for about 10 minutes, it is starting to make me consider driving a few more minutes to a different grocery store with shorter check out lines! I hope they will beef up the check out lines so we dont have to find another store?!

Unfortunately I must rescind my previous review, as the staff at the store has changed, every one does their version of the rules, I have seen multiple customers with no masks, nothing is said, but when I went to check out I was denied service because I was not standing on the red dot... Even though I was maintaining a six foot distance... The employee who was chastising me wore her mask under her nose and got right in my face, she has done the same multiple times with me when Ive been shopping, its like Im always in her way.... I will not be shopping here in the future...I dont shop Albertsons usually... I went for senior hrs... Just letting you guys know it was a great experience, clean, well organized, every attempt is made to keep the customer safe, I found the staff extremely helpful and kind dont be afraid to ask for their help they go out of their way to accommodate you in any way they can I would give this a 10 * if I could the employees are what make this store great. On my way out I made a point to thank them. If youre looking for a place to shop during the covid-19 is I highly recommend trying out Albertsons they give you 2 hours before the store opens everyday take advantage of it!

I am from Michigan and we are here living for our winter months with our Best Friends.We do not have the store you have here in Callike we do in Michigan.Our groceries stores are like Wal-Mart isOur shopping stores are a one stop to get everything you might need. Her your store is beautiful and very clean and your employees are wounder. They respect their customer very well. Your Albertsons store where I we have been going out shopping is a lot hight prices then Michigan. Your sales taxes are out of control no dought about. Michigan does not have sales taxes in Food products. When we do have to pay both sale and federal taxes we only pay 6%. A large differ from our start to yours. But I love coming to your store th o shop because you and only 1.3 homes from our friends home..so ofcourse I think that one of us 4 stop almost every day to buy something we forgot to but the day before.You store is beautiful and well managed also.So be proud of your store on the counter of Palmdale BLVD. I’ve been going to this Albertson’s for many years I absolutely love the staff. They’re always so kind and so helpful. They actually make me keep coming back to the store. Some of the prices are a bit high but honestly everything is fresh and clean and organized very well. The butcher department is amazing they will help you in anyway they can. They are very accommodating. They’ve been great with the social distancing and helping you get through lines carefully. I love Albertsons and The reason I go to Albertson’s is mostly because of how kind and wonderful the employees are at this Albertsons in Palmdale. 😊 I brought other family members from out of town and friends to the store and they are amazed at how great this Albertson’s is in comparison to theirs in the state they live. Palmdale‘s Albertson’s is the best one I am sure.

Was in the other day. Went to the service desk. Wait 15 mins with in!y 2customers ahead of me. The lady behide the counter was the to the customers. When I finally got up the counters she was rud and very sharp touged. I was getting cig. And cash in my lotto ticket and get another one. Cig were on counter I handed her my lotto ticket and told her I was cashing and putting it back on powerball. She keep looking and doing something with. C!up board. She sharply said she had to cAsh it out first. And a young girl came back behind the counter and she sharply snap at her. She told her you take care of her. I felt sorry for the girl. She got ticket and rang up my cig. The name on the badge of the rud lady was Victoria. I will not ever have her wait on me again.she need a course on how to talk to people. And how to treat customers. Everyone one lines was saying she had a bad attitude. Normal I get very good service there and there are very nice but this one really has a problem. She needs to be retrained

Had to walk out and leave my basket for the first time tonight.Friday night,three registers open at 5pm,LINE all the way back to pharmacy register.I guess the management feels its ok to let customers stand in line for a half hour. Masks are required and worn. Capacity is limited, and the market is regularly cleaned, including the carts for customer safety.
