Beware of the cashier Sherry ( she wears glasses and on the heavy side) she accuses people for stealing. She’s very unprofessional and rude. She needs some help on her customer service skills and how to approach customers. The rest of the Management is very helpful and nice besides SHERRY.

Beware of the lady Pearl, she works in the bakery department. My mom went in last week, and she was being so rude! She was talking down on her for wanting a simple white cake! My mom came home crying because she felt like she was being racist to her! Never getting a cake here again!

It’s a bit disappointing to see flawed baked goods being sold in singles and keeping the best to be sold in bulk, also some rolls are even cut in half and are to be sold individually.

Today, I was at self-checkout and when I was paying, my card declined. But the worker paid for my groceries although I paid some he helped me with the rest and that was so kind of him. Even though he didnt have to, he showed kindness to me when I needed it. I will be forever grateful to him.❤️

I have been shopping at Albertsons for Years, I LOVE their SALES and APP!!! Especially when they have the 5 or more Mix and Match sales on products or the SUPER LOW prices when You buy 4 or More of the same product. I ONLY DO My marketing every 3 to 4 weeks. SO, the SAVINGS on the 4 or more is SO WORTH it to Me. I CAN USE 4 of the SAME item in a month, LOL!!! 🥰😃😉

Great Shopping Experience. Associates are very friendly. They are quick to call another checker if the lines are getting long so checkout is very quick. I love that they offer a great selection in the deli and they have sushi made fresh onsite every morning.

I can always get in and out pretty quick at this Albertsons, so it’s my go to particularly when I am short on time and need a few items. The associates particularly in bakery are always available and acknowledge you. Not to say there are not others, but the folks in bakery are standouts. Great store!

Albertsons is right down the street from us, so we almost always do our grocery shopping there. They offer a lot of weekly coupons to clip, and I always make sure to do that. If youre a member of URewards it can really make a difference. Service is always respectful and upbeat as well. I appreciate the staff and their hard work. They always have an upbeat attitude.

There is just one cashier who ruins the whole experience no matter what, this guy is such a downer and is always in a mood, practically discriminates against customers in general from what Ive seen, that guys named Gilbert. Every time I enter a line with that guy, I always witness some kind of issue that he has with a customer. Ive honestly started taking business elsewhere because of the guy. Seriously disgusting attitude, he needs to work on that.

Im from Texas, and we have a little bit more choices on brands of can foods and over all 10 to 25% cheaper prices. On top of that, we dont have surcharges for bags and bottles. We recycle for free, we dont get paid back.

We often shop here late before closing. They’re usually always stocked with whatever we are looking for and everything is nice and tidy, easy to see.We have had two different instances, though, with two different people that were not the best. One was while we were ringing up and the lady was literally throwing our stuff after she rang it up and I was bagging. The other instance was actually tonight my husband and I were about to leave and check out and we were rushed personally by some lady that was closing I think. She yelled at us to check out and that we were the last ones (which we we not, and I stated that).The cashier we had tonight, Leah, was super nice though and when she rang us up she was very organized and placed our stuff down with care. Store was clean, well stocked and had most of what I needed. Overall I liked it and will likely shop here in the future. Taking off two stars because the employees were incredibly rude. It was shocking! The man rigging up my groceries literally stopped mid transaction, got out his phone and stared at it for a good 2-3 minutes. I was so shocked I didnt know what to say. The store was busy and the lines were long, no wonder why! The lady bagging my groceries gave me a dirty look for putting in my husbands phone number instead of my own. Neither of them said a single word to me the entire time. I did not want my things bagged in the first place, but God forbid she use her voice and ask me.Hopefully I run in to nicer employees next time.

They have a really good organic selection, which I really appreciate! The store overall is pricey, but the organic selection is worth the price because its hard to find. I do wish that the organic foods were better quality because they are usually not ripe for the most part. They have really good staff there. I get my major groceries elsewhere, but I do go here often. (Try their Signature Ice Cream Brand! Its amazing quality).

I went to the deli for the first time. Two things I bought and absolutely loved is their chicken, fried or baked, but not the spicy stuff. I dont do spicy hot foods. They have this apple, caramel, raisin fruit salad that is delicious! A few things I didnt care for, but thats my taste buds. Visit their deli if you never did before. You wont be disappointed.

This store has a good variety of groceries and items. The store also smells good. Near halloween in mid to late September they get the pumpkins out, its best to get them at this time before they mold. They have a good selection of sodas for sale. Overall they are pretty good.

I like this store and come here often. I do not like the female staff they have issues in the customer service department. A cashier put her light on. Only 1 line was open, 7. I asked her if she was open, if I could come to her line.... the hesitation in her response and the expression on her face was that of, she didnt want to be bothered. Why do you work here.? Oh and because I caught it and didnt go to her line, she starred at me just about the whole time I was being assisted elsewhere. Very rude and she keep a dumb smirk on her face. It was today April 10th, Sunday at 8:15 pm. Shr had medium brown hair yo the middle of her back. She should definately get a pep talk from her manager. I have had more than one incident. I hope the problem wasnt my skin color...

I get my groceries via Instacart. Im very pleased with that service. I shop at Albertsons on Scott because of the selection of seafood which has always been fresh. The bakery is excellent.I used to love the fresh made sushi selections. Im wondering if the vendor thst prepares the sushi has changed. My last three sushi selections have not met the quality I became used to. Todays rolls were very small and tasteless. The last order a dew weeks ago did not seem fresh. In that order celery chunks were watery and not crunchy. I am truly disappointed.

In and out. Big selection. The meat department always fully stocked. Spent most of my time in pastry dept. today. Very helpful and accomodating. Also Donuts go for next to nothing after a certain time. The selection was really good. Got a dozen of fancy all sized donuts for 2.99. I only spent about 1 minute at checkout. Store was not crowded and very well kept.

Decided to order a cake from Albertsons since I used to work in one many, many years ago and the cakes were always spot on and delicious.Ordered a cake for my 6 year olds birthday from the store off of Scott Rd. My sister picks up the cake, brings it to my house, and there is NO name. Just Happy 6th Birthday. Not the biggest deal right, I call the bakery to inquire why, the lady says as she is looking at the sheet that It says happy 6th birthday and then squiggles. EXCUSE ME?! The lady over the phone asked me two times to spell his name so I dont know where the discrepancy arose, but just poor, poor taste in customer service. We also asked for fresh strawberries and we got probably 5 cut up in the WHOLE cake. Everyone kept asking where the strawberries were! Also, white cake was not how I remembered, it was on the dry side. Definitely sticking to Nuthin Bundt Cakes which is my go-to anyways from now on.I asked to speak to the store manager and he was annoyed that I was annoyed. This store just lost two customers forever. Not that I shopped there a ton anyways, Target groceries are cheaper 99% of the time plus they do free Target pickup. Hope they treat their next customers better.

I dont normally give poor revues With gas prices being the way they are, I cant afford to go traipsing all across town to another grocery store to get the simple things I need for that nights dinner. So Albertsons is on my way home, easy in & out.Well, approximately 80% of what I needed wasnt stocked.Let me apologize now... this next part is TMI but needs to brought up....So I had to figure things out. I needed to go to the ladys powder room before I did this... whatever you do Do Not Use the 2nd stall at this particular store - possibly any stall. I spent 20 mins trying to get 1 piece of TP out, while listening to the ladys conversation who obviously went in there to have a private conversation with someone... its was CRAZY! I told a few staff & some admitted they knew about this because its happened to them as well, which means theyve done nothing about it. This all boils down to poor management &/or they need to hire people who care about getting things done all around. It was not a happy trip to Albertsons. Next time Ill travel ALL the way across to the other side of town to get my groceries at Stater Bros. or Barrons.

Employees here are so friendly and helpful, unfortunately I went in just after 4 pm looking to get fresh Hot French bread as I did at our old Albert sons, the bakery lady was super nice and informed me this location only makes the bread as needed, no set time, maybe one day they will have a designated time for Hot French Bread, & it will help pull in extra customers in the pm. I was preparing for a memorial service and i ordered a cake for my mother in law . The cake was beautifully decorated, the bakery ladies were very nice and did a good job. I also tried the Sushi stand, I messed up on my order, but Ed was super kind and so understanding, thank you Ed. It made my day since it was already a difficult one for my family. Albertsons was my go to shopping store but not anymore. I had a conversation a week ago with the store manager on Scott Road in Murrieta ca. It was about high prices of food as compared to the prices 6 months ago. He agreed and said about 30 to 50 percent higher. He said prices will level out very soon. Now I see Albertsons has dropped Buy 5 for extra savings discount program. Whats next. Well Im done, I will be looking for a different store.

While I like the store, its location, and fairly friendly staff, not a single one of them know how to bag groceries properly. Numerous times, including today, Ive had a piece of cake turned sideways, or upside down in an oblong filled bag that you can barely grab the handles on. Or have 2 bags of chips placed in the bag, with the 3rd one squashing the other 2, and sticking out the top making it difficult to carry. Nice, clean store, but their bagging grocery skills are abysmal. Worst Ive seen in a while.

I feel you are a non caring store. There is a mask mandate in force at this time and you have signs at the cash registers, but not prominently posted on the doors of your store. And when your managers tell me you are not the police why should I shop there. I am 78 and fully vaccinated and hate masks myself but I do it because it is right. I have turned you in and hope the fine makes you rethink your stance. Big 5 stores tell people coming in mask or give them one or they can not shop. When you change your lax policy I will come back with my senior neighbors. We will drive a few miles more to a store that follows the mandate

This is probably one of the best Albertsons in the Inland Empire. You can never go with their bakery goods. I still think they have the best 7 layer bean dip, tortilla chips, and yummy stuff mushrooms. You can never go wrong with their produce, meats, chicken, or fish. My only complaint, not enough checkers!

Always clean and rarely crowded (when I shop after work). I love using the self-check out because Im usually in a hurry. This Albertsons is very convenient for me to visit before or after work because it is right by the fwy. However, trying to leave the parking lot during rush hour can be a bit of a pain. Good luck trying to turn left out of the parking lot to head toward the freeway, its going to take you about 10-15 minutes.

We have been shopping there about 2 1/2 yrs. today the store looked very clean and lots of space. The floors had been waxed. The checker we went through was Gilbert. He smiled at us and checked our groceries. We had over $200.00 He knew that in the paper there was a $10.00 coupon he went out of his way to get us one. The bagger, Daniel E. came and put our groceries in bags we provided. He made sure none of our items got squished and not too heavy. We had a nice shopping day today!

I went in looking for the bread aisle. I discovered there was not one sign or aisle placard which displayed the word Bread 🤔 I then asked a store worker who directed me to the rear right corner of the store. I walked all the way across the store, still looking for that elusive Bread sign, and did not locate it again. The Bakery section is where I now found myself. Lots of yummy pastries and artesian style breads. When I found the sliced bread section, I was shocked to still see no BREAD sign to assist customers in locating this section. I also had a taste for powdered Hostess doughnuts. Again, I had to hunt for the location. I found them on an end cap of an aisle. I am still puzzled as every big name grocery store I have frequented has the bread and breakfast goods(Hostess, Entemans, etc..) located in the same aisle. There are also signs that read,BREAD to assist customers in locating the correct aisle. The store was clean, and the employee who helped was friendly.

As more and more stores go with self check out, Albertsons removed their self checkout option. Which wouldnt be a problem except that they usually only have 1 cashier 2 if Im lucky.Wait time to pay is never less than 10-15 minutes even in the express lane I much rather drive to Target or stater brothers than to waste my life away in their painfully slow and long lines.

Im not a grocery store aficionado, but I find this market okay. The store looks a little dated, but is clean and decently stocked. But to be honest, the main reason I go here is the convenient location. If I wanted a flashier or more modern looking store I could drive a few more miles and find something. However, I want to get what I need and get back home. Other than the sushi (addressed below), there is not a lot more reason for me to go here. The lines are decent, but not as quick as I would like. At least they got rid of those self checkout registers - I really hated them and they did not seem to make things faster. All they did was replace humans... I do not like that because the employees here are actually pretty nice. They are not fake nice with a fake smile. They will get you what you need and are helpful.However, the big plus about this grocery store is the fresh sushi in the deli area. The sushi lady is there often (at least on the weekend) and the sushi is really good. I will go there just for a great sushi lunch to go!And on a side note - the carne asada in the meat department is quite good. They use an awesome marinade. I bought some carne asada expecting something bland and mediocre but it was surprisingly good.

Pay extra close attention to the date on the meat and on the pre bagged produce. For whatever reason the dates are always right on the edge. Several times my wife or I have bought meat or salads there that were bad even if the date said it still had a few days to go. At the point where we try not to buy any meat from there. Always seems to be a shortage of baggers too. One or two really friendly employees though.

Mostly positive experiences at this Albertsons, but there are a few employees that always tend to be grouchy or rude. There are also some very kind employees which is why I continue to shop here. The only other thing that bothers me is that they often run out of sale items. So frustrating at times! They need to plan ahead more and have a larger supply shipped in before the sales start.

Although the regular listed prices arent the lowest in town, if you shop smart you can walk away with real savings. Its not uncommon that I get 50%+ savings on my items (when most items are eligible for a sale price). The stores cross streets are Scott and Antelope, and that intersection can get a little gridlocked, so time your visit to been the congestion.

Ordered a birthday cake online for my daughters 2nd birthday, when I called to check that my cake was ready the girl could not find the cake that I had ordered 2 days prior. She said that the manager printed out my order and handed it to the bakery department, but now she has no idea where the order is. Sadly, I am disappointed at what happened. If I had known this was going to happen I would of ordered my daughters cake somewhere else. Now I have no special Lightening McQueen cake that I super excited to be getting for her and that she was excited to be getting. Ive called multiple stores and no one has the cake, nor are they willing to do a rush order for me (considering it was their fault my cake was not made.)
